Ingresso alle piscine gratuito.
Non si accettano prenotazioni per numeri specifici di unità abitative / piazzole, fermo restando il nostro massimo impegno per soddisfare le richieste della nostra Clientela.
Eventuali richieste specifiche saranno subordinate alle esigenze di carattere generale, comunque soddisfatte nell’ambito della zona limitrofa alla specifica richiesta.
La prenotazione è nominativa e non può essere trasferita a terzi senza l’autorizzazione della Direzione.
VISITATORI GIORNALIERI: la Direzione si riserva la facoltà di consentire a propria discrezione l’ingresso ai Visitatori, i quali se ammessi, dovranno consegnare i propri documenti di identità ed entrare a piedi. Dopo
un’ora di permanenza saranno tenuti al pagamento della tariffa giornaliera campeggio. I Visitatori giornalieri devono uscire tassativamente dal campeggio entro le ore 22:00 del giorno stesso di entrata. Non si
rilasciano permessi di entrata gratuiti nei giorni di sabato, domenica e festivi, e comunque non oltre le ore 20:00 dei giorni feriali.
ATTENZIONE: la velocità massima di circolazione dei mezzi all’interno del Villaggio è di 10 km/h. I trasgressori dovranno lasciare i veicoli all’esterno.
E’ vietata la circolazione per i veicoli a motore dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 07:00.
E’ vietata la circolazione di moto e motorini di qualsiasi tipo, che devono essere lasciati all’ingresso del campeggio.
DIRITTO DI RECESSO:





Il diritto di recesso deve essere esercitato con comunicazione scritta e dovrà pervenire alla Direzione del Villaggio Rosapineta almeno 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo prevista e concordata tra le parti; la caparra
confirmatoria sarà restituita decurtata delle sole spese amministrative sostenute, quantificate in € 20,00.
Il diritto di recesso potrà comunque essere esercitato fino alla pattuita data di inizio soggiorno. In tal caso la caparra confirmatoria versata sarà – a norma di Legge – interamente trattenuta dalla Direzione.
Se l’arrivo non avverrà entro le ore 12:00 del giorno successivo a quello previsto, e in mancanza di comunicazione scritta, il contratto si intenderà risolto, la prenotazione non avrà più alcun effetto vincolante e la
Direzione del Villaggio tratterrà definitivamente l’intera caparra confirmatoria versata.
Non è previsto alcun rimborso e/o riduzione in caso di partenza anticipata.
In caso di partenza anticipata il Cliente sarà tenuto a corrispondere la sola tariffa piazzola anche per le giornate di cui non ha usufruito, con un addebito massimo di 5 giorni.
Si accettano cani purché siano sottoposti alle vaccinazioni previste dalla legge, tenuti al guinzaglio, sotto stretto controllo da parte del proprietario e con assistenza pulizia. Gli esemplari di cane delle
razze Pitbull, Rottweiler e Dobermann possono circolare solo se muniti di museruola e tenuti a guinzaglio corto, alla gamba, condotti da persona capace di controllare totalmente i movimenti
dell’animale. E’ vietato loro l’accesso alla spiaggia. Il proprietario dell’animale è l’unico responsabile di eventuali danni o lesioni che lo stesso possa arrecare a persone o a cose. Per ogni piazzola è
ammesso solo un cane / animale domestico (fatta esclusione per le tipologie Villini, B6 Comfort e Case Mobili, per le quali non sono ammessi cani / animali).

VILLAGGIO:
Soggiorno minimo: 7 giorni – possibili soggiorni di durata inferiore ai 7 giorni nei periodi di bassa stagione compatibilmente con la disponibilità. In questo caso, soggiorno minimo di 2 notti.
I prezzi sono comprensivi di: ingresso per un auto, consumi di luce, acqua e gas, servizio di pulizia alla consegna, accesso alla cabina spogliatoio comune in spiaggia, servizio di animazione dal 25/05/2015 al
05/09/2015.
Le unità abitative sono dotate di: frigorifero, stoviglie e batteria da cucina (moka da caffè esclusa), una coperta per persona (in cotone), 2 sedie sdraio e 1 ombrellone.
Le unità abitative non sono provviste di: biancheria da letto, biancheria da bagno, biancheria da cucina e tovagliato.
Per ogni chalet o bungalow (escluse le tipologie Casa Mobile Ametista, B6 Comfort, B4 Comfort – V4 e V6: persona supplementare non consentita) è ammessa una sola persona supplementare.
Persona supplementare (al giorno, senza letto e biancheria): tariffa giornaliera campeggio.
Per ogni unità abitativa è ammessa una sola auto: permessa la seconda auto per le tipologie da 6 persone.
Casa mobile “AMETISTA”: persona supplementare non ammessa.
Casa mobile “PONZA”: persona supplementare ammessa al costo di € 8,00 al giorno (divano letto a disposizione in soggiorno). Supplemento per la quinta persona previsto indipendentemente dall’età.
Arrivo / Partenza: SABATO per bungalow / chalet / villini, VENERDI per le case mobili, DOMENICA per i caravan.
Arrivo infrasettimanale possibile nei periodi di bassa stagione compatibilmente con la disponibilità.
Orario di arrivo e consegna chiavi: dalle ore 17:00 – Partenza e riconsegna chiavi: entro le ore 10:00.
Possibilità di trattenersi presso il Villaggio fino alle ore 22:00, previo pagamento della tariffa giornaliera campeggio.
Cauzione: all’arrivo dovrà essere depositata una cauzione di € 50,00 in contanti, che sarà restituita alla partenza.
Prima della partenza è previsto un controllo dell’unità abitativa; eventuali rotture o mancanze saranno addebitate.
Pulizie: alla partenza l’Ospite dovrà riconsegnare l’unità abitativa pulita ed in ordine (stoviglie lavate, frigo vuoto, bagno pulito e rifiuti smaltiti). Diversamente saranno trattenuti € 20,00 dalla cauzione per le pulizie finali.
CAMPEGGIO:
Le tariffe si intendono giornaliere, indipendentemente dall’orario di ingresso.
Sarà addebitato anche il giorno di partenza in caso di uscita dopo le ore 13:00.
Si accettano prenotazioni per le sole piazzole con corrente elettrica o con corrente elettrica e acqua/scarico.
Eventuali prolungamenti del soggiorno vanno autorizzati dalla Direzione.
Inizio soggiorno: assegnazione piazzola dalle ore 12:00 – Termine soggiorno e uscita: riconsegna della piazzola entro le ore 12:00.
Possibilità per le persone di trattenersi presso il Villaggio fino alle ore 22:00, previo pagamento della tariffa giornaliera campeggio.
Massimo 6 persone pernottanti ammesse per piazzola.
Per periodi superiori ai 14 giorni di permanenza il Cliente, al momento dell’arrivo, è tenuto a pagare un anticipo pari al 50% del costo complessivo della sola piazzola.
Sulla piazzola è consentita l’installazione, da parte dell’Ospite, di coperture supplementari, purché rispettino le caratteristiche di mobilità e provvisorietà, siano sostenute da apposita struttura appoggiata ed assicurata
al terreno, rispettino la distanza di almeno un metro dal limite perimetrale della piazzola assegnata e non superino la superficie totale massima di mq. 40 e l’altezza di Mt. 3,00.
La piazzola deve essere mantenuta e lasciata nel massimo ordine e pulizia, pena l’addebito di € 50,00 per il riordino.
Al termine del soggiorno la piazzola dovrà essere riconsegnata sgombra da coperture / strutture / equipaggiamenti vari di proprietà del Cliente.
I SIGNORI OSPITI SONO OBBLIGATI A RISPETTARE QUANTO PREVISTO NEL REGOLAMENTO, COPIA DEL QUALE VIENE CONSEGNATA ALL’ARRIVO AD OGNI GRUPPO FAMIGLIARE.

