AVIS DE POSTE : GESTIONNAIRE DE PROGRAMME, REFINANCEMENT
La Fédération de l'habitation coopérative du Canada est à la recherche d'une personne pour combler
le poste à temps plein de gestionnaire de programme, Refinancement, à son siège social d'Ottawa,
en Ontario.
Relevant du gestionnaire de programme, Services de l'Association, le (la) gestionnaire de programme
sera chargé(e) de gérer tous les aspects du nouveau programme de la FHCC, offert en collaboration
avec les caisses de crédit du Canada, dont l'objectif est de consentir de nouveaux prêts hypothécaires
commerciaux aux coopératives d'habitation membres. Cette responsabilité comprendra entre autres
les tâches suivantes : diriger le travail de la FHCC en vue de gérer un portefeuille de prêt en forte
croissance, étudier et analyser les demandes de prêts commerciaux, surveiller les comptes qui
composent le portefeuille, recruter de nouveaux clients parmi les coopératives d'habitation membres,
appuyer un réseau de relations commerciales avec l'industrie du prêt, et effectuer d'autres tâches
connexes pour assurer la croissance du programme de refinancement pour les coopératives
d'habitation.
Le candidat ou la candidate choisi(e) devra : avoir fait des études postsecondaires et/ou avoir une
expérience connexe dans une institution financière ou une industrie comparable; posséder au moins
deux ans d'expérience directe dans le domaine du crédit commercial; très bien connaître les produits
et les services financiers immobiliers, et leur milieu de réglementation; pouvoir lire, comprendre et
analyser des états financiers complexes et des plans d'immobilisations; avoir une expérience dans
l'établissement de nouvelles relations d'affaires; avoir un bon jugement; et posséder d'excellentes
aptitudes pour les communications écrites et orales. La connaissance du français serait un atout.
Le candidat ou la candidate choisi(e) doit pouvoir travailler selon un horaire flexible et se déplacer au
Canada lorsque nécessaire. Le salaire est fonction de l'expérience. La FHCC offre un excellent

NOTICE OF POSITION: PROGRAM MANAGER, REFINANCING
The Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada is seeking to fill the full-time position of Program
Manager, Refinancing, based in Ottawa, Ontario.
Reporting to the Program Manager, Corporate Services, the Program Manager will be responsible
for: managing all aspects of CHF Canada’s new program, offered with Canada’s credit unions, to
provide new commercial mortgage loans to member housing co-operatives. This responsibility
will include, but not be limited to, leading CHF Canada’s work to manage a growing loan
portfolio; investigating and analysing requests for commercial loans; monitoring the accounts
within the portfolio; developing new business among member housing co-operatives; supporting
a network of commercial relationships within the lending industry; and performing other related
duties to successfully grow the refinancing program for housing co-operatives.
The successful candidate will have: a post-secondary education and/or related experience in a
financial institution or comparable industry; a minimum of two years’ direct experience in the
commercial credit field; a thorough knowledge of real estate financial products and services, and
their regulatory environment; the ability to read, understand and analyze complex financial
statements and capital asset plans; experience in developing new business relationships; sound
judgment; and strong written and oral communication skills in English; French an asset.
The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours and travel throughout Canada as
