REGLEMENT RAJASPORTS 2016 (BE & LUX)
Article 1
Durée de l’action et organisateur
Pour la promotion de ses activités commerciales en Belgique, RAJAPACK NV/SA, société établie Vrijheidweg
8, à 3700 Tongres (ci-après dénommée : « organisateur 1 »), organise, du 1er juin 2016 à 00:01 h au 29 août
2016 à 23:59 h, une épreuve sans aucune obligation d’achat.
Outre le volet national – qui comprend 3 épreuves – RAJA S.A., rue de l’Etang 16, à 95977 Roissy CDG cedex
(France) (ci-après dénommée : « organisateur 2 ») organise un volet international avec un seul tirage après
la durée entre tous les participants à l’épreuve nationale venus de France (Corse comprise), d’Allemagne,
d’Espagne, du Royaume-Uni (sauf les îles anglo-normandes et l’île de Man), d’Autriche, de Suisse, d’Italie,
d’Irlande, du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, de Belgique et des Pays-Bas.
Article 2
Conditions de participation (volet Belgique et Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et volet
international)
a) Qui peut participer ? Toute entreprise, ou indépendant, qui est inscrite en Belgique ou au GrandDuché de Luxembourg et est professionnellement active dans ces pays, a accès à l’Internet et
dispose d’une adresse e-mail professionnelle, peut participer au volet national de l’épreuve en
utilisant les applications décrites ci-dessous et conformément aux spécifications techniques
correspondantes. La participation d’une autre manière que par l’Internet est exclue. Tout
représentant physique d’un participant peut participer, à raison d’une adresse e-mail
professionnelle au maximum, sous peine d’être exclu de la participation. Sont exclues les
personnes physiques de moins de 18 ans : celles-ci sont exclues de la participation et de tous les
tirages, sauf si le(s) parent(s) tuteur(s) a (ont) donné son (leur) accord écrit en vue d’une
participation. Les collaborateurs de l’organisateur et de personnes (morales) auxquelles il fait appel
directement ou indirectement dans le cadre de cette action et/ou les membres respectifs de leur
famille qui vivent sous le même toit, sont toujours exclus de la participation.
b) Frais de participation ? La participation proprement dite est toujours totalement gratuite. Aucun
autre frais que les frais normaux d’accès à l’Internet n’est lié à la participation pour le participant. Si
ceci est applicable, des frais éventuels de liaison téléphonique peuvent être récupérés
conformément à la procédure prévue à l’article 7 du règlement pour le volet international de cette
épreuve.
c) Participation au volet international : Chaque participant qui participe valablement à un ou
plusieurs jeux du volet national de cette épreuve, participe automatiquement au volet international
de cette épreuve.
d) Exclusion éventuelle : les organisateurs peuvent, à tout moment et sans préavis, annuler la (les)
participation(s) de tout joueur qui n’a pas respecté le présent règlement. Les organisateurs sont
aussi autorisés, à tout moment et sans préavis, à refuser tout formulaire de participation qui
comporte des erreurs évidentes concernant l’identité du participant.
e) Déclaration d’accord avec les règlements : chaque participant déclare avoir pris connaissance du
règlement national et international et déclare qu’il le respecte. La participation implique également
le respect des règles déontologiques concernant l’utilisation de l’Internet.
f) Mode de participation :
Etape 1 – Inscription :
- Pour participer à l’épreuve, le participant sur l’Internet doit se rendre sur le site Web
www.rajasports2016.be. Il doit s’identifier sur celui-ci par son adresse e-mail (professionnelle)
unique et doit compléter un formulaire avec des données pour créer un compte avec lequel il
participera à l’épreuve. Les données suivantes doivent être complétées correctement et
obligatoirement : sexe – nom et prénom – dénomination de l’entreprise – adresse – code
postal – commune – numéro de téléphone professionnel – adresse e-mail professionnelle –
mot de passe et confirmation du mot de passe. Après son inscription, le participant reçoit un
mail de confirmation.
- Connexion : pour participer à tout jeu que ce soit, le participant doit se connecter avec son
adresse e-mail et son mot de passe. Tout participant est censé s’être connecté sous ses
données d’inscription personnelles et est tenu de garder ces données confidentielles et de