Die Benutzung des Schwimmbades ist kostenlos.
Es werden keine Reservierungen für bestimmte Wohneinheitennummern / Standplatznummer angenommen, jedoch bemühen wir uns die Wünsche der Kunden zu erfüllen.
Evtl. besondere Wünsche hängen von den allgemeinen Erfordernissen ab, werden jedoch im Bereich der gewünschten Zone befriedigt.
Die Reservierung ist persönlich und kann nicht an Dritte ohne Zustimmung der Direktion übertragen werden.
TAGESBESUCHER: Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, den Eintritt von Besuchern zu gestatten, die Falls zugelassen, Ihrer Reisepass oder Personalausweis abgeben müssen. Der Campingplatz darf nur zu Fuß
betreten werden. Nach einer Stunde Aufenthalt muss der Tagestarif bezahlt werden. Tagesbesucher müssen bis spätestens 22:00 Uhr des Eintrittstages den Campingplatz verlassen.
Am Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen werden keine freien Eintritte für eine Stunde gewährt und außerdem nicht nach 20:00 Uhr Werktags.
ACHTUNG: Höchstgeschwindigkeit 10 Km/Std. Zuwiderhandelnde müssen ihre Fahrzeuge außerhalb der Anlage parken. Fahrverbot für Autos zwischen 23:00 und 07:00 Uhr. Motorräder, Mofas und Mopeds jeden
Typs müssen am Eingang der Anlage abgestellt werden.
STORNOBEDINGUNGEN:
 Eine Stornierung der Buchung muss schriftlich erfolgen und muss der Direktion der Ferienanlage Rosapineta mindestens 30 Tage vor dem vorgesehenen und vereinbarten Ankunftsdatum vorliegen; in diesem Fall
wird die geleistete Anzahlung zurückbezahlt, abzüglich € 20,00 für Bearbeitungsgebühr.
 Wenn einer Absage später wie o.a. und bis zum vorgesehenen Ankunftstag erfolgt, so wird die gesamte geleistete Anzahlung, den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entsprechend, von der Direktion zurückgehalten. Es
erfolgt keine Rückzahlung.
 Wenn die Anreise bis 12:00 Uhr des darauffolgenden Tages als vorgesehen nicht erfolgt, und in Abwesenheit der schriftlichen Kommunikation, so wird die Reservierung ungültig / gestrichen; in diesem Fall die
Direktion wird endgültig die gesamte geleistete Anzahlung zurückhalten.
 Für jeden Reservierten Tag, der nicht benützt wird (frühzeitige Abreise), werden dem Gast die Gebühren für den Standplatz für höchstens 5 Tage berechnet.
Hunde sind erlaubt, nur wenn sie die Gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Impfungen erhalten haben, an der Leine unter strenger Aufsicht des Besitzers geführt werden, der auch für die Entfernung des
Hundekots verantwortlich ist. Hunde der Rasse: Pitbull, Rottweiler und Dobermann müssen den Maulkorb tragen; sie müssen an einer kurzen Leine (bei Fuß) und nur von Personen die in der Lage sind
die Bewegungen des Tieres völlig zu kontrollieren, geführt werden. Der Zugang zum Strand ist den Hunden verboten. Alleinverantwortlicher für Verletzungen und Schäden an Personen oder Dingen ist
der Tierbesitzer. Auf jedem Stellplatz ist nur ein Hund / Haustier erlaubt (außer in den Typ B6-K, Mobilheime, V4 und V6- Hunde / Haustiere nicht erlaubt).

WOHNEINHEITEN:
Mindestaufenthalt 7 Tage – kürzere Aufenthalte nur in der Vor-Nachsaison, möglich je nach Vakanz. Auf diesem Fall, Mindestaufenthalt 2 Nächte.
In den Preisen sind inbegriffen: ein Autostellplatz, warmes und kaltes Wasser, Strom, Gas, Reinigung bei der Anreise, Gemeinschaft Umkleidekabine am Strand, Animation vom 25/05/2015 bis 05/09/2015.
Alle Wohneinheiten sind mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Töpfe (keine Kaffeemaschine), 1 Baumwolldecke pro Person, 2 Liegestühle und 1 Sonnenschirm ausgestattet.
Alle Wohneinheiten sind nicht mit Tisch-Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgestattet.
Für jeden Bungalow oder Chalet (außer Typ Mobilheim Ametista, B6-K, B4K, V4 und V6-zusaetzliche Person nicht erlaubt) ist nur eine zusätzliche Person zugelassen.
Zusätzliche Person/Tag (ohne Bett und Bettwäsche): siehe Camping Preisliste.
Für jede Wohneinheit ist nur ein Auto zugelassen, ein zweites Auto nur für die Objekt-Typ für 6 Personen erlaubt.

Mobilheim “PONZA“: extra Person erlaubt zum Preis von € 8,00 pro Tag (Schlafcouch in Wohnzimmer). Extra Person zu bezahlen unabhängig welcher Alter.
An- und Abreisetag fuer Bungalow / Chalet / Villini am SAMSTAG, fuer Mobilheime am FREITAG, fuer Wohnwagen am SONNTAG.
Ankunft während der Woche nur in der Vor-Nachsaison, möglich je nach Vakanz.
Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe: am Anreisetag ab 17:00 Uhr – Schlüsselrückgabe und Abreise: bis max 10:00 Uhr.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Feriendorf bis 22:00 Uhr zu bleiben gegen Zahlung des Tagestarif (siehe Camping Preisliste).
Kaution: Bei Ankunft muss eine Kaution von € 50,00 (Bargeld) hinterlegt werden, die beim Abreisetag zurückerstattet wird.
Vor der Abreise ist eine Kontrolle der Wohneinheit vorgesehen, evtl. Schäden oder Mängel werden in Rechnung gestellt.
Endreinigung: Der Gast muss die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich verlassen (Geschirr abgespült, leeren Kühlschrank, saubere Badezimmer und frei von Müll), andernfalls es werden € 20,00 für die Endreinigung von
der Kaution abgezogen.
CAMPING:
Die Preise verstehen sich pro Tag unabhängig von der Ankunftszeit. Vollbezahlung auch für den Tag der Abfahrt, wenn Abreise nach 13:00 Uhr erfolgt.
Vorreservierungen nur für Standplätze mit Strom bzw. Strom/An-Abwasseranschluss.
Evtl. Verlaengerungen des Aufenthaltes muessen von der Direktion der Ferienanlage genehmigt werden.
Anreise: ab 12:00 Uhr – Abreise: bis 12:00 Uhr.

Für Aufenthalte mit einer Dauer über 14 Tage muss der Gast bei Anreise eine Anzahlung/Vorschuss von 50% des gesamten Stellplatzpreises zahlen.
Auf dem Stellplatz ist seitens des Gastes die Anbringung von zusätzlichen Überdachungen erlaubt. Sie müssen jedoch bewegliche und provisorische Merkmale aufweisen, von einer dafür bestimmte Struktur getragen
werden und am Boden gesichert und gestützt sein. Die Überdachungen müssen eine gesamte Grundfläche von max. QM 40 haben und die Höhe von max. MT 3 nicht überschreiten. Außerdem es muss einen
Abstand von mindestens einem Meter von Grenzlinie des zugewiesenes Stellplatzes eingehalten werden.
Der Standplatz muss ordentlich und sauber gehalten und verlassen werden. Bei Nichteinhaltung, werden € 50,00 für das Aufräumen berechnet. Bei der Abreise muss der Standplatz von jeglichen eigenen
Überdachungen, tragenden Strukturen und verschiedenen Ausrüstungen frei gelassen werden.

