identifié ci-après, est conforme aux exigences essentielles 3.2 (stabilité et franc-bord) et 3.3 (flottabilité) de
la Directive 94/25/CE transposée en droit national français par le Décret N° 96/611 du 4 Juillet 1996. / The
undersigned, acting within the scope of Bureau Veritas S.A.'s notification, certifies that the boat type
hereafter identified, complies with the essential requirements 3.2 (stability and freeboard) and 3.3
(buoyancy and flotation) of the Directive 94/25/CE transposed in the french national law by Decree Nr
96/611 of 4th July, 1996.

Cette attestation perd sa validité au cas où le bateau serait modifié par rapport au modèle examiné. Le constructeur doit informer le Bureau Veritas de toute modification ou
changement dans la conception du bateau pour obtenir une attestation valide. La dernière édition des Conditions Générales de la Direction Marine au verso, est applicable. / This
Certificate is not valid for boat, the design of which has been varied or modified from the specimen tested. The manufacturer shall inform Bureau Veritas of any modifications or
changes to the boat in order to obtain a valid certificate. The latest edition of the Marine Division General Conditions stated overleaf is applicable.
