Deloitte Luxembourg achieves record revenues for the financial year 2014
With a revenue growth of 9% for the financial year ending 31 May 2014, Deloitte
Luxembourg is further strengthening its position as the fastest growing professional
services firm in Luxembourg.
Deloitte continues to grow across all service lines and reports gross revenues of
€228.2 million for the financial year 2014. Year on year, this represents 9% growth
and Deloitte Luxembourg has increased its revenues for the fourth consecutive year,
with a double-digit average growth per year. The compound growth of Deloitte
Luxembourg over the last four years brings Deloitte to the position of the fastest
growing professional services firm in Luxembourg.

Strong and balanced service lines
The three service lines of Deloitte Luxembourg – Audit, Tax and Advisory &
Consulting - are balanced and similarly strong in terms of revenue. The Audit practice
reported growth of 7%, the Advisory & Consulting practice announced an increase of
6%, while the tax practice reported an increase of 14% for the financial year 2014.
Compound net revenue growth over the past two years is almost identical for the three
service lines.
The balance between the Audit, Tax and Advisory & Consulting practices, as well as
the growth registered in all three service lines, represents one of the main strengths of
the firm. Deloitte continues to be recognised as a leader in professional services
across a broad set of capabilities and drives a strong collaboration between the three
service lines.
Deloitte Luxembourg has seen substantial organic growth over recent years. The firm
now employs 1,600 professionals from 46 nationalities and is the 18th biggest
employer in Luxembourg, according to the Statec survey of Luxembourg’s largest
employers.

The firm’s strategy for the financial year 2015 is to keep its focus on the five key

Growth at all levels
At a global level, Deloitte reported record aggregate revenues of US$ 34.2 billion for
the financial year 2014. In its fifth consecutive year of growth, the firm’s aggregate
revenues represent growth of 5.7% in US$. In the same period, Deloitte hired 54,000
professionals and now represents a workforce of 210,400 worldwide.

Avec un chiffre d'affaires en progression de 9% sur l'exercice clos au 31 mai 2014,
Deloitte Luxembourg affiche la plus forte croissance du secteur des services
professionnels au Grand-Duché.
Sur l'exercice 2014, Deloitte a confirmé sa croissance sur toutes ses lignes de service
et publie un chiffre d'affaires brut de 228,2 millions d'euros. Avec cette nouvelle
progression de 9%, le chiffre d'affaires de Deloitte Luxembourg est en hausse pour la
quatrième année consécutive et s’inscrit dans une croissance à deux chiffres.
L'avancée enregistrée sur ces quatre dernières années permet à Deloitte Luxembourg
d'afficher la plus forte croissance du secteur luxembourgeois des services
professionnels.

Des lignes de service solides et équilibrées
Les trois lignes de service de Deloitte Luxembourg - Audit, Tax et Advisory &
Consulting - ont affiché un équilibre et la même solidité en termes de chiffre
d'affaires. Le département Audit a enregistré une croissance de 7%, le département
Advisory & Consulting a crû de 6% et le département Tax s'est inscrit en hausse
de 14% au titre de l'exercice 2014. Sur les deux dernières années, la croissance
cumulée est ainsi quasiment identique dans chacune des trois lignes.
L'équilibre entre les composantes Audit, Tax et Advisory & Consulting ainsi que leur
croissance constituent l'une des grandes forces de la société. Deloitte est toujours
reconnu comme l'un des leaders en matière de services professionnels, présent sur une
vaste gamme de compétences et capable de générer une collaboration fructueuse entre
ses trois lignes de service.
Deloitte Luxembourg a connu une croissance organique importante ces dernières
années. La société emploie aujourd'hui 1.600 professionnels de 46 nationalités
différentes et est le 18e plus grand employeur du Grand-Duché, selon la liste des
principaux employeurs au Luxembourg publiée par le STATEC.

Croissance à tous les niveaux
Au niveau international, Deloitte a publié un chiffre d'affaires total record de
34,2 milliards de dollars au titre de l'exercice 2014. En croissance pour la cinquième
année consécutive, les revenus de la société ont progressé de 5,7% en dollars. Sur
cette même période, Deloitte a recruté 54.000 professionnels et compte désormais
210.400 collaborateurs.

Geschäftsjahr stärkt Deloitte Luxemburg weiterhin seine Position als das am
schnellsten wachsende professionelle Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Luxemburg.
Deloitte wächst weiterhin in allen Dienstleistungsbereichen und weist für das
Geschäftsjahr 2014 Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von 228,2 Mio. Euro aus. Dies stellt ein
Wachstum in Höhe von 9% dar. Deloitte Luxemburg erhöht seinen Umsatz das vierte
Jahr in Folge, wobei das durchschnittliche Jahreswachstum zweistellig ist. Das
kumulierte Wachstum der letzten vier Jahre macht Deloitte Luxemburg zu dem am
schnellsten wachsenden professionellen Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Luxemburg.

Starke und ausgewogene Dienstleistungsbereiche
Die drei Dienstleistungsbereiche bei Deloitte Luxemburg – Wirtschaftsprüfung,
Steuern sowie Advisory & Consulting – sind ausgewogen und tragen in ähnlichem
Maße zum Umsatz bei. Im Geschäftsjahr 2014 wurde für den
Wirtschaftsprüfungsbereich ein Wachstum von 7% ausgewiesen, für den Advisory &
Consulting-Bereich ein Anstieg um 6% und für den Steuer-Bereich ein Anstieg um
14%. Das kumulierte Netto-Umsatzwachstum für die letzten zwei Jahre ist für die drei
Dienstleistungsbereiche fast identisch.
Das Gleichgewicht zwischen den Bereichen Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuern und
Advisory & Consulting sowie das in allen drei Dienstleistungsbereichen verzeichnete
Wachstum ist eine der wesentlichen Stärken des Unternehmens. Deloitte wird bei
einer beeindruckenden Vielzahl an Leistungen weiterhin als führender Anbieter im
Bereich professionelle Dienstleistungen anerkannt und pflegt eine enge
Zusammenarbeit zwischen den drei Dienstleistungsbereichen.
Deloitte Luxemburg verzeichnete über die letzten Jahre ein erhebliches organisches
Wachstum. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit 1.600 Personen 46 verschiedener
Nationalitäten und rangiert laut dem Statec-Bericht über Luxemburgs größte
Arbeitgeber auf Platz 18.

Weltweit wies Deloitte für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 einen Rekord beim Gesamtumsatz
in Höhe von 34,2 Mrd. US-Dollar aus. Im fünften Wachstumsjahr in Folge
verzeichnet der Gesamtumsatz in US-Dollar ein Wachstum von 5,7%. Im selben
Zeitraum stellte Deloitte 54.000 Fachleute ein. Die Belegschaft umfasst nun
210.400 Mitarbeiter.
