Participants who stay in Hotel have to pay participation fee (Camping Pass: 75 € per 1 adult and 5 0 € per 1 junior)

Excursions and dates are subject to change and could be cancelled if there ar e inadequate numbers of participants.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation by the participant: the F.I.C.C. does not operate a reimbursement of Rally fees policy in respect of cancellation by the
participant. We advise all participants to have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation.

ZUSƒTZLICHE INFORMATIONEN UND BEDINGUNGEN
Teilnehmer, die im Hotel verbleiben, bezahlen eine einmalige Teilnahmegebühr: (Camping -Pass: 75 € pro 1 Erwachsenem und 50 € pro
1 Jugendlichem)
Alle Teilnehmer müssen eine gültige CCI 2 017 (Camping Card International) besitzen
Auf Reservierungen und Anmeldungen nach dem 10.03.2017 wird ein Zuschlag von 20 % erhoben
Buchungen und Bezahlung durch Ihren Club
Ausflüge und deren Daten können sich ändern und sollte die Anzahl der Teilnehmer unzureichend sein, können sie annulliert werden.
STORNIERUNGEN UND RÜCKERSTATTUNGEN
Stornierung durch den Teilnehmer: F.I.C.C. vergütet keine Rallyegebühren hinsichtlich einer Storni erung durch den Teilnehmer. Wir raten
allen Rallye-Teilnehmern eine ausreichende Reiseversicherung abzuschließen, um Stornierungen zu decken.

CONDITIONS ET INFORMATIONS COMPLEMENTAIRES
Participants qui séjournent dans un hôtel, payent un droit de participation unique de: 75 € par 1 adul te et 50 € par 1 jeune
Tous les participants doivent être munis d’une CCI (carte internationale de camping) 2017 valide
Le prix d’inscription sera majoré de 20 % si la réservation est reçue après le 10.03.2017
Réservations et paiement via votre club
Les excursions et les dates peuvent être changées et pourront etre annulées s’il n’y a pas un nombre suffisant de participants
ANNULATIONS ET REMBOURSEMENTS
Annulations par le participant: la F.I.C.C. ne procède pas à un remboursement du paiement du prix d ’inscription du rallye s’il s’agit d’une
annulation effectuée par le participant. Nous conseillons à tous les participants d’avoir une assurance de voyage adéquate de manière a
être couvert en cas d’annulation.
