PROMAFFINE and UNIMO :
Consulting award winners on the Terrasse 12 islet in Nanterre
Nanterre (92) – The team made by Promaffine (Groupe Affine) and Unimo (Crédit Agricole
Immobilier), in association with Dusapin-Leclercq (Architect), has been awarded as prizewinning consultants by EPA Seine Arche for the development of the Terrasse 12 project in
Nanterre.
This project represents approximately 13 000 sqm of council housing and private dwellings
as well as shops, located the Place des Croisées des Axes, opposite the Prefecture. – Its
delivery is expected in 2010. Led by a strong environmental commitment, the project takes
place within the sustainable development charter of the Seine Arche urban project.
