Billets / Tickets
• Le tarif Club n’est consenti que pour le week-end entier. / The Club rate is only allowed for the whole weekend.
• Un club ne peut pas inscrire moins de 10 voitures. / A club shall enter no less than 10 cars.
• Un dresscode est en vigueur pour pénétrer dans les paddocks. / Please not that a dresscode is enforced to visit the paddocks.
• Chaque personne à bord de la voiture doit présenter un billet. / Each person aboard the car shall present a ticket.
NOTE : Le billet Clubs à 64 € (enceinte générale + paddocks) est facturé 88 € en pré-vente au public dont la voiture n’a pas accès au circuit Bugatti.
The club ticket paid € 64 (general admission + paddocks) is quoted € 88 by pre-booking for the public, whose car is prohibited inside the Bugatti circuit.
DEADLINES : 19 Février : 1ere commande d’emplacements voitures, assortie au minimum du même nombre de billets.
19 February : 1st order with number of car places you need, coming together with at least the same number of admittance tickets.
16 Mai : Commande avec les Prestations Complémentaires. Après cette date, toutes les commandes pourront être honorées mais ni le tarif "clubs", ni
l’expédition ne seront garantis.
16 May : Further order included in the Additional Provisions. After this deadline all the orders can be considered, but neither the "Clubs" rate nor the
delivery can be guaranteed.
Prestations Complémentaires / Additional Provisions
• Vous pourrez augmenter votre commande avec les prestations complémentaires - Voir page ci-contre.
You can increase your first ticket order together with the additional provisions order - See facing page.
• Le nombre de voitures pourra être revu très légèrement à la hausse et le nombre de billets à volonté.
Restricted numbers of cars can be added whilst the number of admittance tickets is as much as you need.
• La billetterie complémentaire sera expédiée en même temps que votre première commande (courant juin).
The additional tickets will be sent together with your original order (in June).
Expédition de la billetterie / Tickets consignment
• La billetterie sera expédiée par pli sécurisé courant juin. Une participation aux frais d’expédition est demandée.
The tickets will be forwarded (by a secured service) in June. A contribution to the mailing expenses is required.

EMPLACEMENTS VOITURES / CARS ADMITTANCE
Espace Clubs Bugatti / Bugatti Club Enclosure
• Clubs de marque / Make Car clubs
Pour une meilleure présentation au public, les clubs sont réunis par marque. / For a better presentation, the clubs are gathered by make.
Priorité sera donc donnée aux clubs de marque. / Thus, priority will be given to the car make clubs.
• Clubs multimarque / Multi-make car Clubs
Ils sont aussi les bienvenus et regroupés dans "l’espace Collections" / They are also warmly welcomed and gathered inside the "Collector" enclosure.
DEADLINE : Idem billets, mais les emplacements pour les voitures sont en nombre restreint. / Same as tickets, but the car places are in restricted numbers.
Le Mans Heritage Club
• Il est toujours strictement réservé à des voitures ayant participé aux 24 Heures du Mans par le passé et non inscrits en compétition.
The admittance is still strictly restricted to the cars which do not race in the event but competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the time.
• Dans la mesure où elles restent tout le week-end dans leur enclos, ces voitures bénéficieront d’un tour d’honneur gratuit sur la piste.
Provided they remain parked in this enclosure, these cars will benefit from a free honour track lap.
Parking Clubs extérieur / Outside Club Car Park
• Cet espace extérieur (à tarif préférentiel) est réservé aux voitures modernes accompagnatrices.
This outside car park is reserved (with a special rate) to the modern cars of the clubs.
DEADLINE : Idem billets. / Same as tickets.
PRESTATIONS CLUBS SUR LE TERRAIN / ON SITE SERVICES
Tentes et Structures / Marquees & Structures
• Tentes (par modules de 25m²), parquet, moquette, tables, chaises, plantes et barrières seront proposés après réception des dossiers.
25m² marquees, flooring, tables, chairs, plants and fences will be proposed after receipt of the file.
• Les coordinateurs des clubs de chaque marque seront mis en contact pour, s’ils le désirent, prendre une structure commune. Convivialité et finances pourront
certainement y gagner... / The Club coordinators of each make will be put in touch with each other to share a marquee, should they intend so. Friendliness and …

• Pour assurer l’harmonie de l’espace clubs, toutes les infrastructures, y compris la signalétique, devront obligatoirement être commandées chez SAVH.
To guaranty the club area a harmonious look, it is mandatory to order all infrastructures, including signposts, through SAVH.
• Pour des raisons de sécurité, les barbecues sont interdits / Due to safety reasons, the B.B.Q parties are prohibited.

TOURS DE PISTE / TRACK LAPS
Les tours de piste restent soumis à la seule autorité de la Direction de Course / The track laps are at the Race Control ‘s sole discretion.
Malgré un temps de piste conséquent, le nombre de tours reste restreint pour en garantir la meilleure gestion possible.
Despite a long track slot for the clubs, the number of laps remains restricted to insure a better management.
DEADLINE : 16 mai 2016 : Les demandes seront traitées en fonction des places restantes et de leur ordre d’arrivée.
16 May 2016: The Orders will be processed according to the spare places and the date the order was placed.
RESTAURATION / CATERING
• Les clubs devront obligatoirement choisir un traiteur parmi la liste de ceux agréés par SAVH.
It is compulsory for the clubs to choose a caterer within the list proposed by SAVH.
• Paniers pique-nique. / Picnic baskets: Conçus pour 2 personnes, ils seront à retirer à l’intérieur du circuit à proximité de la passerelle "lemans.org".
Including a meal for two, they will be delivered inside the circuit, near the "lemans.org" gateway.
