gegen eine Gebühr gerne aus. Schicken Sie das gereinigte Zelt mit klarer Reparaturkennzeichnung/-anweisung und Ihrem Kaufbeleg über Ihren Fachhändler ein.
LAGERUNG
Bevor Sie Ihr Zelt längere Zeit lagern, muss es vollkommen durchgetrocknet sein, sonst
besteht Gefahr von Schimmel- und Stockfleckenbildung.
REPAIRS
Repair materials for minor repairs during usage are provided. Production faults will be
repaired under the terms of our guarantee. Our service department will be pleased to
perform other repairs for a small charge. Please send in your cleaned tent via your nearest dealer, enclosing clear repair instructions and proof of purchase.
STORAGE
Allow your tent to dry thoroughly while still assembled before storing it for any longer
period. This will prevent mildew and damp stains forming.
RÉPARATIONS

défauts de fabrication sont couverts par la garantie. Nous effectuons volontiers les autres réparations contre paiement. Veuillez nous expédier la tente nettoyée, en joignant le
bon de caisse, par l'intermédiaire de votre magasin spécialisé, avec de claires indications et instructions de réparation.
STOCKAGE
Avant d'être stockéee pendant une durée prolongée, la tente doit être entièrement sèche,
afin de prévenir la formation de moisissures et de taches d'humidité.

Die Zelte der SPIRIT-Serie bestechen durch die REAL TUNNEL-Bauweise. Die spezielle Abspann-Vorrichtung und neuartige Schnittweise ermöglichen eine enorme Windstabilität und erhöhen den nutzbaren

bequem aufzubauen – bei normalen Windverhältnissen sind keine Abspannleinen mehr nötig.
Durch 2 große Apsiden, 2 Eingänge und 2 Belüftungshauben entstehen komfortable Allroundzelte. Einen
zusätzlichen Nutzen bieten der stabile Kompressionspacksack, die Netztaschen und Wäscheleinenschlaufen im Innenzelt.

The tents in the SPIRIT series are constructed on the REAL TUNNEL design principle. The specialised
guying procedure and innovative shape mean the tents exhibit fantastic lateral wind stability and the
usable space within the tent is greater. (The complete length of the tent is fully usable and there is plenty
of headroom!).
Externally configured pole channels combined with the REAL TUNNEL Guying System make the tent
easy to pitch – in normal conditions you can even do without the guy lines.
Two generously sized vestibules, 2 entrances and 2 ventilation ducts make for a versatile and comfortable
tent. Additional useful features include a robust compression packsack, mesh storage pouches and drying
line loops in the inner cabin.

Les tentes de la série SPIRIT séduisent par leur mode de construction REAL TUNNEL. Un dispositif de
tension spécial ainsi qu'une coupe novatrice leur donnent une stabilité au vent exceptionnelle et accroissent l'espace intérieur utilisable (la longueur prévue pour s'allonger est pleinement mise à profit et la tête
a toute liberté de mouvement!).
Comme les fourreaux des armatures sont situés à l'extérieur et grâce à ses tensions REAL
TUNNEL, la tente se monte très facilement - dans des conditions de vent normales, les haubans ne sont
plus nécessaires.Leurs deux grandes absides, leurs deux entrées et leurs deux calottes d'aération rendent
ces tentes polyvalentes et confortables. Le sac de rangement à compression très stable, les poches à résille
et les boucles pour corde à linge dans la tente intérieure sont aussi très pratiques.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Die wasserdichte Außenhaut ist aus strapazierfähigem 75 D Polyester RIPSTOP mit
PU-Beschichtung gefertigt. Für das Innenzelt wurde ein atmungsaktives 75 D Polyester
verarbeitet. Der Zeltboden besteht aus PU-beschichtetem 70 D Nylon HYDROFILM. Die
Nähte sind mit einer speziellen Nahtbandversiegelung versehen. Es empfiehlt sich,
Nahtstellen, in die Bänder oder Gummilitzen mit eingefasst sind und die so die Bandabklebung unterbrechen, von innen und außen zusätzlich mit beiliegendem Nahtdichter
abzudichten. Eine Garantie für die Verklebung ist ausgeschlossen.
The waterproof flysheet is constructed from durably robust, PU-coated 75 D RIPSTOP polyester, the inner from breathable 75 D polyester. The groundsheet is manufactured from PU coated 70 D HYDROFILM nylon. The seams are specially tape sealed;
however we do recommend additional sealing of all internal and external seams with
the seam sealant provided, particularly at those points of the seam where tapes or rubber tensioning loops are integrated into the seam and thus interrupt the continuity of
the tape seal. We offer no guarantee on the glued areas of the seams.
Le revêtement extérieur imperméable est en polyester 75 D RIPSTOP, résistant à
l'usure, enduit de PU. Pour la tente intérieure, on a utilisé un polyester 75 D respirant.
Le tapis de sol est en nylon 70 D HYDROFILM, enduit de PU. Les coutures sont

