Speech Guard E is optimised to better line up with the dynamic range of speech to preserve more of the speech cues. Inium feedback shield is an effective feedback protection system implemented on the Oticon Inium platform. Inium feedback shield is a hybrid system combining two anti-feedback principles to both prevent and suppress feedback without superimposing artefacts onto the signal quality or sacrificing audibility. Speech Guard E maintains audibility, prevents discomfort and safeguards speech envelopes by combining the advantages of both fast and slow acting compression.
