1. Dans le cadre d’une réservation de 2 nuits incluant 1 jour de week-end et un jour de semaine (ex. dimanche et lundi), le tarif week-end sera appliqué.

CONDITIONS
RÉSERVATIONS ET RÈGLEMENT DES PRESTATIONS
Le montant de l’acompte est fixé à 25% du prix total des prestations, à la réservation. Le paiement du solde doit être effectué au
plus tard 30 jours avant la date du début du séjour. En cas d’inscription tardive, moins de 30 jours avant le début du séjour, la totalité
du règlement sera exigée à la réservation. Règlements acceptés : chèque, CCP, carte bancaire et chèques vacances. Tout règlement
par chèque bancaire doit être libellé à l’ordre du Trésor Public et les CCP au nom de Madame le Régisseur des Chalets d’Iraty. Une
caution de 100 euros sera demandée à votre arrivée. Celle-ci sera restituée le jour du départ après état des lieux. Aucune assurance
(annulation, bagage, assistance, rapatriement) n’est comprise dans les prix indiqués au recto mais vous pouvez demander la souscription de cette dernière auprès de votre vendeur. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes et torchons) n’est pas fourni : possibilité de
louer sur site (en supplément). Le nettoyage du chalet reste à la charge du client. Les produits de nettoyage ne sont pas fournis.
ANNULATION
1- par le client
Pour tout désistement du client, des frais d’annulation seront retenus. Le montant dépendra de la date de résiliation (cf. conditions générales
sur www.chalets-iraty.com). Les indemnités d’annulation peuvent être couvertes par la souscription d’une assurance annulation auprès du
vendeur lors de la réservation.
2- par les Chalets d’Iraty
Le client ne pourra prétendre à une quelconque indemnité si l’annulation est imposée par des circonstances de force majeure ou pour des
raisons tenant à la sécurité des voyageurs.
CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% of the total price is requested, payable at the time the booking is made. The
balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of the holiday. In the case of late
bookings, less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the whole payment will be requested
at the time of booking. Types of payment accepted: cheque, post office cheques, bank cards
and holiday vouchers. When bank cheques are used for payment they must be made payable to
the «Trésor Public» and post office cheques in the name of «Madame le Régisseur des Chalets
d’Iraty». A deposit of 100 euros will be requested on your arrival. This will be returned on the
day of departure after an inspection of the accommodation. No insurance (cancellation, luggage,
assistance, repatriation) is included in the prices shown overleaf but you can ask about insurance
cover from your holiday agent. Household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is not supplied:
there is the option of hiring them on-site (payment extra). Cleaning the chalet is the client’s
responsibility. Cleaning products are not supplied.
CANCELLATION
1- by the client: In the case of withdrawal by the client, cancellation costs will be retained.
The amount will depend on the date of cancellation (cf. general conditions on www.chalets-iraty.
com). Cancellation compensation can be covered via cancellation insurance taken out with your
holiday agent at the time of booking
2- by Chalets d’Iraty: Clients are not entitled to any compensation if cancellation is caused by
circumstances beyond Chalets d’Iraty’s control or for reasons to do with travellers’ safety.