jouer uniquement sous son propre nom de connexion, sous peine d’exclusion de la
participation.
- Règles : les données incomplètes ou incorrectes dans le formulaire entraînent l’exclusion de
la participation. La participation avec plusieurs adresses e-mail entraîne également l’exclusion,
tout comme le non-respect des règles du règlement. Les artifices, de quelque nature que ce
soit, pour influencer le jeu ou la participation ne sont pas autorisés.
- Participation aux épreuves : en suivant les instructions indiquées, les participants sont reliés
ainsi à l’épreuve proprement dite. Pendant la durée indiquée, les 3 épreuves sont accessibles
via le site Web www.rajasports2016.be.
Etape 2 – Participation aux épreuves
Le volet national de cette épreuve comporte trois épreuves mensuelles ; chaque mois, l’organisateur
1 propose une épreuve d’adresse à tous les participants.
i)
Du 1er juin 2016 à 00:01 h au 3 juillet 2016 à 23:59 h : Première épreuve : FOOTBALL
Le but de l’épreuve est d’essayer de marquer 10 buts ou le plus de buts possibles le plus vite possible dans
le délai maximum autorisé et de donner une réponse correcte aux questions posées par l’organisateur 1. Un
score de 10 points ainsi que les réponses correctes aux quiz, donnent à chaque joueur 3 chances lors du
tirage dans le volet international.
ii)
Du 4 juillet 2016 à 00:01 h au 31 juillet 2016 à 23:59 h : Deuxième épreuve : CYCLISME
Le but de cette épreuve consiste, par la participation au jeu « Course Cycliste » et en utilisant le vélo, à
inscrire le plus rapidement possible, dans le délai autorisé, 600 points ou le plus de points possible en
rapportant des objets bonus et en évitant de mauvais objets et de fournir une réponse correcte aux
questions posées par l’organisateur 1. Un score de 600 points, ainsi que les réponses correctes aux quiz,
donnent à chaque joueur 3 chances lors du tirage dans le volet international.
iii)
Du 1er août 2016 à 00:01 h au 28 août 2016 à 23:59 h : Troisième épreuve : COURSE
D’OBSTACLES
Le but de cette épreuve consiste, par la participation au jeu « Compétition d’athlétisme», à obtenir le plus
rapidement possible – dans le délai autorisé – 800 points ou de réaliser le score le plus élevé possible en
franchissant des obstacles et en fournissant une réponse correcte aux questions posées par l’organisateur 1.
Un score de 800 points, ainsi que les réponses correctes aux quiz, donnent à chaque joueur 3 chances lors
du tirage dans le volet international.
g) Stipulations communes aux épreuves :
1. Chaque joueur peut jouer au maximum trois fois par jour et a 1 tentative pour résoudre les
questions de connaissances. Le classement des vainqueurs est déterminé par leur score final – et si
celui-ci est égal en raison de leur score en temps -, à la condition d’avoir atteint l’objectif de cette
épreuve et d’avoir répondu correctement aux questions de connaissances.
2. Les données qui sont enregistrées par l’organisateur 1 sur le serveur de l’épreuve forment la
preuve valable en droit entre les parties.
3. Le vainqueur d’une épreuve est celui qui, à la date de clôture de l’épreuve, a obtenu le score le plus
élevé ou l’a remporté dans le délai le plus court. En cas d’égalité de score entre les participants, le
vainqueur de l’épreuve sera désigné par tirage au sort entre les participants qui ont obtenu ce
score. Le tirage au sort aura lieu dans les deux semaines qui suivent la fin de l’épreuve, c’est-à-dire
le 13 juillet pour la première épreuve (football) ; le 16 août pour la deuxième épreuve (cyclisme) et
le 12 septembre pour la troisième épreuve (course d’obstacles).
4. Il ne peut y avoir qu’un seul vainqueur (même nom, même adresse) par épreuve.
5. Le tirage éventuel des vainqueurs, comme mentionné ci-dessus en cas de score ex aequo pour le
volet national, a lieu, sous la responsabilité de l’organisateur 1, de manière indépendante par une
organisation indépendante de l’organisateur, à savoir par Adjura Belgïe BVBA – Transvaalstraat 15,
à 2600 Anvers. Chaque tirage fait loi, sans possibilité d’appel. Les contestations éventuelles
concernant le volet national seront tranchées de manière faisant loi par ADJURA Belgïe BVBA à
Anvers, qui est chargée du contrôle de l’action.

