We’re delighted at the interest you’ve shown in our establishment and have great pleasure in sending you this documentation. You
will find all the necessary elements to make your booking below. First off you may want to consider checking availability and make a
provisional booking by telephone. You will then have six days to send us the rental sheet, once you’ve had a chance to fill it out and sign it.

Vous devrez régler au moyen de votre choix le solde du montant du séjour (emplacement : le jour de

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE LOCATION D’UN EMPLACEMENT
Le signataire, majeur, est responsable du matériel qui lui est loué. Il doit pouvoir justifier
d’une assurance responsabilité civile. Il appartient au campeur de s’assurer.
1-T
oute réservation sera effective à l’encaissement de l’acompte de 30% de la somme
totale du séjour. LE SOLDE DU SÉJOUR SERA À RÉGLER 30 JOURS AVANT LA DATE
D’ARRIVÉE PRÉVUE, par mandat, carte bancaire, chèques vacances, espèces ou
chèque, libellé à l’ordre de SARL CAMPING LE PETIT PARIS. À défaut le camping se
réserve le droit d’annuler la réservation. Si vous réservez moins de 30 jours avant votre
arrivée, la totalité du séjour se paye à la réservation.
2-L
a location se fait par période hebdomadaire ou journalière :
Location journalière : Arrivée avant 12h ou après 14h (maxi 18h) et départ avant 10h.
Location hebdomadaire : Arrivée à partir de 14h (maxi 20h) et départ avant 10h.
3 - La location est personnelle, il est interdit de sous-louer ou de céder à un tiers.

