Mykonos is a unique and elegant 2 bedroom villa in a quiet and unique cul-de-sac location on the coast of Protaras,
a mere 1 minute's walk from the nearest sandy beach. The villa is close to Nausica resort and Fig Tree Bay famous
for its crystal clear waters in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal
location.
Mykonos is within walking distance from the famous Protaras Strip where you will find all restaurants and taverns,
pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. It is a very comfortable holiday villa which spreads on over 100 square
meters surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean style gardens including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines,
bougainvillea and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, high quality furniture and
all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an
open plan which extends to the outdoor area where a natural timber deck surrounds a private swimming pool with
jacuzzi.
With one double bedroom and a twin on the first floor, and a maid's room which can sleep a further two persons the
villa can comfortably accommodate 6+2 persons. The master bedroom is en-suite with a double large bed while the
second bedroom which is also en-suite has a bank bed with a double in the lower deck and a single in the upper
deck as well as a double pull-out bed. The maid's room whose access is from the outside of the house has a double
bed. On the ground floor there is also a guest WC and a separate shower room.
Mykonos is part of the Nausicaa Beach resort where you can have access to the tennis court, sunbeds, table tennis,
volley ball and much more.