We do not accept reservations for specific accommodation’s / pitches numbers. Any special requirement will be satisfied according to general need, however respecting the required area and Guest’s requirements.
It is not possible to transfer the reservation to someone else without the Management’s permission.
DAILY GUESTS: The Management reserves the right to allow Guests to get in. Guests have to leave their Identity Card/Passport at the Reception and to enter on foot. Guests will be charged with the daily ticket
longer than one hour stay. Daily Guests have to leave absolutely within 10:00 p.m.
The Management does not grant any free permission on Saturdays, on Sundays, on Public Holidays and anyway not later than 08:00 p.m. during the week.
WATCH OUT!: Speed bounds: 10 Km/h. Offenders must leave their own vehicle outside the Holiday Resort.
No traffic flow from 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. Any type of motorcycle must be left at Holiday Resort’s entrance parking.
CANCELLATION’S TERMS & CONDITIONS:
 The cancellation’s right must be exercised in written manner and has to reach Villaggio Rosapineta Management at least 30 days before the expected agreed arrival. In this case the confirming booking deposit will
be refunded (€ 20,00 will be deducted due to general charges).
 Lower than 30 days, the cancellation’s right can take place until the expected agreed arrival, in this case the confirming booking deposit will be entirely retained from the Management in accordance with the law.
 The reservation will be valid until 12.00 noon of the following day of the previous arrival. Longer this deadline (and in case of no written communication from the Guest), the contract will be rescinded and the
reservation will be cancelled, in this case the Management will retain the whole confirming booking deposit paid.
 No refund for any earlier departure.
 In case of earlier departure, the Guest will be charged just for the pitch for a part of the booked period, with a maximum term of 5 days.
Dogs are allowed just in case they are vaccinated by law, on the lead, under Owner’s control. The dog’s Owner is also responsible for the cleaning assistance. Pitbull, Rottweiler and Doberman breed
must be muzzled and on short lead, leaded by a person able to check completely the dog’s actions. Dogs are not admitted on the beach. The dog’s Owner is the only responsible for any damage against
people and things. Only one dog / animal is allowed per accommodation (except for the type B6-Comfort, Mobile home, V4, V6 – no dogs / animals allowed).

HOLIDAY RESORT:
Minimum of 7-days stay - stay lower than 7 days are possible during the low season depending on the availability. In this case, 2 nights-minimum stay required.
Prices include: one car parking, hot and cold water, electricity and gas, cleaning-service on arrival, common beach hut use on the beach, entertainment staff from 25/05/2015 to 05/09/2015.
Accommodations are equipped with: one fridge, saucepan and crockery set (coffee machine not included), a cotton blanket per person, 2 deckchairs and 1 beach umbrella.
The accommodations are not provided with: bed linen, towels and household linen.
Just one extra person allowed per each bungalow/chalet (extra person is not allowed for Mobilhome Ametista, B6-K, B4K, V4 and V6).
The extra person will be charged with the campsite daily price (bed and bed linen not included).
Just one car allowed per bungalow/chalet. One extra car is allowed for accommodation for 6 people.
Mobile-home “PONZA”: extra person not allowed.
Mobile-home “AMETISTA”: extra Person is allowed paying € 8,00 per day (Sofa bed available in the living-room), the extra person will be charged independently from the age.
Arrival / Departure day: on SATURDAY for Bungalow / Chalet / Villini, on FRIDAY for Mobile-home, on SUNDAY for Caravans.
Arrival during the week possible just during the low season depending on the availability.
Arrival time and keys delivery: from 05:00 p.m. – Keys delivery and departure time: before 10:00 a.m.
It is possible to stay in the Holiday Resort until 10.00 p.m. of the departure day upon payment of the daily ticket.
Deposit: € 50,00 (by cash) will be required on arrival. The deposit will be returned on the departure day.
The accommodation will be checked before Guest’s departure, any shortage or breakage will be charged.
Cleaning: On the departure the accommodation has to be left tidy and clean (washed-up dishes, empty fridge, clean bathroom and rubbish thrown), otherwise € 20,00 will be deducted from the deposit due to cleaning
charges.
CAMPSITE:
Prices are per day. The arrival day is always charged. The departure day will be charged if the departure will take place later than 01:00 p.m.
It is possible to reserve pitches with electricity and with electricity & water. Any extension of the stay has to be authorized first by the Management.
Arrival time: from 12:00 noon – Departure time: before 12:00 noon. It is possible to stay in the Holiday Resort until 10.00 p.m. of the departure day upon payment of the daily ticket.
Max 6 people overnight stay per pitch.
For any stay longer than 14 days, on arrival the Guest has to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the pitch.
It is allowed to Guests to fix additional covering on the pitch as long as those facilities respect mobility’s feature and provisional character. Frameworks must be well fixed to the ground and properly held up. They have
to lie at least one meter from border zone of the pitch; moreover the total surface must not be larger than 40 qm. and higher than 3 mt.
Pitches must be kept and left clean and in order, otherwise € 50,00 will be charged due to rearrangement.
At the end of the stay the pitch has to be left free of any covering, structures and / or equipment belonging to the Guest.
GUESTS HAVE TO RESPECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER HOLIDAY RESORT’S RULES DISPLAYED IN THE RECEPTION.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS PRICE LIST, DUE TO GENERAL CHARGES AND TAXES INCREASE.

de notre Clientèle. Éventuellement les demandes spécifiques seront subordonnées aux exigences de caractère général, de façon satisfaisante dans les limites des zones limitrophes aux demandes spécifiques.
La réservation est nominative et on ne peut pas le céder aux tierce personnes sans l’autorisation du Management.
VISITEURS JOURNALIERS: La Direction se réserve le droit de consentir l’entrée des visiteurs, lesquels, si seront admise, devront laisser leur passeport ou carte d’identité et entrer à pied; après 1 heure ils seront
obligés de payer le tarif journalier. Les visiteurs du Camping devront sortir au plus tard à 22:00 h. du jour même d’arrivée. L’heure gratuite n’est pas accordée le samedi, la dimanche et les jours fériés, et en aucun cas
après 20:00 h. pour les autres jours.
ATTENTION: La vitesse dans le camping est 10 km/h. Les transgresseurs devront laisser leur véhicule à l’extérieur. Il est interdit de circuler pour les véhicules à moteur de 23:00 h à 07:00 h. Motos et mobylettes
devront être laissées à l’entrée du Camping.
RÉSILIATION ET CONDITION RÉSOLUTOIRE :
 La résiliation doit nous parvenir absolument par écrit et envoyée au Management du Village Rosapineta. La communication doit nous arriver jusqu’aux 30 jours de la date d’arrivée du séjour; dans ce cas les arrhes
seront remboursées, moins € 20,00 pour frais généraux.
 A moins de 30 jours de la date d’arrivée, les arrhes seront totalement retenues aux termes de la Loi.
 Si le Client n’effectue pas l’enregistrement avant 12:00 heures du jour suivant l’arrivé prévue, et dans l’absence de communication par écrit, la réservation n’aura plus validité; pour cette raison, les arrhes seront
totalement retenues.
 Aucun déduction n’est prévue en cas de départ anticipé.
 Dans le cas du départ anticipé, le Client devra payer, pour chaque jour réservé mais pas utilisé, le tarif de l’emplacement jusqu’au maximum de 5 jours.
Les chiens seront acceptés si sont soumis à la vaccination prévue par la Loi, tenus en laisse, et sous contrôle par leur propriétaire, et avec assistance de la propreté. Les races comme le Pitbull,
Rottweiler et Doberman pourront circuler seulement munis d’une muselière, tenus en laisse courte, aux jambes et tenus d’une personne en état de contrôler totalement les mouvements de l’animal. Le
propriétaire de l’animal est l’unique responsable des éventuels dommages et lésions causés aux personnes et aux biens.
Pour chaque emplacement / unité d’habitation est admis un seul chien / animal domestique (excepté pour les Villini, B6 Confort et Mobile-Homes – pas des chiens / animaux domestique admis).

