Care & Maintenance:
Frames: Clean with a mild solution of soap and water, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
Fabrics: Wash with a mild solution of soap and water, remove excess moisture with a dry towel after rinsing and allow to
dry. Do not use a washer or dryer. Do not submerse or allow cushions to lie in standing water.
Certain suntan and sun block products contain “PABA”. PABA can be harmful to fabrics and can permanently discolour
your cushions. If contact is made, clean the fabric immediately.
Resin Rattan: Wipe down rattan with a damp cloth and dry completely, do not use bleach or any other harsh cleaners.

All Warranties are valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser only, provided your furniture is maintained with care and
used only for personal, residential purposes. Proof of purchase will be required (original sales receipt including purchase date) Photos or
an inspection may also be requested.
HOLLAND IMPORTS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Holland Imports has a 5 year warranty against workmanship and material defects on all our Aluminum Frames. If the aluminum furniture frame fails
structurally within 5 years from the original date of purchase, Holland will replace the part, repair the frame, or replace the entire item, at our discretion.
Replacement will be in the original color and style whenever possible; however, equal value replacement will be offered if the model in question is no
longer in production. All powder coated finishes have a 3 year warranty from date of purchase, against peeling, blistering or rust, discoloration or fading
of the finish as a result if exposures to the elements, chemicals or spills are not covered by this warranty.
HOLLAND IMPORTS 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Holland Imports has a 1 year warranty against workmanship and material defects on all our Steel Frames. If the steel furniture frame fails structurally
within 1 year from the original date of purchase, Holland will replace the part, repair the frame, or replace the entire item, at our discretion. Replacement
will be in the original color and style whenever possible. All powder coated finishes have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase, against rust. Damage
to frames or welds resulting from improper assembly or exposure to water and/or sub-freezing temperatures are not covered.
Cushions, Umbrella’s & Gazebos
Holland Imports has a 1 year warranty against workmanship and manufacturing on cushions and umbrellas, including the frame. Fading, staining and
mildewing of fabrics, the compression of cushion fillings/fibre are not covered under warranty. Fabrics should be cleaned regularly before dirt and food
particles are allowed to accumulate. Spot wash the cushion with a sponge or soft bristle brush and a solution of water and mild dish soap. It is
recommended that the fabric be Scotch Guarded every time the fabric is washed and stored indoors when not in use to prolong the life of the fabric. Do
not machine wash or put cushions in the dryer. Never leave an open umbrella unattended.
HOLLAND IMPORTS Warranty Exclusions:
All Warranties do not include nor cover non-residential use, normal wear & tear, fading, chipping, misuse, neglect, exposure to harsh chemicals or
solvents, vandalism, acts of nature such as wind, freezing, etc. and other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship. This Warranty
does not cover glass table tops, or rust on steel.
Warranty and Returns
• Any shipping claims for damage or short shipment must be reported to our office within 48-hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in no credit
being issued.
• All returns must have a return authorization number (RA) issued by our customer service department, Firoz Hasham ([email protected])
before sending back.
• All warranty claims must be reported to Donna Holloway ([email protected]). We reserve the right to replace damaged parts or issue a
discount on damaged pieces.

Coussins, parasols et abris de jardin
Holland Imports offre une garantie d’un an en ce qui concerne la qualité de l’exécution et les défauts de fabrication sur ses coussins et ses parasols, incluant le châssis.
La dégradation de couleur, l’apparition de taches ou de champignons sur le tissu, la compression des fibres / du rembourrage des coussins ne sont pas protégées par la
garantie. Les tissus devraient être nettoyés régulièrement afin d’empêcher que la poussière et les particules alimentaires ne s’y accumulent. Pour enlever les taches, lavez le
coussin à l’aide d’une éponge ou d’une brosse à poils doux et un mélange d’eau et de savon à vaisselle doux. Afin de prolonger la vie du tissu, il est recommandé d’appliquer
un traitement Scotch Guard chaque fois que le tissu est lavé et entreposé à l’intérieur parce qu’il n’est pas utilisé. Ne lavez pas les coussins dans une laveuse et ne les séchez pas au sèche-linge. Ne laissez jamais un parasol ouvert sans surveillance.
Exclusions de la garantie de HOLLAND IMPORTS:
