Communications équipages  Direction de Course
Pour toutes informations à communiquer à la Direction de Course (abandon,
problème de temps, problème technique, etc) deux voies de communication
existent :
1. Remettre dans les mains d’un Chargé des Relations avec les Concurrents,
l’enquiry form dûment complété (communications verbales non acceptées). Ce

2. Nous avons un nouveau service avec serveur vocal sur répondeur qui
transmet instantanément votre message par Internet à la Direction de Course.
Veuillez composer le +32 4 375 97 15 et terminer par le #.
Communications crews  Rally Direction
For any information’s to be transmitted to Rally Direction (retirement, timekeeping
issues, technical issues,…) two communications channels exist :
1. Gives to a Competitors Relations Officer the enquiry form duly filled (verbal
communications are not accepted). This document has to be downloaded at:

2. We have a new service with a vocal server with automatic answering machine
which will transmit immediately by Internet to Rally Direction your message.

Communicaties teams  wedstrijdleiding
Voor alle informatie aan de wedstrijdleiding, met name opgave, chronoprobleem,
technisch probleem... zijn er twee mogelijkheden:
1. Overhandiging aan één van de verantwoordelijken relatie deelnemers een
ingevuld formulier, blanco down te loaden via :

2. Ook kan via internet een boodschap achterlaten aan de wedstrijdleiding. Vorm