VILLAGE:
Séjour minimum de 7 jours - séjour pour courte période possible dans l’hors-saison si disponible – dans ce cas, séjour minimum de 2 nuits.
Dans les prix sont compris: accès pour 1 véhicule, énergie électrique et gaz, consommation d’eau froide et eau chaude, service de nettoyage à l’arrivée, cabine commune à la plage, animation depuis 25/05/2015 au
05/09/2015.
Les bungalows / chalets / villini / mobile homes sont prévus de: frigidaire, batterie de cuisine et vaisselles (moka pas compris), 1 couverture par personne (en coton), 2 chaises longues et 1 parasol.
Les bungalows / chalets / villini / mobile homes ne sont pas prévus de: parure de lits (draps), serviette de bain et torchons de cuisine.
Pour chaque bungalows ou chalets est admise seulement une personne supplémentaire (excepté le Mobile-Home Ametista, V4, V6, B6 Confort et B4 Confort – personne supplémentaire interdit).
Personnes supplémentaires (par jour sans lit et sans linge de lit): tarif par jour par personne / camping.
Pour chaque unité d’habitation est admise seulement une voiture: est admis la seconde voiture pour le type pour 6 personnes.
Mobile-home “AMETISTA”: personne supplémentaire interdit.
Mobil-home “PONZA”: admis en payant le prix du € 8,00 par jour (canapé-lit à disposition dans la salle de séjour). Personne supplémentaire à payer indépendamment de l’âge.
Arrivée / Départ pour le bungalow / chalet / villini SAMEDI , pour le Mobil-Home VENDREDI, pour le caravanes DIMANCHE.
Arrivée pendant la semaine possible dans l’hors-saison si disponible.
Horaire d’arrivée et de départ / remise clés: arrivée de 17:00 h – départ dans 10:00 h.
On peut bien rester dans le Village jusqu’à 22:00 de la soirée en payant le tarif par jour par personne / camping.
Caution: À l’arrivée une caution de € 50,00 devra être déposée, elle sera rendue au départ. Avant le départ est prévu un contrôle de l’habitation. Les casses et les manquantes seront imputés.
Nettoyage: au départ l’unité d’habitation doit être rendu propre et en ordre (laver la vaisselle, frigidaire vide, cabinet de toilette vide et ramassage écoulé).
Autrement € 20,00 seront réduit de la caution pour le nettoyage finale.
CAMPING:
Le tarif journalier est à payer indépendamment de l’heure d’entrée. Sera aussi compté le jour de départ si celui-ci s’effectue après 13:00 h.
Les réservations des emplacements sont possibilité seulement pour les places avec courant électrique et courant électrique+ eau et écoulement.
Les prolongations du séjour doit être autorisé en avant par la Direction.
Horaire d’arrivée et assignation emplacement: à partir de 12:00 h. Horaire du départ et sortie: entre 12:00 h.
On peut bien rester dans le Village jusqu’à 22:00 h. de la soirée en payant le tarif par jour par personne / camping.
Max six personnes en séjournant pendant la nuit par emplacement.
Pour le séjour au-dessus de 14 jours, le Client à l’arrivée doit payer le 50% du coût total de l’emplacement.
Sur la place est consentie l’installation aux Hôtes, de couvertures supplémentaires, pourvu qu’ils aient des caractéristiques provisoires et de mobilité et qu’ils soient soutenues par une structure spéciale appuyée et
assurée au terrain; ils doivent aussi respecter la distance d’au moins un mètre du périmètre de l’emplacement assigné et ne pas dépasser la superficie totale de 40 mq. et de 3 mètres de hauteur.
L’emplacement devra être maintenu et laissé tout à fait en ordre et nettoyage, au contraire les Hôtes devront payer € 50,00 pour la remise en ordre. A’ la fin du séjour, l’emplacement doit être rendu propre et en ordre,
déménagé et libre de couvertures, de structures et des équipements des Hôtes.

REGOLAMENTO DEL VILLAGGIO TURISTICO ROSAPINETA***:
Il presente regolamento viene inviato unitamente alla proposta contrattuale ed è esposto all’entrata presso gli uffici della Reception. L’ingresso nel Villaggio Turistico comporta l’accettazione integrale e la piena osservanza del regolamento che può essere
integrato da norme aggiuntive che la Direzione riterrà opportuno emanare per il miglior funzionamento del Villaggio stesso, anche durante il corso della stagione. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di allontanare, a proprio giudizio, gli Ospiti o i Visitatori che
violino le disposizioni del presente Regolamento.
1)
All’atto dell’arrivo tutti gli Ospiti di qualunque età e nazionalità sono tenuti a consegnare i propri documenti di identità per le registrazioni di legge.
2)
E’ vietata la circolazione all’interno del Villaggio a motocicli o similari che dovranno essere lasciati all’ingresso dello stesso, nell’apposita area. All’interno del Villaggio la velocità massima di circolazione è di 10 Km/h. I trasgressori dovranno lasciare i veicoli all’esterno. E’
vietata la circolazione ai veicoli a motore dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 07:00 e al di fuori delle strade asfaltate e dei tracciati nella pineta.
3)
Tutte le auto presenti in Villaggio devono essere obbligatoriamente registrate e munite di tessera per l’accesso. Eventuali variazioni di targa o auto supplementari devono essere segnalate ed autorizzate. E’ previsto il pagamento della tariffa auto in caso di auto
supplementare.
4)
Nell’eventualità in cui gli Ospiti parcheggino il proprio veicolo in piazzole a loro non assegnate, in luoghi ove ciò sia proibito o, comunque, in modo tale da creare disagio per gli altri Ospiti od ostacolo alle attività del Villaggio, la Direzione, a propria
insindacabile discrezione, potrà far rimuovere il veicolo a spese dell’Ospite, depositandolo in luogo a ciò adibito all’interno del Villaggio.
5)
Ciascun Ospite é tenuto a custodire gli oggetti di sua proprietà; la Direzione non risponde del denaro e degli oggetti di valore che non siano stati consegnati alla stessa per la custodia. La Direzione non risponde per danni causati da altri Ospiti, caso fortuito, forza
maggiore, caduta di pigne, rami o alberi o comunque non dipendenti da fatto imputabile al personale del Villaggio.
6)
Le bollette ed i “pass” emessi all’atto dell’arrivo, siano esse per le persone o per la sosta di tende o caravan, costituiscono il documento necessario per l’entrata ed il soggiorno e devono, quindi, essere sempre presentate all’atto di ingresso del Villaggio o su richiesta al
personale di controllo. Sarà allontanato definitivamente il Cliente che introduca Ospiti terzi non regolarmente registrati presso la Direzione, la quale si riserva di prendere ulteriori provvedimenti.
Pertanto, in caso di visite, il Cliente dovrà accertarsi che i suoi Ospiti abbiano l’autorizzazione della Direzione la quale riterrà comunque responsabile il locatario della piazzola e/o unità abitativa per tutte le irregolarità imputabili o riconducibili ai Suoi famigliari o ai Suoi
visitatori. Nel caso in cui si riscontrino presenze non dichiarate, il titolare della piazzola e/o unità abitativa sarà tenuto al pagamento dell’intero soggiorno per tutte le persone eccedenti all’atto del controllo sin dal giorno stesso del Suo arrivo.
7)
I minorenni sono ammessi se accompagnati da genitori, ovvero da persona maggiorenne che ne abbia, a norma di legge o per autorizzazione scritta dei genitori, la legittima custodia e si assuma la responsabilità delle azioni del minore stesso. Detti soggetti sono
direttamente responsabili dei minori che accompagnano. I bambini devono essere accompagnati e sorvegliati nell’uso delle varie attrezzature e nelle toilette. La Direzione declina ogni responsabilità a questo riguardo.
8)
La Direzione si riserva la facoltà di consentire a propria discrezione l’ingresso ai Visitatori, i quali se ammessi, dovranno consegnare il proprio documento d’identità. I Visitatori non possono introdurre nel Villaggio veicoli e, dopo un’ora di permanenza, saranno tenuti a
corrispondere la quota giornaliera. I Visitatori giornalieri devono uscire tassativamente entro le ore 22:00 del giorno stesso di entrata. Non si rilasciano permessi di entrata gratuiti di sabato, domenica e festivi, e comunque non oltre le ore 20:00 nei giorni feriali.
9)
Si accettano cani purché siano stati sottoposti alle vaccinazioni previste dalla legge, tenuti al guinzaglio, sotto stretto controllo da parte del proprietario, e con assistenza pulizia. Gli esemplari di cane delle razze Pitbull, Rottweiler e Dobermann possono
circolare solo se muniti di museruola e tenuti a guinzaglio corto, alla gamba, condotti da persona capace di controllarne totalmente i movimenti. I cani non possono accedere alla spiaggia. Il proprietario ne è l’unico responsabile per eventuali danni o
lesioni che lo stesso dovesse arrecare a persone o a cose. Per ogni piazzola / unità abitativa è ammesso un solo cane / animale domestico (fatta esclusione per le tipologie Villini, B6 Comfort e Case Mobili, per le quali non sono ammessi cani / animali).
10) Dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 07:00 e dalle ore 13:00 alle ore 15:00 deve essere osservato il silenzio. E’ severamente proibito, entro questi orari, l’uso di apparecchi radio, televisori, strumenti musicali ecc... che comunque devono sempre essere tenuti a basso volume.
11) Ai Campeggiatori in piazzola tenda (senza corrente) é severamente vietato l’allacciamento abusivo a qualsiasi presa di corrente elettrica. I trasgressori saranno ritenuti responsabili in caso di incendi e danni a persone o a cose. A tutti i campeggiatori è fatto comunque
divieto l’utilizzo di apparecchi elettrici come stufe, fornelli e scalda acqua.
12) E’ severamente vietato:

