Located downstairs on the band level
is our intimate cocktail bar. Offering
a short menu of unique and seasonal
cocktails, changed weekly and
inspired by the past four centuries of
the world’s great bars. Stop in to escape
from the shoppers, thoughts of the
office, the tube or even the London fog;
everyone is welcome.
Our main Cellar List of wines by the
bottle is an ever evolving selection
of wine, from the grand classics and
heavy hitters of the wine industry to
new wine regions, more experimental
technique or obscure bin ends. We’ll
aim to always have something
entertaining and interesting for every
palette.
Our 9 metre back bar boasts over 500
bottles of domestic and imported
whisk(e)y, tequila, rum, brandy, aged
gin and mezcal amoungst other fine
liquor. Our inspiration; the Gulf Coast,
the Belle of the South, the home of
Bar.B.Q. A melting pot of cultures that
is reflected in the parties they throw
and the many spirits they serve.