Pitching your tent for the first time:
We recommend you do a dry run pitching your new tent, in order to become familiar with
all the pitching instructions for your SPIRIT RT/ FREE SPIRIT RT/ GRAND SPIRIT RT
before embarking on your first trip.

Afin de vous familiariser avec les différents éléments et les différentes opérations de
montage de votre SPIRIT RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND SPIRIT RT, nous vous conseillons
de faire un essai avant de partir en voyage.
Wählen Sie zunächst einen geeigneten

Sie dort alle spitzen Gegenstände, die den
Zeltboden beschädigen könnten. Breiten Sie Ihr Zelt
flach auf dem Boden aus und fügen Sie die Segmente der
Alustangen sorgfältig zusammen, so dass diese fest
ineinander sitzen. Achten Sie darauf, dass während des
Aufbaus alle Reißverschlüsse geschlossen sind.

Choose a suitable pitching site, removing
all sharp objects which may damage the
grosheet. Spread out the tent on the ground
and carefully connect all pole sections, ensuring a tight
fit. Ensure that all zips are closed when pitching the tent.

Choisissez d'abord un emplacement approprié pour dresser votre tente, en prenant soin
d'enlever tous les objets pointus pouvant
endommager le sol de la tente. Etalez votre tente à plat
sur le sol et assemblez soigneusement les différents
segments en aluminium composant les arceaux, de
manière à ce qu'ils soient bien emboîtés les uns dans les
autres. Veillez à ce que toutes les fermetures à glissière
soient bien fermées pendant le montage de la tente.

FREE SPIRIT RT et GRAND SPIRIT possèdent une
armature longue et deux un peu plus courtes et
précourbées en aluminium (SPIRIT RT: une courte et
deux longues). Introduisez avec précaution les deux armatures plus
courtes (pour SPIRIT RT: les deux longues), l'extrémité munie d'un
embout rond en premier, dans les fourreaux extérieurs correspondants marqués en couleur. Mettez d'abord sous tension l'arceau
arrière, puis l'arceau avant, en enfilant les extrémités des armatures
aux bouts spécialement formés dans les oeillets réglables placés en
bordure du double-toit. Ne forcez pas. Si vous rencontrez de la
résistance pendant que vous introduisez les arceaux, recherchez le
problème et éliminez-le. Ne tendez pas encore à fond ces armatures: cela vous facilitera la suite du montage.

FREE SPIRIT RT und GRAND SPIRIT haben eine
lange und 2 etwas kürzere, vorgebogene Alustangen
(SPIRIT RT eine kurze und 2 lange).Führen Sie die
beiden kürzeren Stangen (bei SPIRIT RT: die beiden langen) mit
der runden Endkappe voran vorsichtig in die entsprechenden,
farblich markierten außen liegenden Stangenkanäle nacheinander
ein. Setzen Sie dann zuerst den hinteren, dann den vorderen
Bogen unter lose Spannung, indem Sie die Stangenenden mit dem
speziell geformten Endtip in die verstellbaren Bandösen am
Überzeltrand einstecken. Wenden Sie keine Gewalt an. Wenn Sie
auf Widerstand stoßen, während Sie die Stangen einführen,
machen Sie das Problem ausfindig und beheben Sie es. Geben Sie
jetzt noch keine volle Spannung auf diese Stangen, das erleichtert
den weiteren Vorgang.