giocare a calcio (usare gli spazi adibiti), praticare qualsiasi altro gioco molesto;

danneggiare le piante, i fiori e le attrezzature del Villaggio;

gettare carte e rifiuti fuori dagli appositi contenitori;

lavare stoviglie o biancheria in prossimità della tenda/caravan o comunque lontano dai luoghi indicati;

disperdere nel terreno detergenti di qualsiasi tipo;

lavare animali nelle docce, lavabi, lavelli e lavabiancheria;

cantare in coro sia di giorno che di notte e arrecare disturbo con urla e schiamazzi;
saranno definitivamente allontanate dal Villaggio le persone in stato di ubriachezza;

accendere fuochi in spiaggia e all’aperto. E’ ammesso l’uso della griglia a carbone purché il fumo non disturbi i vicini e non si danneggino prato e terreno sottostante o le eventuali coperture dei posti. E’ vietato l’uso della griglia nelle unità abitative, piazzole e
caravan situate nella pineta;

scavare buche o solchi attorno alle tende.
13) La piazzola deve essere mantenuta e lasciata nel massimo ordine e pulizia, contrariamente verranno addebitati € 50,00 per il riordino. E’assolutamente vietato realizzare su tutti i quattro lati della piazzola, recinzioni di qualunque tipo e materiale. La Direzione si riserva di
rimuovere qualunque struttura, abusivamente realizzata. Al termine del soggiorno gli Ospiti dovranno liberare la piazzola da qualsiasi oggetto, lasciandola completamente sgombra. In caso contrario, la Direzione potrà, immediatamente e senza necessità di preavviso,
rimuovere ed eliminare, a spese dell’Ospite, qualunque oggetto si trovi ancora nella piazzola. E’ severamente vietato abbandonare all’interno del campeggio rifiuti ingombranti o non convenzionali (componenti d’arredo, materassi, elettrodomestici, ecc...).
14) La corrispondenza degli Ospiti eventualmente recapitata presso la Direzione, deve essere ritirata personalmente dal Cliente, in caso contrario sarà rispedita al mittente.
15) E’ vietato fare il bagno nei corridoi di uscita delle barche a vela e windsurf, con mare agitato, durante i temporali, di notte e lo spingersi al largo oltre il limite di sicurezza. E’ altresì vietata la balneazione quando, per assenza di sorveglianza o mare mosso, sono issate le
bandiere rosse. Si raccomanda ai gentili Ospiti di rispettare le norme previste dal regolamento della Capitaneria di Porto esposto in Direzione e all’interno del Villaggio e di attenersi alle disposizioni dei bagnini.
16) Pulizia dei servizi igienici: preghiamo gli Ospiti di collaborare allo scopo usando lavelli, lavandini, lavabi e docce secondo le indicazioni. Per WC chimici e similari si prega di usare gli appositi scarichi nei servizi.
17) La Direzione non attua alcun servizio di avviso telefonico per i propri Ospiti, salvo casi di chiamata per motivi gravi.
18) L’accesso e l’uso delle piscine sono regolati da appositi orari e prescrizioni affissi all’ingresso delle medesime. L’uso delle attrezzature complementari ginnico-sportive-ricreative sarà a rischio e pericolo degli Ospiti. La partecipazione a qualunque attività di intrattenimento
sportivo e non, è da considerarsi una libera scelta del Cliente. Eventuali conseguenze dannose o lesive non possono essere imputabili al Villaggio.
19) Il personale di custodia e vigilanza del Villaggio è incaricato di far rispettare il presente regolamento. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di allontanare, a proprio giudizio, quegli Ospiti che per il loro comportamento dovessero disturbare la quiete e l’altrui tranquillità.
La Direzione ringrazia i propri Ospiti per la collaborazione ed augura un felice soggiorno.

