A centre of resources and exchanges for innovation
Créée à Limoges en 1993, ESTER Technopole
est un espace de création et d’essor
des projets innovants et de haute technologie.
Son parc de 210 ha, qui accueille compétences de pointe,
dispositifs de soutien et d’accompagnement,
et services spécialisés, compose un environnement fertile
pour le développement économique de Limoges et du Limousin.
Membre de Retis, le réseau français de l’innovation,
et de l’IASP (International Association of Science Parks),
la Technopole remplit les missions d’animation et de mise en réseau
des compétences, de promotion du territoire
et de ses savoir-faire, et de création d’entreprises innovantes.
En vingt ans, ESTER est passée de quelques entreprises à plus de 180,
et de 120 emplois à près de 2 000. Elle s’est affirmée comme
un pôle d’attractivité régional, et a su, grâce à ses résultats, se hisser
au rang des meilleurs acteurs nationaux,
et tisser des liens étroits avec des partenaires internationaux.
Created in Limoges in 1993, ESTER Technology Park is a space for creating
and growing innovative high-tech projects. Its 210 hectare park, which hosts
cutting-edge skills, support mechanisms and specialised services, makes up a fertile
environment for the economic development of Limoges and the Limousin.
Member of Retis, the French innovation network, and of the IASP (International
Association of Science Parks), the Technology Park carries out tasks for facilitating and
networking skills, promoting the area and its know-how, and creating
innovative businesses.
Pensé dès sa conception comme un outil au service des entreprises,

In twenty years, ESTER gone from being a few companies to more than 180, and from
120 jobs to nearly 2,000. It has established itself as an attractive regional hub, and
thanks to its results is able to hoist itself up to the level of the best national players,
and to weave close links with international partners.
Thought of since its conception as a tool to be used by businesses, this unique
location offers the best conditions for development, within an incomparable working
framework. Round In shape, the special architecture of its central building symbolises

and support families in looking for accommodation to rent or buy, childcare and schools,
helping a spouse look for a job, finding out about leisure and cultural activities, etc.
Who is involved? Or companies to hire an employee that comes from another French
département.
Duration: Depending on the needs of the employee, the time spent varies from 3 to 5
days. The Employee Reception adviser from the Chamber of Commerce remains available
for up to one year after the employee has moved in.
Cost: The cost of the Employee Reception service is fully financed.
