Michael Taylor is a key partner in the Capital Markets Group in
McMillan's Vancouver office. Michael has unique cross-border
expertise with experience listing and financing public companies
in Canada, the United States and Hong Kong. Michael advises a
broad range of technology, industrial and resource companies
that are traded in Canada on the TSX and TSX Venture
Exchanges, in the United States on the NYSE MKT, NASDAQ
and NYSE, and in Hong Kong on the Hong Kong Stock
Exchange Mainboard. Michael's experience over 20 years of