HAUS-UND PLATZORDNUNG FERIENDORF ROSAPINETA***
Die vorliegende Haus-und Platzordnung wird allen Gästen mit dem Vertragsvorschlag gesandt und bei der Anreise ausgehändigt und ist außerdem am Eingang und im Innern der Ferienanlage angeschlagen. Die Aufnahme in der Ferienanlage setzt die vollständige
Anerkennung und Beachtung der Platzordnung voraus. Diese kann mit weiteren Bestimmungen ergänzt werden, wenn es die Direktion für einen besseren Betriebsablauf für zweckmäßig hält. Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Urteil, Gäste oder
Besucher welche die Bestimmungen dieser Platzordnung brechen, vom Platz zu verweisen.
1)
Bei Ankunft müssen alle Gäste, gleichgültig welcher Nationalität und unabhängig von der Alter einen gültigen Personalausweis oder Pass für die polizeiliche Anmeldung (gesetzliche Eintragungen) abgeben.
2)
Das Fahren in der Ferienanlage ist für Motorräder oder dergleichen verboten. Diese müssen am Eingang der Ferienanlage in der dafür bestimmten Fläche abgestellt werden. Höchstgeschwindigkeit in der Ferienanlage 10 Km/h . Zuwiderhandelnde müssen Ihre Fahrzeuge außerhalb
der Anlage parken. Fahrverbot für Motorfahrzeuge zwischen 23:00 und 07:00 Uhr. Fahrverbot für Motorfahrzeuge außerhalb der asphaltierten Straßen und der Trassen in Pinienwald.
3)
Alle Fahrzeuge muessen gemeldet werden. Fuer jede Fahrzeuge wird einen “Pass“ (Schrankenkarten) mitgegeben. Im Falle eines Fahrzeugwechseln muss eine neue Genehmigung beantragt werden. Fuer zusaetliches Auto ist die Tarif nach der Preisliste zu zahlen.
4)
Falls Gäste Ihr Fahrzeug auf nicht eigene Zelt- bzw. Wohnwagenstandplätze oder auf nicht genehmigten Autoabstellplätzen parken oder, so parken, dass es für andere Gäste oder für die Tätigkeit der Ferienanlage Unbequemlichkeiten verursachen, darf die
Direktion der Ferienanlage, nach eigenem und unanfechtbarem Ermessen, das Fahrzeug auf Kosten des Gastes entfernen lassen und in einem dazu bestimmten Gebiet aufbewahren.
5)
Jeder Gast muss selbst auf sein Eigentum achten. Die Direktion haftet nur für Geld und Wertsachen, die zur Aufbewahrung abgegeben wurden. Die Direktion haftet nicht für Schäden, die von anderen Gästen verursacht werden, ebenso nicht für Schäden, die durch Zufall und höhere
Gewalt, durch das Fallen von Pinienzapfen, Äste und Bäumen und nicht durch Verschulden der Mitarbeiter des Campingplatzes entstehen.
6)
Die bei der Anreise ausgestellten Eintrittsscheine, sei es für Personen als auch für unbewohnte Standplätze, sind das notwendige Dokument für den Eintritt und den Aufenthalt und müssen deshalb bei jedem Eintritt dem Kontrollpersonal vorgezeigt werden. Gäste, die bei einer
Kontrolle mit unangemeldeten Personen angetroffen werden, werden sofort vom Platz verwiesen. Die Direktion der Ferienanlage behält sich das Recht vor diesbezüglich weitere Maßnahmen zu treffen.
Der Kunde (gastgebende Mieter) ist dafuer verantwortlich und hat dafuer zu sorgen, dass seinen Gaesten ordentlich angemeldet werden.
Er haftet fuer etwaige Unregelmaessigkeiten/Schaeden verursacht durch oder im Zusammenhang mit seinen Familienmitgliedern oder Gaeste.
Im Falle einer Kontrolle, ist der Kunde verpflichtet fuer jeden nicht angemeldete Gast/Person, den gesamten Aufenthalt ab dem Tag seiner Ankunft zu bezahlen.
7)
Minderjährige werden nur in Begleitung der Eltern oder erziehungsberechtigter Personen, welche den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entsprechend oder nach schriftlicher Genehmigung der Eltern die rechtmäßige Aufsicht haben, aufgenommen. Kinder sind immer von erwachsenen
Personen zu den Sanitäranlagen zu begleiten und im Gebrauch der verschiedenen Anlagen zu unterweisen. Eltern bzw. erziehungsberechtigte Personen sind für ihre Kinder direkt verantwortlich und müssen diese ständig beaufsichtigen. Diesbezüglich lehnt die Direktion jede
Verantwortung ab.
8)
Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, den Eintritt von Besuchern zu gestatten, die, falls zugelassen, ihren Reisepass oder Personalausweis abgeben müssen. Der Campingplatz darf nur zu Fuß betreten werden. Nach einer Stunde Aufenthalt muss der Tagestarif bezahlt werden.
Tagesbesucher müssen bis spätestens 22:00 Uhr des Eintrittstages den Campingplatz verlassen. An Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen werden keine freien Eintritte für eine Stunde gewährt und außerdem nicht nach 20:00 Uhr an den anderen Tagen.
9)
Hunde sind nur erlaubt, wenn sie die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Impfungen erhalten haben, an der Leine geführt werden, unter strenger Aufsicht des Besitzers sind, der auch für die Entfernung des Hundekots verantwortlich ist. Hunde der Rassen Pitbull,
Rottweiler und Dobermann dürfen nur mit Maulkorb an einer kurzen Leine, bei Fuß und nur von Personen, die in der Lage sind, die Bewegungen des Tieres völlig zu kontrollieren, geführt werden. Der Zugang zum Strand ist den Hunden verboten.
Alleinverantwortlicher für Verletzungen und Schäden an Personen oder Dingen ist der Tierbesitzer. Auf jedem Standplatz oder Wohneinheit ist nur ein Hund / Haustier erlaubt (außer in den Typ B6-K, Mobilheime, V4 und V6- Hunde / Haustiere nicht erlaubt).
10) Mittagsruhe ist von 13:00 bis 15:00 Uhr und Nachtruhe von 23:00 bis 07:00 Uhr. Während dieser Zeit sind Tätigkeiten welche Lärmbelästigung für andere Gäste verursachen können sowie das Spielen von Radio-, Fernsehgeräten und Musikinstrumenten strengstens verboten, die
auch zu anderen Zeiten nur mit niedriger Lautstärke gespielt werden dürfen.
11) Für Campinggäste auf dem Zeltplatz (ohne Stromanschluss) ist es strengstens verboten, sich widerrechtlich an irgendeine Stromleitung anzuschließen. Zuwiderhandelnde sind für Brandfälle oder Schäden an Personen oder Dingen verantwortlich. Die Verwendung von elektrischen
Geräten wie Heizofen, Kocher und Wasserkocher ist auf jeden Fall verboten
12) Es ist strengstens verboten:
 Fußball zu spielen (Fußballplatz benützen) oder andere störende Spiele auszuüben;
 Bäume, Blumen oder Campingeinrichtungen zu beschädigen;
 Papier oder Abfälle außerhalb der dazu bestimmten Behälter zu werfen;
 Geschirr oder Wäsche neben dem Zelt/Caravan oder sonst außerhalb des angewiesenen Gebietes zu waschen;
 Die Entsorgung in den Boden von Reinigung-Waschmitteln aller Art;
 Hunde in den Duschen, Waschbecken, Wäschewasch- Geschirrspülbecken zu waschen;
 sowohl Tags als auch nachts zu lärmen oder Chorgesang anzustimmen; Gäste im betrunkenen Zustand werden sofort vom Platz verwiesen;
 Feuer am Strand oder im Campingplatz anzulegen. Grillen ist nur unter der Bedingung erlaubt, dass keine Rauchbelästigung für die Nachbarn entsteht und Wiesen,
der Boden oder evtl. Überdachungen nicht beschädigt werden. Grillen ist für Gäste der Wohneinheiten, Standplätze und Mietwohnwagen im Pinienwald verboten.
 Löcher und Furchen um den Zelte zu graben.
13) Die Gäste dürfen auf keinem Fall, auch nur zum Teil andere Standplätze als die, die von der Direktion zugewiesen wurden belegen. Die Standplätze müssen ordentlich und sauber gehalten und ebenso verlassen werden. Bei Nichteinhaltung werden € 50,00 für das Aufräumen
berechnet. Auf den Standplätzen ist das Aufstellen jeglichen Aufbaus (fest oder halbfest, besonders Zaune, Planen, Seile) strengstens verboten. Es ist auf jeden Fall verboten Umzäunungen jeder Art und Material auf allen vier Seiten des Standplatzes aufzustellen. Die Direktion der
Ferienanlage behält sich das Recht vor, jegliche widerrechtlich aufgestellten Strukturen zu entfernen. Bei der Abreise muss der Standplatz frei von jeglichen eigenen Überdachungen, tragenden Strukturen und verschiedenen Ausrüstungen verlassen werden. Andernfalls wird die
Direktion, sofort und ohne Benachrichtigung, auf Kosten des Gastes, jeden Gegenstand der sich noch auf dem Standplatz befindet entfernen und vernichten.
Es ist strengstens verboten Gegestaende (Möbelteile, Haushaltsgeräte und sonstiger Spermuell) auf dem Campinggelaende zu entsorgen.
14) Post muss persönlich abgeholt werden. Falls dies nicht erfolgt, wird sie zurückgeschickt.
15) Baden ist verboten: in den Ein- und Ausfahrtskorridoren der Boote und Windsurfbretter, bei stürmischem Meer, bei Gewitter und nachts. Es ist nicht erlaubt, zu weit über die Sicherheitsgrenze hinauszuschwimmen. Baden ist außerdem verboten, wenn wegen Nichtbewachung oder
stürmischem Meer die roten Fahnen aufgezogen sind. Wir bitten unsere Gäste, die Verordnungen der Hafenkommandantur zu beachten (im Aufnahmebüro angeschlagen und im Campingplatz ausgehängt) und den Anweisungen der Bademeister zu folgen.
16) Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen: diesbezüglich bitten wir unsere Gäste um Mithilfe, indem sie die einzelnen Waschbecken, Wäschewasch-, Geschirrspülbecken und Duschen nur ihrer Bestimmung nach benützen. Für Chemo-WC gebrauchen Sie bitte die dafür bestimmten
Entleerungsmöglichkeiten in den Sanitärgebäuden.
17) Die Direktion kann keine Telefon-Benachrichtigungen ausführen, außer es handelt sich um Anrufe aufgrund ernsthafter Fälle.
18) Für den Eintritt und die Benützung der Schwimmbäder sind besondere Zeiten und Vorschriften zu beachten, die am Eingang des Schwimmbades angeschlagen sind. Die Benützung von Turn-, Sport- und Freizeiteinrichtungen ist auf eigenes Risiko der Gäste.
Die Teilnahme an jeder Sportart und Unterhaltung, es ist eine freie Wahl des Kunden. Fuer jede schaedliche oder nachteilige Folgen haftet das Feriendorf nicht.
19) Das Aufsichtspersonal ist beauftragt dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass diese Platzordnung beachtet wird. Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, Gäste, die durch ihr Verhalten die Ruhe und die Harmonie der Allgemeinheit stören, unverzüglich vom Platz zu verweisen.
Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Unterstützung und wünschen Ihnen einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

