This collection of 18 apartments is situated on the
avenue Grandchamp in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre on the site
of a former car dealer. This project creates continuity in
the street landscape by blending in with adjacent
buildings due to the height of the ledges, the incline of
the roofs and the covering material used.
The ventilation and air conditioning use a double flux
system with heat recuperation allowing for both comfort
and energy savings.
This project to build high-quality apartments offers a
range of sizes, from a one-bedroom apartment to a
penthouse of more than 300 m².
All the apartments benefit from dual orientation and
have terraces and balconies front and back.
Particular care has been taken of the implementation
details, the finish and the sound insulation.