The FREE SPIRIT RT and GRAND SPIRIT have one long
and two shorter pre-shaped aluminium poles SPIRIT RT
has one short and two long poles). Carefully insert the
two shorter poles (SPIRIT RT: two long poles) rounded end first
into their respective colour coded external pole channels. Gently
tension the poles in sequence (rear hoop first, then front hoop) by
inserting the specially shaped pole tips into the adjustable tape
eyelets at the edge of the flysheet. Do not use force. If resistance is
met when the poles are inserted, check and remedy the problem.
Do not tension the poles fully at this stage. This will simplify the
rest of the pitching procedure.

Führen Sie nun die lange „Dachstange“ (bei
SPIRIT RT: die kurze) mit der runden Endkappe
voran in den verbleibenden Gestängekanal über
die beiden anderen Bögen hinweg ein und spannen sie.
Erst jetzt bringen Sie auch volle Spannung auf die beiden
anderen Stangen. Nun bekommt das Zelt seine Form und Sie
können noch einmal eine Platzkorrektur vornehmen.
Spannen Sie es nun an allen Eckpunkten mit Heringen an
den Schlaufen der REAL TUNNEL-Befestigungsdreiecke
gleichmäßig und straff aus.
Damit steht Ihr SPIRIT RT / FREE SPIRIT RT / GRAND
SPIRIT RT bei normalen Windverhältnissen ohne Abspannleinen schon sicher.

Insert the long “roof” pole (SPIRIT RT: the short
one) rounded tip first into the remaining pole
sleeve above the other two poles sections and tension it. Only now should you fully tension the two other
poles. The tent should now have its correct shape and can be
moved to a more suitable site if necessary.
Next, peg out and tension all corner loops of the REAL
TUNNEL guying triangles.
In normal wind conditions, the SPIRIT RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/
GRAND SPIRIT RT will now stand securely without guy
lines.

Introduisez à présent la longue armature du toit (pour
SPIRIT RT: la courte) par son embout rond dans le dernier
fourreau prévu à cet effet au-dessus des deux autres arceaux et
tendez-la. Vous pouvez maintenant tendre au maximum les deux autres
armatures. La tente prend alors sa forme et vous pouvez la changer encore
une fois de place. Tendez-la à présent uniformément et avec raideur aux
six angles en plantant les piquets dans les boucles des triangles de tension
REAL TUNNEL. Dans des conditions de vent normales, votre SPIRIT RT/
FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND SPIRIT RT tiendra bien même sans haubans.

Mais ce n'est qu' à ses haubans que la SPIRIT
RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND SPIRIT RT doit
son absolue stabilité au vent (pour SPIRIT RT:
ils ne sont pas livrés avec la tente).
Par temps humide, le polyester enduit PU du double-toit
peut se détendre. Il doit être, dans ce cas, légèrement
retendu.
Lorsque vous démonterez la tente, veillez à commencer à
supprimer la tension des deux armatures de même longueur avant d'essayer de détendre l'armature du toit et de
la sortir de son fourreau.

Bei Nässe kann sich das PU-beschichtete Außenzeltpolyester dehnen. Es muss dann etwas nachgespannt werden.
Bitte achten Sie beim Abbau darauf, zuerst die Spannung
von den beiden gleichlangen Stangen zu lösen, bevor Sie
versuchen, die „Dachstange“ zu entspannen und auszufädeln.

Peg out the remaining pole sleeve guy lines to
make the SPIRIT RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND
SPIRIT RT wind stable. On the SPIRIT RT, additional guy lines are not supplied as standard.
When wet, the polyester flysheet material may stretch
slightly and will then need to be re-tensioned.
When taking the tent down, please ensure that the tension
is released on the two longer poles before attempting to
remove the roof pole section.

