MICHEL PERNELLE APPOINTED MANAGER
OF REGIMBEAU'S NEW AGENCY IN MONTPELLIER,

Paris, Montpellier, 11th February 2010 – IP Attorney Michel Pernelle will
now assume the management of Regimeau's new agency in Montpellier.
The firm, already present in Paris, Lyon, Grenoble and Rennes, thus
reinforces its involvement in regional High-Tech clusters.

competence: he successively worked in a spin-off of the Compiègne University
(Biosys), CNTS teams, Diagnostic Pasteur and SANOFI Pharma (Patent
Department), before becoming a Patent Attorney.
Having acquired 12 years of experience with Jacques Warcoin
(Pharmacy/Biotechnology), Michel is today a renowned expert and a
professional recognized for his unique approach regarding every IP issue.
With a Ph.D. in immunology-hematology, and graduate of the CEIPI (Centre
d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle), Michel also holds a
diploma of Dr. Ing. in industrial biotechnology. His responsibilities range, in
both private and public sector companies throughout the world, from
acquisition of Industrial Property rights to value enhancement and
exploitation of titles.
In Montpellier, Michel Pernelle would to rapidly give Regimbeau's expertise a
regional anchor, enabling Cabinet Regimbeau to best meet the local industrial
and economic challenges.
