Instructions to the authors
Proposals for papers may be written in French or English.
They will be sent in Microsoft Word format (size A4) and should not exceed 15
pages, excluding references and excluding any annexes to minimize. The
texts do not respect this limitation in number of pages will be automatically
rejected.
The layout will be done in a Word © format with a single space, a font Times
New Roman, 12 point a body of text, margins of 2.5 cm at the top, bottom, left
and right . The titles will be in bold and numbered as 1 and 1.1, 1.1.1, etc. Page
numbering in the center of the bottom of the page and begin with the n° 1.
The figures, diagrams and tables are numbered and placed in the text,
assigned a title centered, prior to their content.
In addition to the 15 pages referred to above, two pages (not numbered)
before the communication:
The first page contains the title (Times New Roman, bold, 12), the authors'
names, their status and contact details, abstract and keywords.
The exchange of information with the scientific committee will be with the
person designated by the authors on this page;
The second page contains the same elements, with the exception of the
authors, their status and their contact information to ensure respect for
anonymity during the evaluation of the proposal.

A selection of the best papers presented will be published as follows:

Selected papers will be proposed to the editors and have to be adapted to

Instructions aux auteurs
Les propositions de communication peuvent être rédigées en français ou en anglais.
Elles seront envoyées dans un format Microsoft Word (dimension A4) et ne devront pas excéder les 15 pages, sans les références bibliographiques et hors les annexes éventuelles à limiter
autant que possible. Les textes ne respectant pas cette contrainte en nombre de
pages seront automatiquement rejetés.
La mise en page se fera selon un format Word © avec un interligne simple, une police
de caractère Times New Roman, un corps de texte de 12 points, des marges de 2,5 cm en
haut, en bas, à gauche et à droite. Les titres seront mis en gras et numérotés sous la forme
1., puis 1.1, 1.1.1, etc. Les pages seront numérotées au centre du bas de page et
commenceront par le n° 1.
Les figures, schémas et tableaux sont numérotés et placés dans le texte, affectés d’un titre
centré, précédant leur contenu.
Outre les 15 pages dont il est question ci-dessus, deux pages (non numérotées) précèdent la
communication proprement dite :
La première page reprend le titre (Times New Roman, gras, 12), les noms des auteurs, leur
statut et coordonnées complètes, un résumé et des mots-clés.
Les échanges d’information avec le comité scientifique se feront avec la personne désignée
par les auteurs sur cette page ;
La seconde page reprend les mêmes éléments, à l’exception des auteurs, de leur statut et et
de leurs coordonnées, afin d’assurer le respect de l’anonymat lors de l’évaluation de la
proposition.

Doctoral Consortium
The Doctoral Consortium is designed for doctoral candidates who wish to
discuss and to share their research, methods, and results, to further develop
their research ideas. It will be also an opportunity for students to create an
international network with other consortium participants (academics and
practitioners). The Consortium will facilitate a constructive exchange with
participants in special sessions around the round tables and small group
discussions.

Young Researcher Best Paper Award
During the second edition of PROLOG conference, a prize will be awarded
to the best junior communication, written and presented by one or more
researchers (doctoral student). This prize will be awarded by taking
account the quality of paper and oral presentation.

Universiapolis - Université Internationale d'Agadir
Située à Agadir au sud du Maroc, Universiapolis est
une université composée d'une Faculté de Gestion et
de trois écoles supérieures.
La Faculté de Gestion est la première composante
historique d'Universiapolis. Connue sous le nom de
l'ISIAM, elle a été crée en 1989 en collaboration avec
l'Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) et avec
l'appui de l'ACDI (Agence Canadienne de Développement International).
Ainsi, l'ISIAM a été le 1er institut d'enseignement supérieur au Maroc à adopter un système d'enseignement
basé sur le modèle nord-américain et en faire bénéficier des étudiants de plus de 17 pays africains.
En 1995, l'ISIAM a créé un cabinet spécialisé dans la
formation continue et le conseil devenu en 2002 leader
national en matière de certifications ISO9000.
En 2004, l'Université a connu la création de sa
première Ecole d'Ingénieurs, Ecole Polytechnique
d'Agadir. Une école qui a choisi de s'orienter vers la
formation d'un profil d'ingénieurs managers capables
de contribuer au développement technologique et
organisationnel des entreprises.
En 2006, la création d'une Ecole Supérieure de
Tourisme vient compléter l'offre de l'Université pour
accompagner les transformations et le développement
du secteur touristique à l'échelle internationale.
Après 22 ans d'existence, Universiapolis ouvre en
2010 un nouveau campus au Technopole d'Agadir.
Cette nouvelle page de l'histoire ne se limite pas à aux
nouvelles infrastructures, mais elle reflète plutôt la
consécration d'une approche nouvelle et intégrée de
l'enseignement supérieur axée sur le triptyque Enseignement - Recherche - Valorisation.
Located in Agadir in southern Morocco, the Universiapolis university is composed of a Faculty of Business
and three colleges.
The Faculty of Management is the first historical component of Universiapolis. Known as ISIAM, it was
created in 1989 in collaboration with the Université du
Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) and with support from
CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency).
Thus, ISIAM was the first institute of higher education in
Morocco to adopt an educational system based on the
North American model and benefit students from more
than 17 African countries.
In 1995, ISIAM created a firm specializing in continuous
training and consultance in 2002 became the national
leader in ISO9000 certifications.
In 2004, the University has seen the creation of the first
School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Agadir. A school
that chose to move towards the formation of an
engineering profile managers capable of contributing to
technological and organizational development of enterprises.
In 2006, the creation of a School of Tourism completes
the offer of the University to accompany the transformation and development of the tourism sector at the
international level.
After 22 years of existence, in 2010 Universiapolis
opens a new campus at Technopolis Agadir. This new
page of history is not limited to new infrastructures, but
rather reflects the dedication of a new, integrated
approach to the triptych centered higher education
