The school of SLT (orthophonie) is part of the Medical faculty of University Lille 2. Most
important role is the Initial education of 487 Speech language Therapists coming from all parts
of France and Europe.
The 4 year programme includes theoretical and practical (placements) courses as well as
research. The school employs 129 teachers and more than 1000 supervisors of clinical
training.
The school works together with other universities in France and other countries. The school
also co-operates with the regional prof. association.
