Guidelines for Serving Wine



Wine
o 4-6 full-sized glasses per bottle (4-6 oz)
o 8-10 full-sized glasses per magnum bottle (not all wines are offered in magnum)
Sparkling Wine & Champagne
o Generally these are a smaller pour than wine
Calculating
o 12 bottles generally gives you 70 glasses of wine
o Offer both a red or white wine option for your guests
Wine & Food Pairing
Order what you like!
While many wine and food snobs will say there are rules to pairing,
there really isn’t a right or wrong. However if you want
recommendations please let us know and we are happy to provide
suggestions.
Match Flavor Intensity
Another principle can be to match flavor intensity. Example: Foods
with delicate flavors would pair nicely with lighter wines that do not
overpower the food.
