Bedienungsanleitung
Besamung mit 0.25 ml Minipailletten
1. Möglichkeit
Den Mandrin ganz in das Quicklock-Gerät hineinschieben, so daß die verstärkte Spitze des Mandrin
am vorderen Ende des Rohres sichtbar wird.
Das dochtseitige Ende der Paillette auf das Köpfchen des Mandrins aufstecken.
Den Mandrin mit aufgesteckter Paillette etwas in das
Quicklock-Rohr zurückgleiten lassen, die Paillette mit
geradem Schnitt am verschweißten Ende öffnen
- die Paillette auf dem Mandrin vollständig in das
Quicklockrohr gleiten lassen.
2. Möglichkeit
Die Paillette mit dem dochtseitigen Ende in das
Quicklockrohr einführen, der Mandrin ist dabei komplett zurückgezogen.
Die Paillette mit einer Drehbewegung am verschweißten Ende auf das Köpfchen des Mandrins
aufdrehen. Die Paillette sitzt gut auf dem Mandrin,
wenn sie den Mandrin mit der Paillette anheben
können.
Die Paillette am verschweißten Ende öffnen.
Besamung mit 0.5 ml Pailletten und Minitübs
Den Mandrin des Quicklock bis zur Fixierung aus dem
Rohr gleiten lassen.
Die Paillette am verschweißten Ende öffnen und mit
dem dochtseitigen Ende zuerst in das Rohr des
Quicklock gleiten lassen. Mit Minitübs wird entsprechend verfahren.
Instructions for use
Insemination with 0.25 cc French type straws
1. Possibility
Introduce the Quicklock plunger completely into the
AI gun until the enforced plunger tip sticks out of the
steel tube.
Fix the straw with it‘s cotton-plug end onto the
knobbed tip of the plunger
Pull the plunger with the straw partially back into the
tube of the Quicklock, open the straw with a straight
cut at the sealed end and pull the straw with the
plunger completely into the tube of the Quicklock.
2. Possibility
Draw back the plunger and introduce the straw with
it‘s cotton-plug end into the tube of the Quicklock
Fix the straw onto the tip of the plunger with a twist at
it‘s sealed end. You can verify the correct position of
the straw by lifting the plunger with the straw.
Open the straw at it‘s sealed end.
Insemination with 0.5 cc French type straws
and Minitubes
Let the Quicklock plunger fall out of the tube until
reaching the safety catch.
Open the straw at the sealed end and put it with
it‘s cotton-plug end first into the Quicklock tube.
Minitubes are prepared in the same way.
Fixing of the sheath
Arretieren der Hülle
Das Quicklock in die Besamungshülle einführen,
geradeaus in den Klemmring des Quicklockgriffs
schieben und einrasten lassen.
Lösen der Hülle
Nach erfolgter Besamung wird die Hülle mit Hilfe des
weißen Drückers aus dem Klemmring gelöst.
Reinigung
Der Quicklock-Griff kann zur Reinigung aufgeschraubt werden. So können auch abgesplitterte
Hüllenteile entfernt werden.

Introduce the Quicklock into the AI sheath and push
the end of the sheath straight into the holding ring
of the Quicklock handle until the sheath is fixed.
Releasing of the sheath
After the insemination, the sheath is released by
pressing the white releasing knob on top of the
holding ring.
Cleaning
The handle of the Quicklock can be opened by
unscrewing the holding ring. All parts can be cleaned
and loose sheath rests can be removed.

Inseminador - Pistolet d‘insémination
Inseminación con minipajuelas de 0,25 ml
1. Alternativa
Introducir totalmente el mandril dentro del tubo
del inyector Quicklock, de manera que su extremo
engrosado aparezca visible en la parte anterior del
inyector.
Introducir la punta engrosada del mandril en el
extremo de la pajuela sellada con algodón.
Retraer parcialmente el mandril con la pajuela
adherida hacia el interior del tubo del inyector y
cortar con un corte recto el extremo termo-sellado
de la pajuela. Retraer totalmente la pajuela cortada
al interior del inyector.
2. Alternativa
Introducir la pajuela por el extremo sellado con
algodón dentro del tubo del Quicklock, estando el
mandril totalmente retraído.
Tomar la pajuela por el extremo termo-sellado e
imprimirle una rotación que permita la entrada del
extremo engrosado del mandril al lumen de la
pajuela. Se puede verificar la correcta colocación,
levantando el mandril con la pajuela.
Cortar el extremo termo-sellado de la pajuela.
Inseminación con pajuelas de 0.5 ml y „Minitubos“
Retreaer el mandril del inyector Quicklock
permitiendo el deslizamiento hasta su tope.
Cortar el extremo termo-sellado de la pajuela,
dejándola deslizar por su extremo sellado por
algodón hacia el interior del tubo de inyector
Quicklock. Con „Minitubos“ se procede en forma
similar.
Fijación de las vainas de inseminación
Introducir el inyector Quicklock cargado en la vaina
o pipeta de inseminación, hasta que ésta quede
aprisionada en el anillo de fijación de su mango.
Desprendimiento de la vaina de inseminación
Realizada la inseminación, la vaina se desprende
del inyector oprimiendo el botón blanco de su
mango.
Limpieza del inyector
El mango del inyector Quicklock puede
desatornillarse para su limpieza. También pueden
retirarse así trozos de vainas quebradas.

1. Possibilité
Introduire le mandrin dans le pistolet Quicklock de
façon à ce que le bout du mandrin soit visible à
l‘extrémité du tube.
Enfiler la paillette sur le mandrin par le côté mèche.
Tirer sur le mandrin pour le faire disparaitre avec la
paillette dans le tube du pistolet et couper la paillette soudée d‘une coupure droite. Faire disparaître
la paillette sur le mandrin dans le tube du pistolet
Quicklock.
2. Possibilité
Introduire la paillette par le côté mèche dans le tube
du pistolet Quicklock en laissant le mandrin tiré vers
l‘arrière
Fixer la paillette en la tournant un petit peu sur le bout
du mandrin. La paillette est bien placée quand le
mandrin se déplace en tirant sur la paillette.

Insémination avec des paillettes 0.5 cc et
Minitubes
Sortir le mandrin jusqu‘à la fixation.
Ouvrir la paillette du coté soudé et l‘enfiler par le côté
mèche dans le tube du pistolet Quicklock. Faire de la
même facon avec les Minitübs.
Fixation de la gaine
Introduire le pistolet dans la gaine tout droit jusqu‘à
ce qu‘elle s‘enclenche dans la poignée du pistolet
Quicklock.
Enlever la gaine
Après l‘insémination, on peut retirer la gaine en
appuyant sur le petit bouton blanc se trouvant sur la
poignée du pistolet Quicklock.
Nettoyage
La poignée du pistolet Quicklock peut être dévissée
pour nettoyage. On peut également ainsi enlever
des bouts de gaines restants.