RRIVÉE AU CAMPING : Le Petit Paris vous propose, pour vos séjours en juillet et
août, deux jours d’arrivée et de départ possibles : le samedi ou le mercredi (en fonction
des disponibilités). En hors saison, tous les jours sont possibles. Le locataire, doit se
présenter au bureau d’accueil, muni de la lettre de confirmation de réservation définitive
qui lui aura été adressée par courrier ou courriel, après avoir soldé son séjour. Et de
nous déposer deux cautions de 260 E par empreinte CB (200 E de garantie et 60 E pour
le ménage) à l’accueil. En cas d’arrivée après 20 h en saison (juillet/août) ou 18h30 hors
saison, Vous devez nous aviser de tout retard éventuel de votre arrivée, afin de conserver
votre location. Le gestionnaire se réserve la possibilité de disposer de la location s’il
restait sans nouvelle 24 h après la date d’arrivée prévue.
5 - ASSURANCE ANNULATION ET INTERRUPTION DE SÉJOUR : En cas de désistement
de votre part ou départ anticipé, toute somme versée restera acquise au camping.
Nous vous proposons à cet effet une assurance annulation, interruption de séjour
(les conditions sont consultables sur notre site internet). 3,5 % du coût du séjour,
ou un minimum de 15 E. Son montant est payable intégralement et uniquement à la
réservation et concerne seulement les personnes inscrites au séjour.
6 - I NVENTAIRE/CAUTIONS : Le matériel de chaque location fait l’objet d’un inventaire. Le
locataire est tenu de le contrôler à l’arrivée et de signaler le jour même toute anomalie.
Chaque location contient tout le matériel de cuisine et de table ainsi que la literie,
à l’exception des draps et du linge (inclus dans les modèles privilèges et location
possible dans les autres modèles). Une caution de 200 E pour les mobil-homes,
chalets, caravanes, bengalis et roulottes, est exigée à l’arrivée ; elle est restituée au
départ, sous déduction des détériorations et/ou manquants constatés. Une caution de
60 E pour le nettoyage est exigée à l’arrivée, celui-ci est à la charge du locataire. En fin
de séjour, la location doit être restituée en parfait état de propreté à l’intérieur et aux
abords immédiats, dans le cas contraire, la caution de 60 E sera retenue.
7 - Chaque locataire est tenu de respecter le règlement intérieur du camping.
Le camping accepte les locations d’emplacement afin de garantir à sa clientèle un
emplacement pour le jour de son arrivée. Celles-ci sont soumises à certaines conditions :
Toute location sera accompagnée d’un paiement de 90 E, dont 72 e à titre d’acompte bien
entendu déductibles du montant du séjour, et de 18 e de frais de réservation. LE SOLDE
DE LA REDEVANCE DU SÉJOUR SERA PAYABLE À L’ARRIVÉE. Le paiement sera libellé au
nom de : SARL Camping Le Petit Paris.
1 - La location est personnelle. Il est interdit de sous-louer ou de céder l’emplacement
à un tiers.
2 - Toute modification pouvant entraîner une variation du montant de la redevance en plus
ou en moins doit être signalée à l’arrivée. En cas de déclaration inexacte du preneur,
le présent contrat sera résilié de plein droit et les sommes versées resteront acquises
au loueur.
3 - Vous devez nous aviser de tout retard éventuel de votre arrivée, afin de conserver
votre location. Le gestionnaire se réserve la possibilité de disposer de l’emplacement
réservé s’il restait sans nouvelle 24 h après la date d’arrivée prévue. Lorsque le séjour
est commencé, il n’y a pas de remboursement possible pour cause de départ anticipé,
quelle qu’en soit la raison. Tout séjour réservé et commencé doit être payé en totalité,
du premier au dernier jour de sa réservation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PITCH RENTS
1 - Any reservation will be effective in the collection of the deposit of 30 % of the total sum of the stay. The
balance of the stay will be to settle 30 DAYS BEFORE THE PLANNED DATE OF ARRIVAL, by mandate
(money order), credit card, holiday vouchers, sorts or check, denominated in the order of SARL CAMPSITE
PETIT PARIS. In defect the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If you reserve less than 30
days before your arrival, the totality of the stay buys itself in the reservation.
2 - The hiring is done through weekly or daily time period:
Daily rate: Arrival before 12am or after 2pm (max 6pm) and departure before 10am.
Weekly rental: Arrival from 2pm (max 8pm) and departure before 10am.
3 - It’s forbidden to sublet or to leave one’s accommodation to someone else.
4 - ARRIVED AT THE CAMPSITE The Petit Paris proposes you, for stays in July and August, two days of arrival
and departure possible: Saturday and Wednesday. In the off-season, every day are possible. The tenant, has
to appear at the reception, provided with the letter of confirmation of definitive reservation which will have
been sent to him(her) by mail or e-mail, having settled its stay. And to put down a deposit: €260, by imprint
CB (€200 of guarantee and €60 for the housework). In case of arrival after 8 pm in season (in July / august)
or off season 6pm, You have to inform us about any possible delay of your arrival, to keep your rent. The
administrator saves himself the possibility of having the rent if he stayed without piece of news 24 hours
after the planned date of arrival.
5 - INSURANCE CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY: in case of withdrawal of your part or early
departure, any paid sum will remain acquired in the campsite. We propose you for that purpose an
insurance cancellation, interruption of stay (the conditions are available for consultation on our web site).
3,5 % of the cost of the stay, or a ! 15 minimum. its amount is payable entirely and only in the reservation
and concerns only the persons registered on the stay.
6 - INVENTORY/GUARANTEE: The tenant must make the inventory of the equipment (accommodations) on his
arrival day and indicate any anomaly the very day. Each accommodation contents the equipment for cooking
and eating, as well as bedding, except for sheets and linen. (included in privileges models and rental possiblein
other models). A ! 200 guarantee is required at the arrival for mobil-homes, chalets, caravans, bengalis and
gypsy caravans. It’s paid back at the departure after deduction of the damage or missing equipment noticed.
A ! 60 garantee for the cleaning is required in the arrival, this one is chargeable to the tenant. At the end of
stay, the rent must be restored in perfect state of cleanliness inside and in neighborhoods immediate, should
the opposite occur the ! 60 pledge will be retained.
7 - Each tenant is supposed to respect the campsite rules.
The camping accepts to rent out pitches in order to guarantee to its clients a pitch on the arrival day, in return
for some conditions : Each renting will be accompanied by a ! 90 payment : a ! 72 deposit + ! 18 booking
charges. The balance of the stay must be paid on the arrival. Make out your payment to SARL Camping Le
Petit Paris.

2 - Any change causing a price variation must be signaled on the arrival. In case of mistake made by the tenant,
this contract will be rightfully cancelled and the sums paid will remain acquired by the camping.
3 - You must warn us in case of lateness in order to keep your accomodation. We grant ourselves permission
to have the accomodation at our disposal in case we get no news for 24 hours after the expected arrival
day. When the stay is begun, there is no possible repayment because of early departure, that it that is the
reason. Any reserved and begun stay must be altogether paid, of the first one in the last day of its booking.

