Description
CHEMDUR POLYASPARTIC is a two components polyaspartic coating, solvent free, 100% solids,
polymerization at room temperature, indoor and outdoor use.
The product is designed as an U.V resistant durable protective coating for a variety of support surfaces
subjected to severe conditions of service: concrete, masonry, wood, plywood cons, signs of asbestos-cement or
drywall. Provides a tough finish, resistant to many common chemicals products.

RESTRICTIONS
New concrete must be left for at least three weeks.
The moisture in the concrete should not exceed 4.25% during application.
The concrete should be cleaned and prepared to achieve a laitance and contaminant free surface.
Under conditions of high humidity, pot life will be reduced.
Do not apply in areas where the HR is greater than 80%.
The coating is a vapor barrier should not be exposed to hydrostatic pressure. The slab on grade must have a
vapor barrier.
Lower temperatures extend curing.
For best results, the ambient temperature and the surface to be covered must be at least 10 º C during
application and curing period.
SURFACE PREPARATION
CONCRETE
Must be free of any curing membrane or sealer. Laitance, oil, grease, rust, wax or other substances which may
interfere with proper adhesion must be removed.
The surface must be solid, dry, and dust-free.
WOOD
Sand, Clean and Prime
OLD EPOXY
Preparation by mechanical or chemical stripping. Apply a coat of primer CHEMDUR P1085, wait for it to dry
before applying the polyaspartic coat.
FOR SOILS
Preparation by mechanical or chemical stripping.
REPAIRS
Patching holes or cavities with epoxy mortar CHEMDUR PATCH or reinforced mortar.

MIXING
Pre-mix each component separately before testing in a clean container. Mix Parts A and B together for at least 1
min, either manually or using an electric mixer at low speed. Prepare only the amount that can be applied during

Brush, roller hair short ("mohair") or spraying.
The interval between successive layers must not exceed 24 hours. Otherwise, you must lightly sand the
hardened layer to ensure good adhesion.
