Christopher King possède une grande expérience dans le domaine des

- Les connaissances de Christopher King sont
extrêmement pointues dans le domaine des Fusions
et Acquisitions, au vu de sa formation auprès de
l'Institut allemand de Corporate Finance dans le
domaine de l'évaluation des entreprises.
- Dans son livre "Die Bilanzgarantie im
Unternehmenskauf", Christopher King est d'avis que
les questions importantes dans le cadre de la
vente d'entreprises (garantie du bilan,
conséquences juridiques dues à un bilan incorrect)
peuvent être déduites par les méthodes
d'évaluation choisies par les parties. Il
bénéficie d'une solide formation de négociateur
(Certified Global Negotiator) acquise auprès de
l'Université de St-Gall et d'une longue expérience
dans les méthodes et tactiques de négociation dans
différents pays, plus particulièrement aux
Etats-Unis, en Hollande, en Angleterre et en
Chine.
