He mainly advises financial institutions, investment funds as well as French and foreign industrial groups and services providers. Admitted to the Paris Bar in1999, he holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris X Nanterre (1998), an advanced degree (D.E.S.S.) in business tax law (1997) and a master’s degree in management (1996) both from the University of Paris Dauphine. He joined the firm in 2000 as an associate and was co-opted as a partner in 2007.
