LE CONSEIL MUNICIPAL :
- Décide à l'unanimité d'attribuer les lots concernant les travaux de réhabilitation de la
maison Bourgogne en 4 logements locatifs , à savoir :
* Lot n° 1 : Maçonnerie : Entreprise TMD -71- Bourbon-lancy - montant : 80.095, 60 € HT
* Lot n° 2 : Charpente-couverture-zinguerie : Entreprise VERNISSE - 03- Chassenard.
montant : 20.837,60 € HT.
* Lot N° 3 : Menuiseries extérieures-serrurerie : Entreprise POMMIER - 71-Bourbon-Lancy
montant : 48.084, 88 € HT.
* Lot n° 4 : Menuiseries intérieures : Entreprise POMMIER 71- Bourbon-lancy - Montant :
12.874,91 € HT.
* Lot n° 5 : Platrerie-peintures-isolation : Entreprise FRIAUD -03-Yzeure - montant :
42.173,84 € HT
* Lot n °6 : Carrelages-Faïences : Entreprise Carreaux 3000- 03- Yzeure - Montant :
19.127,40 € HT.
* Lot n° 7 : Electricité : Entreprise DAGOUNEAU -71- Lesme- montant : 23.729,00 € HT.
* Lot n° 8 : Chauffage-plomberie-sanitaires : Entreprise Chauffage Dompierrois - 03 Dompierre. Montant : 51.152,16 € HT.
- Autorise le Maire à signer les marchés de travaux avec les entreprises retenues .