6. Un grand tirage final sous la responsabilité de l’organisateur 2 entre tous les participants nationaux,
aura lieu le 19 septembre 2016 et désignera un seul vainqueur entre tous les participants aux volets
nationaux en France et dans tous les pays des filiales participantes, indiqués ci-dessus.
7. Le tirage aura lieu aux dates indiquées, sauf en cas de force majeure. Dans ce cas, le tirage aura lieu
à la date la plus proche, étant entendu que les organisateurs ne peuvent être rendus aucunement
responsables de la remise de la date de tirage initiale.
Article 4
Prix mis à disposition.
a) Un seul prix est décerné par épreuve. Sur la durée totale de l’épreuve, un seul vainqueur sera
accepté par entreprise (même adresse [professionnelle]).
b) Pour le volet national de ces épreuves, les prix suivants sont mis à disposition :
Epreuve 1 (FOOTBALL) : un baby-foot, prix de détail : environ € 500 TVA comprise au 15 avril 2016
(Marque Gamesson type Liverpool, dimensions L140 x l76 x H68 cm, poids 62,5kg).
Epreuve 2 (CYCLISME) : un vélo (avec accessoires), prix de détail : environ € 500 TVA comprise au 15
avril 2016 (Marque TRIBAN 520FB, rouge/noir/blanc, poids 9,750 kg sans pédales).
Epreuve 3 (COURSE D’OBSTACLES) : une table de ping-pong avec accessoires, prix dans le commerce
de détail : environ € 500 TVA comprise au 15 avril 2016 (Marque : CORNILLEAU, Type 250S Crossover,
dimension L175 x l155 x H75 cm, poids 58 kg).
c) Pour le volet international, les vainqueurs ont le choix entre un voyage à New York, à l’île Maurice
ou en Thaïlande conformément aux modalités ci-après :
1. Voyage à New York pour 2 personnes, 7 ou 8 jours (selon les vols) /6 nuits, d’une valeur
commerciale de € 5 000 hors TVA au 15 avril 2016
Ce voyage comprend :
o Le vol aller-retour à/depuis New York (vols directs ou indirects), les frais de réservation et les taxes

d’aéroport applicables, en classe économique. Vol depuis/vers Paris, Munich, Francfort, Genève, Vienne,
Madrid, Barcelone, Londres, Bruxelles ou Amsterdam.

Six nuits à l’Hôtel The Pearl **** (ou l’équivalent) en chambre standard double à New York, sur la base
d’une nuit avec petit-déjeuner.
1 vol de reconnaissance de 15 à 20 minutes sur les points les plus importants de New York.
1 spectacle à Broadway “The Lion King” (ou l’équivalent) ;
1 accès à l’Empire State Building ainsi qu’une promenade en bateau jusqu’à la Statue de la Liberté.
Assurance assistance et rapatriement.

2. Voyage à l’île Maurice pour 2 personnes, 7 ou 8 jours (selon les vols) /6 nuits, d’une valeur
commerciale de € 5 000 hors TVA au 15 avril 2016.
Ce voyage comprend :
o Le vol aller-retour Paris-île Maurice (vols directs ou indirects), les frais de réservation et les taxes
d’aéroport applicables, via Air France ou Air Mauritius, en classe économique. Vol depuis/vers Paris,
Munich, Francfort, Genève, Vienne, Madrid, Barcelone, Londres, Bruxelles ou Amsterdam ;
o Transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel à l’arrivée et de l’hôtel à l’aéroport au départ ;
o Six nuits à l’Hôtel la Pirogue **** (ou l’équivalent) en chambre standard double, sur la base d’une nuit
formule tout compris (petit-déjeuner-déjeuner-dîner) avec boissons locales.
o Assurance assistance et rapatriement.

