Marie Brigitte Duvernoy est « technicienne piano »
elle travaille dans ce secteur depuis 28 ans :
accords, réglages , harmonisation
service pour les concerts, location de pianos pour concert.
Elle est aussi expert en pianos anciens et modernes : constats d’état et
diagnostic de conservation-restauration.
Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000 en Restauration de piano d’Art,
Elle a suivi de nombreuses formations au sein de grands ateliers
français,
dans une usine d’Allemagne et au cours séminaires
professionnels tout au long de sa carrière.
Elle a géré un atelier de restauration de pianos à Nice pendant 25 ans.
Actuellement, nouvellement installée en free-lance, elle termine un
Master professionnel à l'Université de Paris 1 Sorbonne (Département
Art Archéologie, Conservation Restauration de Biens Culturels) et
prépare un mémoire sur l'authenticité du piano.
Elle a écrit de nombreux articles pour les meilleures revues du secteur :
Europiano, Piano le Magazine, Le Collectionneur Français, La Lettre du
Musicien et la revue Piano.
Elle est déléguée européenne des organisations professionnelles de
techniciens et facteurs de piano et co-fondatrice de la toute récente
« fondation européenne pour le piano »

She is also an expert in ancient and modern pianos: state reports
and diagnosis of preservation-restoration, estimation.

She followed numerous trainings within big French workshops,
in a german factory and in professional seminaries throughout
her career.
She managed a piano restoration’s workshop in Nice during 25 years.
At present, recently settled down freelance, she’s ending a
professional Master's degree to the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne
(Department Art Archaeology, Preservation the Restoration of
Cultural property) and prepares a report on the “Piano Authenticity”.
She wrote numerous articles for the best magazines of the sector:
Europiano, Piano le Magazine, Le Collectionneur Français, La Lettre
du Musicien and the magazine “Piano”.
She is European delegate of the professional organizations of
technicians and piano makers and co-founder of the quite recent
" European foundation for the piano “.