QUELQUES POINTS DU RÈGLEMENT :
A FEW POINTS CONCERNING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS:
BRUIT :
Cet endroit est un lieu convivial et calme et nous demandons le respect de cette
tranquillité. Il est recommandé, à la fermeture des barrières, de parler calmement et, à
23 h, qu’il n’y ait plus aucun bruit.
PROPRETÉ :
Veuillez respecter la propreté, l’hygiène et l’aspect du camp. Les sanitaires ne sont
pas des endroits de jeux, laissez les aussi propres que si c’était les vôtres. Respectons
l’environnement, déposez vos sacs poubelles dans le local à l’entrée du camping et
n’oubliez pas le tri sélectif, déposez vos bouteilles de verres, emballages et revues dans
les containers prévus à cet effet.
ANIMAUX :
Ils doivent être vaccinés, tatoués, tenus en laisse. Ils ne doivent pas faire leurs besoins à
l’intérieur du camping. Les animaux de 1ère et 2e catégories sont interdits, en aucun cas
les laisser seuls à l’intérieur des locations ou attachés aux arbres. Carnet de vaccination
obligatoire, à présenter à l’accueil.
PISCINE ET TOBOGGAN :
Pour respecter cet endroit et la qualité de l’eau, ne pas y pénétrer avec des chaussures,
ne pas y fumer et ne pas se baigner avec de l’huile solaire sur le corps, ne pas amener
d’objets encombrants ou de nature à déranger les autres, éviter les caleçons de bain.
TOBOGGAN : Il est obligatoire de descendre un par un les pieds en avant et de dégager
immédiatement l’aire d’arrivée. Les enfants sont sous la responsabilité des parents.
VISITES :
Tout visiteur, quelle que soit la durée de sa présence, doit laisser son véhicule à l’extérieur,
se présenter à l’accueil et régler sa redevance.
NOISE:
The campsite is a peaceful and pleasant place, please respect this tranquillity. Once the gates
are closed, please talk quietly and after 11 pm do not to make any noise at all.
CLEANLINESS:
Please respect the cleanliness, hygiene and aspect of the campsite. The toilet block is not a
play area; please leave it as clean as you would your own. Respect the environment, bins are
available for your rubbish bags at the entrance to the campsite; and don’t forget recycling,
put your glass bottles, packaging and magazines in the containers provided for this purpose.
ANIMALS:
IThey must be vaccinated, tattooed and kept on a lead. Your dogs must not foul on the
campsite. Category 1 and 2 pets are not allowed; they must not be left alone inside the rental
accommodation or attached to trees. Their pet passport must be presented at reception.
SWIMMING POOL AND SLIDE:
Please respect this area and the quality of the water so do not enter with shoes,
do not smoke or swim with sun oil on, do not bring in any large objects or objects
that may bother the other users, avoid wearing swimming shorts.
SLIDE: It is compulsory to go down feet first and to clear the plunge pool immediately. Children
are under the responsibility of their parents.
VISITS:
Visitors, however long they stay, must leave their vehicle outside the campsite, report to
reception and pay their fee.

environ 7 km sur cette rocade, en sortie prendre direction Les Sables-d’Olonne
et ensuite prendre le 1er carrefour à gauche (CD32) direction Baie de Cayola ; le
camping est indiqué sur de petits panneaux blancs, passer un petit rond point en
continuant tout droit, 400 m plus loin sur la gauche, Le PETIT PARIS vous attend.
Arrivée de La Rochelle, Niort, etc. : Après Talmont-St-Hilaire, vous allez
parcourir environ 7 km sur la D949, passer 4 rond-points et ensuite prendre le
1er carrefour à gauche (CD32) direction Baie de Cayola ; le camping est indiqué
sur de petits panneaux blancs, passer un petit rond point en continuant tout droit,
400 m plus loin sur la gauche, Le PETIT PARIS vous attend.
• ACCESS

carriageway, head towards Talmont-St-Hilaire / La Rochelle at the 1st
roundabout. Continue along this bypass for around 7 km and then head for
Les Sables-d’Olonne at the exit and turn left at the 1st crossroads (CD32)
bound for Baie de Cayola. The campsite is indicated on some small white
signposts and continue straight at the roundabout, 400 m down the road
