The independent organization certifies companies that “create excellence in the conditions for their people”. Goodyear received the prestigious certification also for its European headquarters and in eight other European countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the UK. For the first time also the Goodyear country organizations in Turkey, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates have been certified as ‘Top Employers’. Goodyear is one of only 27 companies to receive the accreditation as a Top Employer Europe this year. The focus of the Institute’s research is closely aligned to Goodyear’s Top Talent and Team philosophy and the corporation’s common goal to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best team of associates.
