ride. The passengers in the front and the rear will appreciate the exceptional liveability of the
cabin, which offers plenty of leg room for the whole family. With its amply spacious interior,
the Citroën C-Elysée can easily be adapted to meet all your needs. The 2/3 – 1/3 split version of the rear bench can be folded away quickly and easily, freeing up extra loading space.
The readily accessible and convenient trunk boasts a volume of 506 litres VDA, one of the
largest in its category.

Dans toutes les conditions, Citroën C-Elysée sait offrir un
niveau de confort élevé. Celui-ci se révèle dans plusieurs
équipements modernes et intuitifs qui permettent au conducteur et aux passagers de ressentir un bien-être immédiat à
bord. Un soin tout particulier a ainsi été porté à la
climatisation. Elle peut être dotée en option d’une fonction
« Max » pour une réfrigération maximale immédiate qui
conduit l’air jusqu’aux passagers arrière. En période de
grand froid, la fonction bas de pare-brise chauffant
accélère le dégivrage et permet de décoller les essuievitres rapidement.
Le confort, c’est aussi de toujours avoir à disposition ce dont
on a besoin. Le système audio CD RDS compatible MP3,
à 2 ou 4 HP, peut être commandé depuis le volant. Conçu
à l’aide d’une technologie de spatialisation sur mesure et
d’un innovant logiciel de traitement des sons, il offre
aux passagers une ambiance feutrée et apaisante. La
Connecting Box, disponible selon les finitions, comprend
une prise Jack, une prise USB et un kit mains libres
Bluetooth*. Elle permet de connecter un lecteur MP3 ou
une clé USB et d’utiliser un téléphone portable compatible
dans les meilleures conditions de sécurité.
L’espace intérieur s’adapte à vos envies. De ce point de vue,
Citroën C-Elysée dispose de rangements utiles et astucieux,
facilement accessibles. Côté passager avant, la boîte à gants,
munie ou non d’un couvercle, offre un
volume utile. Les bacs de portes situés à l’avant ainsi que

The Citroën C-Elysée is exceptionally comfortable in every
situation. The extensive selection of modern and intuitive equipment makes the driver and the passengers feel at home, right
from the moment they step on board. The air conditioning received particularly close attention. The optional «Max» function
cools the entire cab immediately by blowing cool air towards the
seats in the rear. And when the weather is very cold, a special
function warms up the foot of the windscreen for a quicker defrost and in order to detach the wiper blades.
Having everything you need within easy reach makes travelling
so much more comfortable. The MP3-compatible CD RDS
sound system, with two to four speakers, can be controlled from
the steering wheel. Designed using tailor-made spatialisation
technology and innovative sound processing software, the
audio system produces a cosy and soothing atmosphere. The
Connecting Box, which features a jack connector, a USB port
and a Bluetooth* hands-free kit, is available in certain finishes.
It can be connected to an MP3 player or a USB key and allows
compatible mobiles to be used in complete safety.
In its highly adaptable interior, the Citroën C-Elysée features
a host of handy, clever and readily accessible storage compartments. The glove compartment on the front passenger side,
which may be fitted with a lid, is ideal for keeping everyday articles within easy reach. The compartments in the front doors and
armrest all contain handy storage spaces. And the passengers
in the rear seats can store small objects in the map pockets on
the backs of the front seats.

DRIVE WITH THE BEST OF CITROEN’S S TECHNOLOGY
Priorité pour Citroën C-Elysée : la sécurité active de haut
niveau, avec un comportement routier particulièrement sûr.
Elle est équipée d’un système de freinage performant, couplé
à l’ABS. L’Aide au Freinage d’Urgence (AFU) complète ce
dispositif de sécurité. Il amplifie instantanément la pression
de freinage en cas d’appui rapide sur la pédale de frein, de
manière à réduire la distance d’arrêt. Il déclenche automatiquement l’allumage des feux de détresse, afin de prévenir
les véhicules qui suivent. Le Contrôle Dynamique de Stabilité
(ESP) permet, quant à lui, de stabiliser dans la limite des lois
de la physique, la trajectoire du véhicule. Selon les versions,
jusqu’à 4 airbags (deux frontaux et deux latéraux) permettent
de mieux protéger les occupants avant en cas de choc.
Heureux compromis entre la robustesse et l’élégance,
Citroën C-Elysée n’en oublie pas pour autant d’offrir une
multitude d’équipements qui participent au plaisir d’être à
bord. Pour une conduite confortable et sereine, le limiteur
de vitesse pourra être aisément activé et permettre au conducteur de déterminer une vitesse à ne pas dépasser. Cette
vitesse ne sera pas franchie à moins d’une pression prononcée sur la pédale d’accélérateur. Le régulateur maintient la
vitesse du véhicule sans action sur l’accélérateur.
Citroën C Elysée peut aussi être équipée de lève-vitres
électriques à l’arrière condamnables depuis l’avant. Les
rétroviseurs extérieurs peuvent être à réglages électriques
et chauffants.
Des nouveaux moteurs CITROËN ont été développés pour
optimiser les performances, la consommation et la durabilité
même dans les conditions d’utilisation les plus sévères.
Citroën C-Elysée, équipée du nouveau moteur essence
VTi 72 de nouvelle génération, est disponible avec une
boîte de vitesses manuelle ou pilotée à cinq rapports. Une
nouvelle motorisation VTi 115 complète la gamme essence,
avec une boîte manuelle ou automatique. Citroën C-Elysée
peut encore être équipée d’un moteur diesel HDi 92, lequel
associe de remarquables capacités routières à une consommation maîtrisée.
Safety is a top priority for the Citroën C-Elysée, which brings
together top-notch active safety features with an outstandingly
safe drive. The high-performance brakes are coupled with the
ABS. The safety features are completed by emergency brake
assist, which reduces braking distance by instantaneously amplifying the braking pressure when the driver presses the brake
pedal quickly. This system also automatically starts the hazard
warning lights to warn drivers in vehicles behind the C-Elysée.
The Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) stabilises the vehicle
when cornering, as far as the laws of physics allow. Up to four
airbags (two front airbags and two side airbags), depending
on the version, offer improved protection for the front
passengers in collisions.
The Citroën C-Elysée is a perfect compromise between robustness and elegance featuring a multitude of equipment to
enhance your pleasure on board. For a more comfortable and
restful drive, the speed limiter is used to specify a precise speed
that must not be exceeded. As long as the driver does not firmly
press the accelerator, the pre-defined speed will not be exceeded. The cruise control is used to drive at the selected speed
without touching the accelerator.
The Citroën C-Elysée can also be fitted with electric window
lifts in the rear that can be locked from the front seats. The door
windows can also be fitted with electric controls and a heating
system.
Citroën has developed new engines for optimal performance,
consumption and durability, even under the most severe
conditions. The Citroën C-Elysée is available with the new,
latest-generation VTi 72 petrol engine, coupled to a manual
or semi-automatic 5-speed gearbox. The petrol range is completed by the new VTi 115 engine, with a manual or automatic gearbox. The Citroën C-Elysée is also available with an
HDi 92 diesel powerplant that combines an optimal drive with
low fuel consumption.
