Dear Dealer,
I am writing this letter to inform you about a recent change in Light & Motions
Canadian sales plan.
For the past 5 years Norco and our dealer network have worked very hard to sell,
service and promote Light and Motions products in Canada.
Norco has exclusively sold Light & Motion products to you, the specialty bike
retailer in Canada who we feel supplies the best sales, support and service for
premium bike products.
Norco is very disappointed to learn that Light & Motion does not share this vision
and has recently notified Norco that they will be working with other selling
channels that are not consistent with our 100% support of the IBD.
Based on this change and Norco’s commitment to exclusively support the IBD,
Norco is terminating our relationship with Light and Motion.
Effective March 1, 2010 Norco Products will cease distribution of the Light &
Motion lighting brand in Canada.
We will continue to support you with any product returns or warranty
requirements until March 15, 2010. Following March 15th all dealer warranties
will be handled directly by Light & Motion who can be contacted at 831-645-1525
or www.lightandmotion.com

Je vous écris cette lettre pour vous informer d’un changement récent apporté à la
stratégie de vente canadienne de Light & Motion.
Lors des 5 dernières années, Norco et son réseau de détaillants ont travaillé
d’arrache-pied à vendre, entretenir et promouvoir les produits Light & Motion au
Canada.
C’est à vous, le détaillant de vélos spécialisé, que Norco a vendu en exclusivité
les produits Light & Motion au Canada, où nous estimons offrir le meilleur service
de vente, d’entretien et de garantie pour les produits cyclistes haut de gamme.
Cela dit, Norco a appris avec grande déception que Light & Motion ne partageait
pas cette vision. En effet, la marque a récemment signifié son désir d’exploiter
d’autres circuits de vente qui ne sont pas en accord avec notre philosophie de
seulement desservir le réseau de détaillants de vélos indépendants.
À la lumière de cette nouvelle orientation et de l’engagement de Norco à
supporter exclusivement le réseau de détaillants de vélos indépendants, Norco a
décidé de mettre fin à son association avec Light & Motion.
À partir du 1er mars 2010, Norco Products cessera la distribution des produits
Light & Motion au Canada.
Nous continuerons de traiter les retours de marchandise et d’honorer le service en
garantie jusqu’au 15 mars 2010. Après cette date, toutes les demandes de service en
garantie devront être adressées directement à Light & Motion au 831-645-1525 ou au
www.lightandmotion.com.