REGULATIONS OF THE HOLIDAY RESORT ROSAPINETA***
The present regulations is sent to our Guests together with the booking contractual proposal and it is also displayed at the reception. The admittance to the Holiday Resort involves the fully respect of the rules as well as the Holiday Resort Regulations.
The Management is going to integrate the present regulations with extra rules in all the convenient cases just to manage the Holiday Resort in a better way and, if necessary, also during the summer season.
The Management reserves the right to send away Costumers and Guests who do not respect the present regulations.
1) On arrival all Guests of every nationality and age (both infant and adults) must hand over their passport for police registration.
2) Guests with motorcycles or similar are accepted only if they leave them at the Holiday Resort entrance. In the Holiday Resort the top speed limit is 10 km/h. Offenders must leave their vehicles outside the Holiday Resort. It is forbidden to drive inside the Holiday Resort from
11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m.
It is also forbidden to drive out of the asphalt roads as well as out of the pinewood’s paths.
3) All the cars inside the Holiday Resort must be absolutely checked-in and provided with the properly entry card. Any registration number of the car / any change of the registration number and any extra car must be reported to the Reception Staff and authorized by the
Management.
The extra car will be charged as per campsite price list.
4) Cars must be parked in the properly parking places / areas. Cars parked in the empty pitches, in the forbidden areas or obstructing the traffic inside the Holiday Resort, will be immediately removed at vehicle’s Owner charges and placed into a suitable area
inside the Holiday Resort.
5) All Guests have to keep their personal belongings with. The Management does not take the responsibility for money or valuable objects which are not placed into custody (free care service at the Reception). The Management does not accept responsibility for damages caused
by other Guests, by chance, circumstances beyond Management’s control, pine comes, branches and trees’ fall, or not due to direct negligence of the camp-staff.
6) Entry-cards, issued on arrival, for Guests or for the halting-pitches, are the required documents to enter and to stay in and must be shown every time entering the Holiday Resort and, in case of ticket inspection, to the control-staff. Guests caught with no registered people will
definitively be sent away; the Management reserves the right to take further measures.
For this reason, in case of visit from friends, the Guest has to make sure that his/her Guests are authorized by the Management. In any case, the owner of the pitch / accommodation, will be responsible for all the irregularities due to his/her Guests or member of his/her family.
In case of non-registered Guests found out by the Management, the Owner of the pitch / accommodation will be charged for the whole period of stay for all the extra people referring to and from the arrival day.
7) Minors are accepted only if together with their parents or by a major who, according to law or as per written authorization, has the legitimate custody and assumes responsibility for minors' actions. Children must always be accompanied by an adult to the facilities and toilets; the
tutor will be held always directly responsible for the minors at all times. Children must be watched over: the Management declines all the responsibilities.
8) The Management reserves the right to allow Guests to get in. Daily Guests must leave their Identity Card/Passport at the Reception and enter on foot. Guests will be charged for the daily ticket longer than one hour stay. Daily Guests must leave the Holiday Resort absolutely
within 10.00 p.m. The Management does not grant any free permission on Saturdays, on Sundays, on Public Holidays and anyway not later than 08:00 p.m. during the week.
9) Dogs are allowed just in case they are vaccinated by law, on the lead, under Owner’s control, with cleaning assistance. Pitbull, Rottweiler and Dobermann breed must be muzzled and on short lead, by the leg, leaded by a person able to check completely the
dog’s actions. Dogs are not admitted on the beach. The dog’s Owner is the only responsible for any damage or lesions against people and things caused by the animal. Only one dog / animal allowed per pitch / bungalow / chalet / caravan (no dogs / animals
allowed in Villini, B6-Comfort and Mobile-Homes).
10) Silent times: from 11.00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. and from 01.00 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. During this time all activities causing inconvenience to all other Guests (like as the use of radio, television and other musical instruments and similar ) are strictly forbidden. However, they must
always be used on low volume.
11) Connection to electricity is strictly forbidden to Guests with tent setting in pitches without electricity. Offenders will be held responsible for fires and damages against people / things. Electric instruments (like as stoves, cookers and water heaters) are not allowed.
12) It is strictly forbidden to:

play football (use the properly football ground) and any other noisy games;

damage plants, flowers and the Holiday Resort facilities;

throw down paper and sweepings outside the provided containers;

wash dishes or linen near tents/caravans or however far away from the properly places;

wash dogs in the showers, or in the different sinks (sinks for personal care, for dishes and for linen);

waste in the ground any type of cleansing detergent;

sing and make noise in the night and during the day. Drunk people will be immediately sent away from the Campsite;

light fires on the beach and in the open air. The use of grills is allowed as long as the smoke does not disturb other Guests, does not damage the grass, the ground and the covering of the pitches. It is forbidden to grill in and around bungalows / chalets, pitches
and caravans situated in the pinewood;

dig holes or canals around tents.
13) Guests are not allowed to use extra or unauthorized pitches (even partially) – Guests have to settle down in the allotted pitch decided by the Management. Pitches must be kept and left clean and in order otherwise € 50,00 will be charged due to rearrangement.
It is not allowed to Guests to assemble additional facilities and structures (even with mobility’s feature and provisional character, as wire nets, tarpaulins, ropes and enclosures of different materials). At the end of the stay, the pitch has to be left clean and clear, free of any
covering, structures and / or equipment belonging to the Guest.
The Management is going to remove immediately and without notice any unauthorized structure as well as any material / belongings left in the pitch at Guest’s charges.
It is strictly forbidden to leave inside the Holiday Resort any type of bulky or non-conventional rubbish (furniture, mattresses, household appliances, etc…)
14) Post has to be collected personally. The unclaimed post will be sent back to sender.
15) It is forbidden: to swim in the exit passages of sailing boats and windsurfs, in rough sea, during storms, in the night and drive offshore beyond every safety limit. Bathing is also forbidden when, in absence of overseeing or in rough sea, the red flags are hoisted on the beach.
We remind our Guests to observe the rules provided by the Harbour Office displayed in the Reception and inside the Holiday Resort and to follow the lifeguards' instructions.
16) Washrooms cleaning: we kindly ask all our Guests to co-operate in order to use the different sinks (for personal care, for dishes and for linen) and showers according to the instructions and in the properly way. Please use proper wastes for chemical-WC and similar in the
toilets.
17) The Management does not give telephone messages except for emergencies.
18) Proper timetables and instructions for access and use of the swimming pools are displayed at the entrance. The use of the athletic-sport and play facilities is at Guest’s risk. The participation to different types of entertainment and/or sport activities is a free choice of the Guest.
Any detrimental or injurious consequence to the Guest cannot be chargeable to the Holiday Resort and to the Management.
19) The watch-staff is instructed to enforce this regulations. The Management reserves the right to turn away anyone disrupting harmony and quiet of the Holiday Resort.

