G-Idol – Description
G-Idol est une compétition de chant ayant lieu le dimanche après -midi à G-Anime.
Vous aimez chanter? Eh bien, G-Idol est l’occasion parfaite de le faire sur la scène
principale de la convention, devant vos amis et bien plus encore! Venez montrer ce
dont vous êtes capables à des juges expérimentés et qui sait, vous deviendrez peutêtre le gagnant de G-Idol !
G-Idol – Règlements
 La chanson choisie doit être une version instrumentale officielle non-modifiée et
être d’une durée minimale de 2 minutes et maximale de 6 minutes.
 Aucune trame vocale préenregistrée n’est
permise. La chanson doit être en japonais.
 Les formats audio acceptés sont CD Audio, FLAC, MP3 et OGG. Le fichier fourni
doit être clairement identifié à votre nom, et idéalement le seul présent sur le
support fourni (clé USB ou CD).
 Les participants doivent se présenter à la salle principale 30 minutes avant le
concours, et avoir leur chanson en leur possession.
 Les participants doivent être âgés de 14 ans ou plus. Les mineurs doivent obtenir
la signature de leurs parents ou tuteurs afin de pouvoir participer.
 Il vous est interdit d’avoir une feuille avec les paroles de votre chanson sur scène.
Vous devez donc avoir appris vos paroles par cœur.
 Les participants doivent participer en solo.
 G-Idol est d’abord et avant tout un concours de chant, mais les participants seront
aussi jugés sur leur présence sur scène et la maîtrise des paroles.
 Il est permis aux participants de porter un costume pendant leur performance mais
ce dernier n’affectera en aucun cas la note finale leur étant accordée par les juges.
 Les règlements du festival relativement à la sécurité et au respect s’appliquent
toujours.
Pour s’inscrire :
Vous pouvez vous inscrire de deux manières :
A) Inscription d’avance :
Vous pouvez vous inscrire d’avance en envoyant le formulaire requis à
[email protected] et ce jusqu’au jeudi précédant la convention (avant 16h).
Passé ce délai, il se peut que votre formulaire ne soit pas reçu à temps
par l’équipe d’organisation.
***Si vous choisissez de vous inscrire d’avance, n’oubliez pas de venir signer
votre formulaire en personne au kiosque d’information avant dimanche matin
11:00 am, sans quoi l’inscription ne sera pas valide.
B) Inscription sur place :
Vous pouvez choisir de vous inscrire en arrivant sur place à G-Anime. Les
formulaires d’inscription seront disponibles au kiosque d’information. Par contre,
rappelez-vous de le faire avant Dimanche 11am!
En raison du temps limité de notre activité, nous n’accepterons que 15 inscriptions
au total et les places seront allouées en fonction du premier arrivé premier servi.
G-Idol – Description
G-Idol is a singing competition that takes place on Sunday afternoon at G-Anime, and
this for the fourth consecutive year. You love to sing? G-Idol is your chance to do so on
the convention’s main stage, in front of your friends and many more! Come show what
you can do to our experienced judges and who knows, maybe you will become the new
G-Anime Idol!
G-Idol – Rules
 The song you choose must be an unmodified original instrumental version and must
be between 2 and 6 minutes in duration.
 No pre-recorded vocal track or lip-synching will be permitted. The song must be in
Japanese.
 Accepted audio formats are Audio CD, FLAC, MP3 and OGG. The file must be
clearly identified in your name and ideally the only file present on the drive you
provide (USB key or CD).
 The participants must be present in the main events room 30 minutes before the
competition and have their song in their possession.
 Participants must be aged 14 years or more. Minors must obtain their parent’s or
guardian’s signature in order to perform.
 You are not permitted to bring cue cards or lyrics sheet onto the stage with you. You
must have memorized the lyrics.
 Participants must perform their song alone.
 G-Idol is first and foremost a singing competition, but participants will also be judged
on their stage presence and mastery of their lyrics.
 Participants are allowed to wear a costume (cosplay) on stage, but this will in no way
influence the final note awarded to them by the judges.
 The convention’s Security and Respect rules are to be maintained throughout the
event.
To Register:
You can register in two different ways:
A) Registration in advance :
You can register in advance by sending the required form to:
[email protected] until the Thursday previous of the convention (before 4pm).
Passed this delay, there’s a chance that the organization team will not receive
your inscription on time.*** If you choose to register in advance, please
remember to come to the InfoDesk before Sunday morning 11am to sign your
form. Failing to do so will cancel your registration.
B) At the convention :
You can also choose to register on site! The registration forms will be available
at the InfoDesk, but please remember to come before Sunday 11am!
Because of the event’s limited time, we will only accept 15 participants in total,
and places in the show will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