3. Voyage en Thaïlande (Phuket) pour 2 personnes, 7 ou 8 jours (selon les vols) /6 nuits, d’une
valeur commerciale de € 5 000 hors TVA au 15 avril 2016.
Ce voyage comprend :
o Le vol aller et retour à Bangkok et les vols aller-retour Bangkok-Phuket (vols directs ou indirects), les
frais de réservation et les taxes d’aéroport applicables, en classe économique. Vol à/depuis Bangkok
depuis/vers Paris, Munich, Francfort, Genève, Vienne, Madrid, Barcelone, Londres, Bruxelles ou
Amsterdam ;
o Transfert de l’aéroport vers les hôtels à l’arrivée et des hôtels à l’aéroport au départ ;
o Trois nuits à l’Hôtel Riva Surya **** **** (ou l’équivalent) en chambre standard double à Bangkok, sur
la base d’une nuit avec petit-déjeuner ;
o Randonnée en vélo avec accompagnateur à Bangkok (demi-journée) [vieille ville – marchés –promenade
en bateau] ;

o Trois nuits à l’Hôtel Metadee Resort & Villa’s **** (ou l’équivalent) en chambre standard double à
Phuket, sur la base d’une nuit et demi-pension (boissons non comprises) ;
o Excursion « Eléphant et Jungle » avec accompagnateur à Bangkok (demi-journée) [promenade en
éléphant – initiation à la culture du riz et de la noix de coco – promenade en plantation].
o Assurance assistance et rapatriement.
Le choix parmi les voyages proposés ne comprend pas :
o

Les dépenses personnelles ;
Les frais de visas et les taxes (locales) ;
Les autres visites et déplacements sur place ;
Les autres repas et boissons que ceux mentionnés ci-dessus ;
L’assurance annulation et bagage ou l’assurance assistance de voyage et rapatriement ;
L’augmentation éventuelle des prix des carburants et des taxes d’aéroport et de la sécurité qui ne sont
pas connus à ce jour.
d) Dispositions diverses :
1. Le voyage est valable et doit être pris avant fin juin 2017, en dehors des fêtes de fin d’année, en
dehors de la période de carnaval et en dehors des vacances scolaires de quelque zone que ce soit.
2. Toutes les prestations ou tous les services qui ne sont pas repris dans la description, sont
supportés par le vainqueur.
3. Le vainqueur a pour responsabilité (ainsi que la personne qui voyage avec lui) de remplir en temps
opportun toutes les formalités de voyage nécessaires (passeports, visas…). Les organisateurs de
l’action n’en sont responsables en aucun cas.
4. Les organisateurs ne sont pas des agences de voyages ni des sociétés de transport
professionnelles. Ils ne peuvent donc endosser aucune responsabilité pour les personnes qui
voyagent en ce qui concerne les dommages éventuels, le vol, les inconvénients ou les préjudices
qui se produisent dans le cadre du voyage remporté.
5. La valeur mentionnée des voyages a été fixée au moment de la rédaction du présent règlement et
n’est pas susceptible de contestation. Les prix ne peuvent pas faire l’objet d’un échange en nature,
ni être échangés ou repris.
6. Aucun document, description ou image n’est contractuel. L’organisateur est autorisé à proposer
un voyage d’une valeur équivalente ou de modifier des caractéristiques à tout moment donné.
7. Le prix décerné est nominatif – il ne peut donc pas être mis à un autre nom, ni ne peut être
transféré (gratuitement ou contre paiement).
8. Le vainqueur élit domicile à l’adresse qu’il a indiquée et confirmée.
9. Tout gagnant sera informé personnellement par téléphone, lettre ou e-mail à l’adresse
communiquée à l’organisateur concerné lors de son inscription. Tout vainqueur confirmera son
adresse dans les 30 jours de la réception de ce message. Tout vainqueur qui néglige de confirmer
son adresse dans le délai de 30 jours sera supposé renoncer à son prix. Le prix ne plus être
réclamé après ce délai par le vainqueur.
10. Un prix qui ne peut pas être décerné par les organisateurs en raison d’un oubli/d’une omission
des données d’adresse correctes, d’une modification ultérieure de ces données ou de la nonréception d’une confirmation comme indiqué ci-dessus après 2 tentatives, ou pour toute autre
raison que ce soit, reviendra en partage aux organisateurs.
11. Si l’un des prix ne peut pas être décerné par les organisateurs à un ou plusieurs vainqueurs
indépendamment de la volonté des organisateurs, aucune intervention financière ou l’équivalent
des prix remportés ne pourra être demandé(e). Le prix sera considéré comme perdu et ne sera
pas décerné à nouveau.
e) Autres dispositions générales :
1. En cas de force majeure ou de circonstances exceptionnelles, les organisateurs se réservent, à leur
choix, le droit de payer en espèces, en lieu et place du prix décrit, un prix au moins équivalent ou sa
contre-valeur.
2. Les prix gagnés sont décernés selon leur montant brut. La taxe éventuellement due est supportée
par le participant.