RÈGLEMENT DU VILLAGE TOURISTIQUE ROSAPINETA***
Le règlement que Vous pourrez lire à l’entrée du Village, Vous sera envoyé avec la proposition contractuelle. L’accès au Village comporte intégralement l’acceptation et le respect du règlement qui peut - être intégré de normes supplémentaires, que la Direction
se réserve de prendre pour le meilleur fonctionnement du Village. La Direction pourra éloigner les Clients ou les Visiteurs que violent le présent règlement.
1)
Le jour de l’arrivée, tous les Clients de chaque nationalité et été sont tenus de déposer leurs documents ou leurs pièces d’identité, pour l’enregistrement aux termes de la Loi.
2)
Les Clients motorisés ou similaires sont acceptés à condition qu’ils laissent leurs véhicules à l’entrée.
Dans le Village, la vitesse maximum autorisée est de 10 km/h. Les transgresseurs devront laisser leurs véhicule à l’extérieur.
Il est interdit de circuler à moteur de 23:00 h. à 07:00 h. du matin. Les voitures ne peuvent pas circuler en dehors des routes goudronnées et des parcours de la pinède.
3)
Tous les voitures dans les Village doivent être enregistrés et munis de la carte pour l’entrée. En cas de changement de la plaque d’immatriculation ou bien en cas de voiture supplémentaire, on doit tout de suite informer le Management. En cas de voiture supplémentaire, on
doit payer le supplément (voir liste de prix camping).

Dans le cas où les Clients garent leurs véhicules dans les places / lieux non autorisés ou faisant obstacle aux autres Hôtes et aux activités du Village, la Direction pourra les déplacer à leur dépens.
5)
Chaque Client est tenu de conserver ses objets personnels. La Direction ne répond pas du vol d’argent ou d’objets de valeur qui ne seront pas déposés à la Direction.
La Direction ne répond pas des damages causés par les autres Clients, les accidents, les forces majeures, la tombée des pins, des arbres ou branches ou les dégâts non causés par la faute du personnel du Village.
6)
Les reçus et les ‘pass’ seront délivrés aux Clients à l’arrivée au Village, pour la voiture ou pour l’emplacement de tente ou caravane. Ce sont des documents nécessaires durant le séjour et devront être présentés aux gardiens au moment de chaque entrée au camping ou bien
en cas du contrôle. Les Clients surpris avec des personnes non enregistrées seront expulsés définitivement du Village. Dans ce cas, la Direction se réserve de prendre des mesures supplémentaires et de appliquer au Titulaire de l’emplacement / unité d’habitation la tarif du
séjour depuis le jour d’arrivé jusqu’au le jour du contrôle.
Donc, en cas des visites, le Client doit vérifier que Ses Hôtes soit autorisés par la Direction à entrer dans le Village. Le Titulaire de l’emplacement / unité d’habitation est aussi responsable pour toutes les irrégularités imputable à Ses famille et à Ses Hôtes.
7)
Les mineurs sont admis seulement s’ils sont accompagnés des parents ou d’une personne majeure ayant légitimement la garde et la pleine responsabilité de ceux-ci. Les enfants devront être accompagnés dans les différents services et dans les toilettes. Les parents seront
toujours responsables de leurs enfants et pour cela la Direction décline toute responsabilité.
8)
Les Visiteurs peuvent être admis sur décision de la Direction, seulement à pied; ils devront laisser leurs pièces d’identités à l’entrée; après 1 heure le tarif journalier leur sera appliqué.
Les journaliers devront sortir du Camping au plus tard à 22:00 h du même jour de l’arrive. Le samedi, dimanche et jours fériés n’est pas accordé l’heure gratuite, et de toute façon en aucun cas après 20:00 h. pour les autres jours.
9)
Le chiens sont acceptés à condition qu’ils soient soumis aux vaccinations prévus par la Loi, tenus en laisse et sous contrôle de leurs propriétaires. Les chiens de races comme Pitbull, Rottweiler et Dobermann pourront circuler seulement s’ils sont munis
de muselière, tenus en laisse courte par une personne capable de contrôler totalement les mouvements de l’animal. L’accès aux plages leur est interdit. Le propriétaire de l’animal est le seul responsable des éventuels dommages et lésions que celui-ci
pourra causer aux personnes et aux biens. Pour chaque emplacement / unité d’habitation est admis un seul chien / animal domestique (excepté pour les Villini, B6 Confort et Mobile-Homes – pas des chiens / animaux domestique admis).
10) De 23:00 h à 07:00 h et de 13:00 h à 15:00 h les Client doivent observer le silence. Durant ces horaires, il est interdit de pratiquer des activités pouvant déranger les autres Clients et utiliser des radios, télévisions, instruments musicaux etc.… qui devront, de toute façon, être
tenus à volume bas.
11) Pour les campeurs en tente (sans électricité), le branchement abusif aux prises de courant est sévèrement interdit. Les transgresseurs seront retenus responsable en cas d’incendies et dommages à personnes et biens. L’utilisation d’appareils électriques comme radiateurs,
réchauds et chauffe-eau est en tous cas interdite.
12) Il est strictement interdit de:

jouer au football (hors de terrain de football) ou pratiquer jeux assommants;

endommager plantes, fleurs et équipements du Village;

jeter papiers et ordures hors des corbeilles mises à disposition;

laver la vaisselle ou le linge à proximité des tentes / caravanes ou, en tous cas loin des lieux appropriés;

laver les chiens dans les douches, les éviers et dans tous les lieux destinés au linge, à la vaisselle;

disperser produit détergent dans le terrain;

faire du bruit et chahut, chanter de jour comme de nuit; les personnes en état d’ébriété seront immédiatement expulsées du Village;

allumer des feux sur la plage et en plein air; il est admis l’utilisation des barbecues, pourvu que la fumée ne dérange pas les voisins et n’endommage pas garons, terrains et couvertures. Il est interdit d’utiliser des barbecues dans l’unité d’habitation, emplacement et
caravane situés dans la pinède;

creuser des trous ou sillons autour des tentes.
13)
Les Clients ne peuvent pas occuper des emplacements différent de ceux qui leurs sont assignés. L’emplacement doit être maintenu, nettoyé et laissé en ordre. Dans le cas contraire, la somme de € 50,00 sera retenue pour la remise en ordre. Dans les emplacements, les
Clients ne peuvent pas assembler des structures fixes et mobiles (en particulier grillages, bâches et les cordes) surtout aux quatre côtés. Le Management pourra enlever toutes les structures réalisées abusivement. A’ la fin du séjour, les hôtes devront débarrasser totalement
l’emplacement de tout objet. Dans le cas contraire, le Management pourra, immédiatement et sans préavis, enlever et éliminer, aux frais du Client, tous objets laissé dans l’emplacement.
Il est strictement interdit de délaisser dans le Village marchandise de rebut ou bien pas conventionnelle (ameublement, matelas, appareils électroménagers, etc…).
14) Le courrier devra être retiré personnellement; en cas de non retrait, il sera réexpédié à son expéditeur.
15) Il est interdit de se baigner dans les couloirs de sortie des bateaux à voile et windsurf, avec la mer agitée, pendant les orages, de nuit et de s’aventurer au large ou delà des limites de sécurité. La baignade est strictement interdite en l’absence de surveillance, mer agitée, et
lorsque le drapeau rouge est hissé. Il est recommandé aux Clients de respecter les normes prévues par le règlement de la Capitainerie de Port, qui est exposé à la Direction à l’intérieur du Village et de s’en tenir aux instructions des maîtres-nageurs.
16) Nettoyage des services sanitaires: les Clients sont priés de collaborer au bon maintien des lavabos, éviers et douches en suivant les instructions. Pour les toilettes chimiques ou similaires, les Clients sont priés d’utiliser les produits mis à disposition par le personnel de
nettoyage.
17) La Direction ne réalise aucun appel téléphonique personnel, seulement en cas de motif grave.
18) L’accès et l’utilisation des piscines sont règlementés et les horaires affichés à l’entrée même. L’utilisation des équipements gymnastique- sportif-récréatif seront à risque et périls pour les Clients. Le participation aux activités d’amusement sportives et non, est une libre choix du
Client. Les conséquences éventuelles mauvaises et lésionnels ne peuvent pas être imputés au Village.
19) Le personnel de garde et de surveillance du Village est chargé de faire respecter le présent règlement. La Direction se réserve le droit de renvoyer les Clients qui, par leur conduit, dérangent la tranquillité et l’harmonie des autres.
