Einbauanleitung für das Anti Tramp bar kit (Best.-Nr. 204903)
1. Demontieren Sie die hintere Federmontageplatte.
2. Schrauben Sie die Dreiecksplatten am Gelenk fest.
3. Punkten Sie die Dreiecksplatten nun auf der Federmontageplatte an (Abb. 1).
Entfernen Sie das Gelenk nun wieder und verschweißen Sie die Platten.
4. Entfernen Sie den Überstand vom mittleren Blattfederbolzen.
5. Nun können Sie die Federmontageplatten wieder einbauen.
6. Entfernen Sie den vorderen Bolzen der hinteren Federn. Ersetzen Sie diese durch die
beiligenden längeren Bolzen und die zwei Befestigungsplatten. Achten Sie darauf, dass
die runden Kanten nach vorne zeigen. Entfernen Sie die Sicherungsbleche der „D“
Bolzen am Rahmenausleger. Bolzen nur handfest anziehen.
7. Passen Sie die Gummienden der Stützbügel in die vorderen Befestigungsplatten ein.
Die benötigten Unterlegscheiben und die Bolzen liegen bei.
8. Schrauben Sie das Gelenk mit Hilfe der Sicherungsmutter an die Stützbügel.
9. Belasten Sie nun die Reifen wieder mit dem Gewicht des Wagens.
10. Platzieren Sie das Gelenk zwischen den Dreiecksplatten und stellen Sie die Länge ein.
11. Die vorderen Befestigungsplatten sollten so positioniert werden, dass an der
Chassibefestigung ein Freiraum bleibt (Abb.2).
12. Nun können Sie die vorderen Bolzen und die Sicherungsmuttern am Gelenk festziehen.

Fitting Instructions for Anti Tramp bar kit (Part no. 204903)
1. Remove rear spring mounting plate.
2. Bolt two triangular plates supplied to a rose joint.
3. Tack-weld triangular plates centrally to spring mounting plate as FIG.1. Remove rose
joint and fully weld on plates.
4. Remove excess of leaf spring centre location bolt.
5. Re-fit spring mounting plates.
6. Remove the front bolt of rear springs. Remove „D“ bolt lock tab on out-rigger.Replace
with new longer bolt and two drop plates supplied, with rounded edges forward. Do
not tighten bolt.
7. Fit rubber bushed end tramp bars into the front drop plates with one shim washer
supplied on either side of bush and fit bolt supplied. Do not tighten.
8. Screw the rose joint into the ends of the tramp bars with lock-nuts on.
9. Put the weight of the car on the wheels.
10. Offer rose joints up to the triangular brackets and adjust length as necessary.
11. The front drop plates should be positioned vertically leaving a clearance with the outrigger as FIG.2.
12. Now tighten the front-bolts and rose joint lock nuts.

Instructions de montage pour kit barre de liaison arrière „Anti Tramp bar“ (Ref. no. 204903)
1. Démonter la plaque à ressort arrière de montage.
2. Visser les plaques en triangle sur l‘articulation.
3. Pointer ensuite les plaques en triangle sur la plaque de montage (ill. 1). Enlever
l‘articulation et souder les plaques.
4. Enlever le dépassement du boulon du ressort à lame.
5. Vous pouvez ensuite remonter les boulons du ressort à lame.
6. Enlever les boulons avant du ressort arrière et les remplaçer par les boulons plus longs
inclus ainsi que les plaques de fixation. Il faut veiller à ce que les bords ronds soient
devant. Enlever les plaques blocage des boulons „D“ sur le châssis. Il faut visser les
boulons seulement à la main.
7. Mettre les bouts en caoutchouc de la barre d‘appui sur les plaques de fixation avant. Les
rondelles et boulons nécessaires sont inclus.
8. Visser l‘articulation à l‘aide du contre-écrou sur la barre d‘appui.
9. Redescendre la voiture.
10. Mettre l‘articulation entre les plaques en triangle et régler la longueur.
11. Les plaques de fixation avant doivent être positionnées de façon à ce que la fixation du
châssis ait assez d‘espace (ill. 2).
12. Serrer maintenant les boulons avant et les contre-écrou sur l‘articulation.