BELÜFTUNG
Die variablen Eingänge und die 2 Belüftungshauben sorgen für eine variable Luftzirkulation und vermindern die Gefahr der Kondenswasserbildung. Dennoch ist Kondenswasserbildung unvermeidbar. Verwechseln Sie Kondenswasser bitte nicht mit eindringender Feuchtigkeit.
PFLEGE
Reinigen Sie Ihr SPIRIT RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND SPIRIT RT in aufgebautem
Zustand ausschließlich mit Wasser und wenig Seife. Reinigen Sie vor allem die Reißverschlüsse regelmäßig von Schmutz und Sand. Geeignete Silikonschmiermittel schützen
Stangen vor Korrosion und Reißverschlüsse vor dem Einfrieren.
FEUER
Offenes Feuer und Flammen sind eine Gefahr für Zeltgewebe. Vermeiden Sie offenes
Feuer in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zeltes.
UV STRAHLUNG
Ultraviolette (UV-) Strahlung vermindert mit der Zeit die Reißfestigkeit aller modernen
Zeltmaterialien. Das spezielle Polyester-Zeltmaterial erhöht die Lebensdauer gegenüber
herkömmlichen Nylon-Zeltmaterialien, kann aber auch auf Dauer der Natur nicht trotzen. Bitte vermeiden Sie deshalb dauerhafte intensive Sonneneinwirkung. JACK
WOLFSKIN übernimmt keine Garantie für Schäden durch UV-Strahlung.
VENTILATION
Efficient air circulation and a reduction in the build-up of condensation are achieved
through the variable entrances and the 2 ventilation ports. However, condensation cannot be completely avoided. Please do not confuse condensation build-up with actual
water penetration through the fabric of the tent.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean your SPIRIT RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND SPIRIT RT when pitched, using only a
little soap and water. Zips in particular should be cleaned regularly to remove dirt and
grit. Suitable silicone-based lubricants protect poles from corrosion and prevent zips
freezing.
FIRE PREVENTION
Open fires and flames are a hazard for tent materials. Avoid naked flames in the immediate vicinity of the tent.
UV LIGHT
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation reduces the tearstrength of all tent materials in the course of
time. The special polyester tent material increases the service life in comparison with
conventional nylon materials. Tent materials, however, cannot permanently defy the
effects of nature. Therefore, please avoid subjecting the tent to intensive sunlight for
extended periods of time. JACK WOLFSKIN will not assume any liability for damage
caused by ultraviolet light.
AÉRATION
Les entrées modulables et les deux calottes d'aération assurent une excellente circulation de l'air et réduisent le risque de formation d'eau de condensation. Malgré tout, il est
impossible de prévenir totalement la formation d'eau de condensation. Ne confondez
pas cependant eau de condensation et pénétration d'humidité.
ENTRETIEN
Nettoyez votre SPIRIT RT/FREE SPIRIT RT/GRAND SPIRIT RT, montée, uniquement à
l'eau un peu savonneuse. Débarrassez surtout régulièrement les fermetures à glissière
de la saleté et du sable. Des lubrifiants appropriés,contenant de la silicone, protègent les
armatures de la corrosion et les fermetures à glissière du gel.
FEU
Le feu non confiné et toute flamme en général représentent un risque pour la toile.
Evitez d'approcher toute flamme nue de la tente.
RAYONS ULTRAVIOLET
Avec le temps, les rayons ultraviolets (UV) viennent à bout de toutes les toiles de tente
en matières modernes. La toile spéciale en polyester accroît la longévité de votre tente
par rapport à celles en Nylon traditionnelles, mais à la longue, elle ne peut résister à la
nature. Nous vous prions donc d'éviter toute exposition intensive de longue durée au
soleil. JACK WOLFSKIN n'assume aucune garantie pour les dommages causés par les
rayons ultraviolets.
