Stéphane Henry is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings
and is based in the firm’s Paris office. Mr. Henry advises high-profile U.S.-based
and French clients with French employment law advice related to corporate
restructurings, outsourcing arrangements, mergers and acquisitions,
international data privacy, relationships with employees’ representative bodies,
discrimination and diversity issues, as well as other human resources
management matters. Mr. Henry has extensive experience advising global
clients on the full range of labor and employment law matters. His clients also
include major U.S. technology companies, entertainment companies,
manufacturing companies, and healthcare companies.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Henry worked at the Service of Information of the
Government (SIG – the communication agency attached to the Prime Minister)
as a member of the Communication and Media Planning Department. He also
served as an in-house employment and labor counsel for Accenture, after having
begun his legal career in a well established French law firm.
