Cancellation policy:
Because of expenses already engaged by the organiser, cancellation fees will apply to any cancellation for whatever the
reason. It is necessary to be present to collect dolls and souvenirs, unless Absentee registration was arranged beforehand.
BEFORE December 31st 2009 cancellation fee is 55 € per person for the Festival Main Event and 40 € for the Disco Party .
AFTER January 1st 2010 Because of expenses already engaged by the organiser there will be no refund. However it would be
possible to convert to absentee if in the impossibilté of attending.
