will be kindly guided (by phone) where to take the courtesy shuttle bus which will
drive you to the London MDS delivery center to take delivery of your vehicle. You can
only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment
confirmed 4 working days in advance. We will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the
actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the
appointment. In the event any changes are made to flight times or the
appointment time, please contact MDS/Londres. [email protected]

Take an appointment by phone 4 working days in advance by dialling 020 881 996 91
in England or +44 20 881 996 91 outside England.
Return to the airport is granted by the courtesy shuttle bus; you will be dropped
off as close as possible to the Departures areas.