3. Communication et remise du prix aux vainqueurs du volet national : la publication du nom des 3
vainqueurs pour le volet national a lieu par l’organisateur 1 au plus tard dans les 30 jours de la fin
de l’épreuve ou du tirage, notamment par publication sur le site Web www.rajapack.be. Les
vainqueurs du prix eux-mêmes seront également informés individuellement du prix qu’ils ont
remporté. Si le vainqueur ne réagit pas à ce message dans les 14 jours, l’organisateur 1 est autorisé
à décerner le prix à un autre participant. Le rapport écrit individuel au vainqueur a lieu au plus tard
dans les 30 jours qui suivent la fin de l’épreuve ou le tirage, alors que la remise du prix a lieu au plus
tard dans les 60 jours de la fin de l’épreuve ou du tirage.
4. La publication du nom du vainqueur pour le volet international a lieu par l’organisateur 2 comme
prévu à l’article 4 du règlement international.
5. En ce qui concerne les conditions et les limitations de responsabilité pour le volet international, il
est fait référence aux articles 4 et 6 du règlement pour le volet international.
Article 5
Collaboration des vainqueurs à la publicité
a) Tout vainqueur autorise les organisateurs explicitement et gratuitement à utiliser son nom, sa voix
et son image dans leur publicité, quel que soit le support, à l’occasion de toute campagne
publicitaire ou promotionnelle en relation avec cette épreuve, et ceci sans limitation ni réserve et
sans que ceci lui rapporte une quelconque indemnité, un quelconque droit ou avantage, sauf la
remise de son prix dans un délai d’un an, à compter du 01/06/2016.
b) Si toutefois, un participant ne veut pas voir son nom être utilisé dans le cadre décrit ci-dessus, il
peut demander l’interdiction de cette utilisation par lettre adressée à l’organisateur 1 ou à
l’organisateur 2 avant le 31/08/2016, le cachet de la poste faisant foi.
c) Les participants marquent leur accord sur le contrôle de leurs données en relation avec leur
identité et leur activité professionnelle. Toutes les données d’identité ou de client qui sont falsifiées,
trompeuses, erronées, mensongères ou inexactes entraînent l’exclusion de l’épreuve ou
l’obligation d’une restitution immédiate du prix.
Article6
Limitation de responsabilité
Tant l’organisateur 1 que l’organisateur 2 limitent leur responsabilité comme spécifié plus amplement dans
le règlement international à l’article 6.
Article 7
Déclaration en matière de protection de la vie privée/Loi sur la protection de la vie privée.
a) Les données à caractère personnel fournies par chaque participant sont mémorisées par
l’organisateur et traitées conformément à la législation applicable pour le traitement des envois
ainsi que l’utilisation du marketing direct par l’organisateur.
b) Si un participant ne souhaite pas que ses coordonnées soient utilisées à des fins commerciales, il
doit le signaler par écrit aux organisateurs. En l’absence d’un tel message, chaque participant
octroie expressément aux deux organisateurs son autorisation concernant l’utilisation de ses
coordonnées à des fins publicitaires et de marketing, conformément à l’objectif du traitement des
coordonnées par des organisateurs. Cette autorisation peut toujours être retirée par écrit.
Article 8
Etablissement et consultation du présent règlement
a) Le présent règlement a été établi par l’organisateur 1, est strictement suivi et il n’y est pas dérogé
au préjudice des participants.
b) Le volet pour le règlement international a été établi par l’organisateur 2. Ce règlement est joint en
annexe au présent règlement. Il est également déclaré d’application intégrale, pour autant que rien
d’autre ne soit réglementé ou stipulé dans le présent règlement.
c) En cas d’indications des autorités ou de modification de la réglementation, l’organisateur se
réserve le droit de déroger à ce qui a été réglé dans les présentes. De telles dérogations seront
décrites et établies clairement.
d) Dans l’hypothèse où l’une des dispositions du présent règlement serait non valable ou inexécutable,
la validité des autres dispositions reste maintenue. Les parties remplaceront la disposition non
valable ou inexécutable par une disposition valable avec le même effet que la disposition initiale.

