Races are scheduled according to the program as follows:
February 24th: 9.00 Skippers’ meeting
February 24th: First warning signal at 11.00: races.
February 25th to February 27th: First warning signal at 10.30: races.
February 27th, there will be no warning signal after 16.00.

RACING AREAS
Races will be held in the bay of “Golfe Juan” (Numeral pennant 1) or the bay of “La Napoule”
(Numeral pennant 2). See attachment.

PENALTY SYSTEM
RRS 44.1 is changed so that the two turns penalty is replaced by the one turn penalty.
Delete sentence.
Insert: RRS 44.1 and P2.1 are changed so that the two turns penalty is replaced by the one turn penalty.

RACE COMMITTEE BOATS AT MARKS
RC boats may be in position near each mark. When in position, a RC boat will display an
inflatable shape in the mast. Failure of a RC boat to be in position or to display its signal will not
be ground for redress. This changes RRS 62.1(a).

OFFICIAL BOATS
Delete paragraph.

The Principal Race Committee Boat will be identified by a “Yacht Club de Cannes” flag
Other RC boats will be identified by “Marinepool” flags.
Jury boats will display a flag marked "JURY".
The Measurer’s boat will display a Blue flag marked “JAUGE”.
The Press boat will be identified by a Yellow flag.

Les courses sont prévues selon le programme comme suit :

24 février : premier signal d’avertissement à 11h00 pour une ou plusieurs courses.
25 au 27 février: premier signal d’avertissement à 10h30 pour une ou plusieurs courses.
Le 27 février il n’y aura pas de signal d’avertissement après 16 h00.

Les zones de course se situeront en baie de « Golfe Juan » (flamme numérique 1) ou baie de « La

BATEAUX POINTEURS AUX MARQUES
Des bateaux pointeurs peuvent être stationnés à proximité de chaque marque. Quand il est à poste, un
bateau pointeur arbore une forme gonflable dans son mât. L’absence de bateau pointeur ou de signal ne
peut donner lieu à demande de réparation. Ceci modifie la règle 62.1(a).
Supprimer la deuxième phrase.
26.
BATEAUX OFFICIELS
Supprimer le paragraphe.
Remplacer par :
Le Bateau Comité sera identifié par un pavillon Yacht Club de Cannes
Les autres bateaux du CC porteront un pavillon « Marinepool »
Les bateaux du Jury porteront un pavillon marqué JURY.
