SPECIFIC RULES OF THE 20th “TRIAL DES VESTIGES” in MOUDON

On Saturday and Sunday 18th and 19th august 12, the TRIAL CLUB PASSEPARTOUT is organizing an
international Trial meeting open to any trial motor-bikes, either old or new and to motor riders from 30
to 101 years old. The riders from 18 to 30 can race too, but only with old and very old motor-bikes.
However the final classification will be based on three different categories and bonuses.
"MOTOS VESTIGES" (VERY OLD MOTOR-BIKES) : 1965 style or of the same type
1 point penalty per year below 40 years old
1 point bonus per year from 41 to 100 years old
2 points bonus per century from 101 years old
"MOTOS ANCIENNES" (OLD MOTOR-BIKES) : with 2 shock-absorbers : Bultaco, Montesa, Ossa,
Fantic, SWM,...
Bonus or penalty points as above.
"MOTOS ACTUELLES" (NEW MOTOR-BIKES) : up to 30 year old riders
Bonification or penalty points as above.
All riders can choose between EXPERT Race, (red, for motos actuelles, junior level, easy)
EXPERT Race, (green, for motos anciennes and motos vestiges, junior level, easy)
or BEGINNER Race (blue, very easy).
There will be only one classification during the two days, for each category and for each course.
Children: youngsters aged between 14 and 18 years old can take part as followers but only under the
following conditions:
They must be enrolled and must ride with and under the entire responsibility of a legal representant.
Only one follower is allowed per rider. Registration fee per child: 40.-fr. For 2 days or 25.-fr. For one
day. Followers will not be classified but will have a number. Registration will take place on the day.
Racing license not required but driver’s license required. (Except for children)
In each category, the start will be decided by the competitors, they will reserve their starting (off) time
on the board placed where the motor-bikes will be checked on Friday or Saturday.
Note well: It’s strictly forbidden to leave the track, or to drive the wrong way, under penalty of being
disqualified.
Only riders correctly enrolled and members of the organization will be accepted on the course
(interzones and zones). Followers who are not registered will not be authorized.
Police Notice : all participants must definitely cross the road on foot as the Fireman said.
Every lap has 12 to 15 zones non stop. (15 km)
Warning; No showers this year.