e) Le présent règlement sera envoyé à tout participant qui le demandera par écrit. L’organisateur
peut aussi publier ce règlement via l’Internet et en faire mention.
Article 9
Réclamations
Les réclamations ou questions éventuelles concernant l’action, le tirage et la remise des prix doivent être
introduites au plus tard dans le mois qui suit la clôture de l’épreuve, et ceci par écrit auprès de
l’organisateur concerné, sous peine de déchéance. Ces réclamations seront ensuite traitées par écrit dans
un délai maximum de 6 semaines.
Article 10
Clause juridique
a) Le droit belge est applicable au volet national de cette épreuve, alors que le droit français l’est
concernant le volet international. Pour la Belgique, le tribunal compétent est le tribunal de
commerce de Hasselt et pour la France, la Cour d’Appel de Lille.
b) Le règlement pour le volet national a été déposé auprès d’ADJURA BELGIË BVBA, Transvaalstraat 15
à 2600 Anvers ; le règlement pour le volet international a été déposé auprès du bureau de l’huissier
de justice Jean-Philippe Lucet – Yves Pomar, établi à 59000 Lille (France), 3-5 rue des Jasmins.
c) Les organisateurs ne peuvent pas être rendus responsables si cette action doit être modifiée,
reportée ou annulée pendant ou après la durée en raison de circonstances imprévues.
d) Chaque participant se déclare d’accord, par sa participation à cette épreuve, avec toutes les
dispositions du présent règlement (y compris du règlement pour le volet international) et les règles
du jeu qui en découlent.

REGULATIONS OF THE RAJASPORTS2016 GAME
ARTICLE 1: ORGANISATION
RAJA, a company with a capital of 10,000,000 euros, registered on the Trade and Companies Register of Bobigny
under number B 937 080 414, whose registered office is located at 16 rue de l’étang, ZI Paris Nord II, 95977
Roissy CDG cedex / France, hereinafter referred to as the "organising company" or "organiser" is organising a
free game with no obligation to purchase named "RAJASPORTS2016".
The game starts on 1 June 2016 at 00:01 and ends on 28 August 2016 at 23:59.
The game is set up in the following countries: France (including Corsica) Germany, Spain, Great Britain
(excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), Belgium, the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg.
ARTICLE 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This game is intended solely for professionals (civil service, companies, associations and works councils, artisans,
merchants and professionals) working and with a postal address in the country referred to in Article 1.
All participants must be at least 18 years old at the start date of the game and have legal capacity.
Internet access is required as is a valid business email address in order to participate in the Game.
The following are excluded from any participation in the game and from receiving any bonus, whether directly or
indirectly and in any form whatsoever:
 Company agents and staff members (managers, employees, directors and permanent and temporary
employees whether salaried or not) of the organising company, of any company it controls, that controls
it or that it is under shared control with and, generally, anyone directly or indirectly involved in the
organisation, creation, implementation, promotion and facilitation of the game.

