entraîneurs

From 10 to 13 October 2012: Regional Coaches’
Conference.
Sunday 14 October 2012: Official departure day.
Les présentations seront faites en Français et en Arabe
avec une traduction simultanée pour l'autre langue. Les
intervenants qui ont déjà confirmés sont : Louis Cayer
(CAN), Ivan Molina (COL), Miguel Crespo (ITF),
Hichem Riani (CAT), Frank Couraud (ITF), Selma
Mouelhi Guizani (TUN), Amine Ben Makhlouf (ITF),
Farah Dayoub (ITF), Seifeddine Messaoud (TUN), Illou
Lonfo (CIV), ainsi que d’autres. Le programme détaillé
des intervenants et des sujets d’intervention sera
disponible au début du mois d’août 2012.
Presentations will be made in French and in Arabic with
simultaneous translation. Confirmed speakers include

Full package price based on sharing a twin room: 500

The full package includes:
- Free transfer from the International Airport of
Tunis Carthage to the Official Hotel on Official
arrival & departure days.
- Accommodation for 5 nights at the Houda
Yasmine Hotel.
- 5 buffet breakfasts, 4 buffet lunches and 5
dinners including a Cocktail “dînatoir”.
- Two coffee breaks a day during 4 days
- Free use of the Hotel’s facilities
- Access to the entire conference programme
- Welcome pack including a summary of speakers’
presentations, bag, cap and T-Shirt for each
participant.

the free half day (see below)
Participants Eligibles:
Le congrès est ouvert à tous entraîneurs francophones et
arabophones des pays de l’Afrique du
Nord et de l’Asie de l’Ouest. Il n’y a pas de limite dans le
nombre des inscrits par Fédération Nationale. Toutes les
inscriptions doivent être envoyées par fax ou par email par
le biais du formulaire officiel approuvé par la Fédération
Nationale.

Eligible Participants:
The conference is open to all coaches from North African
and West Asian nations. There is no limit to the number
of entries per national association.
All entries must be submitted by fax or by Email on the
official entry form and approved by the national
association.

Règlement des frais de participation :
Le règlement des frais de participation au Congrès doit être
fait en espèces à la Fédération Tunisienne de Tennis dès
l’arrivée le mardi, 9 octobre 2012. Le payement ne peut se
faire qu’en US Dollar, Euro ou Dinars Tunisiens.
Annulation:
Dernier délai: lundi, 17 septembre 2012
Si une entraîneur déjà inscrit à la Conférence qui se retire
après la date sub-mentionnée ou ne se présente pas à la
Conférence, sa Fédération Nationale sera dans l’obligation
de payer la somme de 250 $ à l’ITF qui se charge de lui
envoyer la facture. Toutefois, la Fédération nationale peut
remplacer un entraîneur inscrit par un autre entraîneur.
Demandes de Visas:
Toutes demandes pour obtenir d’une lettre d’invitation
doivent être adressées à la Fédération Tunisienne de Tennis
par email ([email protected]) ou par fax (+ 216 71 798 844) avant
le 15 Septembre 2012. Les demandes de visa (si nécessaire)
doivent être déposées auprès de l’Ambassade Tunisienne
des pays d’origine des participants.
Aéroport:
L’aéroport International de Tunis Carthage se trouve à 60
kilomètres (une heure) de l’hôtel officiel.
Transfert:
Des transferts par bus Tunis Æ Hôtel Houda
Yasmine, Hammamet Æ Tunis, seront assurés uniquement
le Mardi 9 Octobre et le Dimanche 14 Octobre 2012 et ce
conformément au programme suivant :
Mardi 9 Octobre 2012 : 2 Transferts de l’Aéroport Tunis
Carthage à l’Hôtel Houda Yasmine, Hammamet (les
horaires seront déterminés dès réception de tous les détails
des arrivées)
Dimanche 14 Octobre 2012 : 2 transferts de l’Hôtel Houda
Yasmine, Hammamet vers l’aéroport International de Tunis
Carthage (les horaires seront affichés sur place).
Si les participants veulent bénéficier de ce service, il
faut envoyer les coordonnées d’arrivée et de départ à
M. Heykel Lakdhar au plus tard le samedi, 15
septembre 2012. Si ces détails ne sont pas reçus à
temps, les participants doivent s’arranger seuls pour
arriver à Hammamet. Le coût moyen d’un taxi de
l’aéroport International de Tunis Carthage à l’Hôtel
officiel est de l’ordre de 40US$.

Payment of the participating fees:
The participating fee to the Conference shall be paid on
cash to the Tunisian Tennis Federation upon arrival on 9
October. Payment will be taken in US dollars, Euro or
Tunisian Dinars.
Cancellation:
Deadline: Monday 17 September 2012.
If a coach entering the conference does not officially
withdraw by the cancellation deadline detailed above or
fails to arrive, their National Association will be sent an
invoice by the ITF and will be incurred to pay the amount
of 250 $ for that cancellation. Please note however, that
national associations are permitted to replace one coach
for another.
Visa Requests:
All requests for a visa letter should be sent to the Tunisian
Tennis federation by email ([email protected]) or by fax (+216
71 798 844) before 15 September 2012. Visas will have
to be applied at the Tunisian Embassy at the home
country of the participant or at a neighbouring country in
advance of departure.
Airport:
The International Airport of Tunis Carthage is located 60
km (1 hour drive) from the official hotel.
Transfer:
Transfers by bus Tunis Æ Hôtel Houda
Yasmine, Hammamet Æ Tunis will be only available on
Tuesday 9 October and Sunday 14 October 2012 as follow:
Tuesday 9 October 2012: 2 Transfers from the Airport of
Tunis Carthage to Hotel Houda Yasmine, Hammamet
(timing will be announced upon reception of all arrival
details)
Sunday 14 October 2012: 2 Transfers from Hotel Houda
Yasmine to the International Airport of Tunis Carthage
(timing will be announced on site)
Should participants wish to take advantage of this service,
then they should send their arrival / departure details to
Mr Heykel Lakdhar on Saturday 15 September 2012, at
the latest. If they are not received by this date, then
participants will have to make their own way to
Hammamet. The cost of a private taxi from Tunis
Carthage Airport to the official Hotel is around 40 US$.
