Roberson Wine / General Sales Conditions
1. Contract area
Our sales conditions apply to all orders we accept - only written orders issued by the customer and confirmed by us via email will be taken into account
Roberson Wine cannot be forced to supply any goods in case of this email not being received.
2. Prices and availability
Prices are given by our sales representative or through our general price list.
Prices are in Pounds Sterling per case, exclusive of VAT and duty unless otherwise indicated.
All wines are offered subject to availability and price change.
3. Payment
Invoices are issued from the 'notice of collection' date.
Payment is due on invoice, to be paid by bank transfer.
Approved trade accounts may be paid in line with agreed credit terms.
Until all sums due to us have been paid we shall be entitled to retain possession of any goods to which you would otherwise be entitled.
If any payment is overdue we shall be entitled to suspend deliveries/collections.
4. Delivery
All wines offered ex-EHD.
Free London delivery is offered on orders £500+
All other deliveries are offered at cost
5. Acceptance of goods and claims
It is the obligation of the customer to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify either ourselves or the carrier immediately of any shortage or damage. All claims must
be done within 3 days; thereafter the customer will not be entitled to reject wines for any reason. Roberson is unable to accept any responsibility for wines that are corked or
out of condition