Any family members (spouse, parents, offspring or other direct relatives residing or not under the same
roof) of all the persons cited above.
The participant acknowledges having read these regulations in their entirety.
Participation in the Game implies the express and unreserved acceptance of, among others, the ethical rules in
force on the internet (etiquette, charter of good behaviour, etc.) as well as the laws and regulations in force on
the French territory, particularly the provisions for games that are applicable in France.
To take part in the game, you must log on to the website www.rajasports2016.fr and log in with the information
required to register.
To participate in the GAME, participants must:
1. Go to the site
2. Register for the Game by completing a form with their professional contact information in order to
create a valid player's account for the duration of the Game. The following information will be requested
and these fields are compulsory: Title, Name, Company Name, address, postcode, city, work phone
number, work email, work email confirmation, password and password confirmation.
The participant, once registered, will receive an email confirmation of their registration for participation in the
www.rajasports2016.fr competition.
For each event, participants will login with their email and password.
Every login using the email address and password of a participant will be deemed to have been undertaken by
the participant. Each participant is responsible for the confidentiality of their email address and their password.
Registration validation conditions:
 Any registration whose details are incomplete or incorrect will not be considered.
 It is strictly forbidden to play with multiple email addresses.
 Non-compliance with the provisions of these regulations will result in the invalidity of the participation.
 It is strictly forbidden for participants to play using a player account opened for the benefit of a different
person from themselves.
All participation must be fair:
 it is strictly forbidden to modify or attempt to modify the provisions of the game, by any means
whatsoever, in particular with a view to changing the results.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The GAME is available on THE WEBSITE rajasports2016.fr, from 1 June at 00:01 to 28 August 2016 at 23:59, in
accordance with the French date and time applicable in Paris.
The competition is made up of 3 separately organised games periods for each of the countries listed in Article 1
and a final draw among all the participating countries referred to in Article 1.
 1st period: FOOTBALL from 1 June 2016 at 00:01 to 3 July 2016 at 23:59
 2nd period: CYCLING from 4 July 2016 at 00:01 to 31 July 2016 at 23:59
 3rd period: RUNNING from 1 August 2016 at 00:01 to 28 August 2016 at 23:59
Participation and reaching the minimum score in one of the 3 events in each period validates the player's
participation in the monthly draw.
Registration for the competition validates the registration for the prize draw at the end of the 3 periods.
FOOTBALL: To be drawn, you must:
Take part in the "Penalty" game, complete a set of shots on goal and score 10 points in the allotted time,
to be included in the draw and correctly answer the quiz questions set during the FOOTBALL period.
Scoring 10 points in the game and correctly answering each of the 2 quizzes can give up to three chances
for each player to be selected in the draw.
CYCLING: To be drawn, you must:
Take part in the "Catch It All" game and achieve a score of 600 points by catching the bonus objects and
avoiding the penalty objects using the bike's handlebars within the allotted time or correctly answering
the quiz questions set during the CYCLING period.
Scoring 600 points in the game and correctly answering each of the 2 quizzes can give up to three
chances for each player to be selected in the draw.
ATHLETICS: To be drawn, you must:
Take part in the "Runner" game by completing a hurdles race in the allotted time, and achieving a score
of 800 points or correctly answering the questions set during the ATHLETICS period.
Scoring 800 points in the game and correctly answering each of the 2 quizzes can give up to three
chances for each player to be selected in the draw.
The participant has 3 attempts a day to reach the number of points set for the sporting games and 1
attempt per day for the quiz questions.

Regardless of the score, the participant accesses additional data collection questions for Raja at the end
of the gameplay (Penalty, Catch It All, Runner). These questions have no impact on their chances of being
selected in the draw.
Participants must take part in one of the 3 games offered per period in order to try and win the gift of the month.
There can be only one winner per period.
The draw for each period will take place:
 Period 1: No later than 13 July 2016 for the first event
 Period 2: No later than 16 August 2016 for the second event
 Period 3: No later than 12 September 2016 for the third and final event
A grand final draw will take place no later than 19 September 2016 and will determine 1 winner from all the
participants in the countries referred to in Article 1.
The draw will take place on that date, unless prevented from doing so. In this case, the draw will be postponed to
the next earliest date, but in no case can the Organiser be held responsible for any postponement to the date of
the draw that was initially planned.
ARTICLE 4: THE PRIZES
One sole winner will be accepted per company (same address, same company name) throughout the duration of
the game and they will only be awarded one prize per period and per country.

The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing these Regulations and their evaluation cannot be
challenged. These prizes cannot be subject to a request for the financial equivalent, exchange or return for any
reason whatsoever.
All documents or photographs relating to the prize are non-contractual. The organising company reserves the
right to replace, at any time, any one of the prizes offered with a prize of equal value or similar characteristics.
The prize is named and cannot therefore be attributed to a person other than the one randomly selected and may
not be transferred, whether for free or for a charge
The professional addresses of the winners must be ones that they have given and confirmed.
Winners will be notified personally of their win and the conditions for receiving their prize by phone, mail or
email by the organising company at the address (email or postal) that they provided when registering. They will
be given a period of 30 days from receipt of this letter or email to confirm their full postal address.
Any winner who has not responded within this period will be deemed to have renounced their prize. The prize
cannot under any circumstances be claimed at a later date.
Any prize that cannot be allotted due to an error or omission in the participant's contact information, a change to
the winner's contact information or because of a lack of response from the winner after two successive
reminders, or for any other reason, will be retained by the organising company.
If one of the prizes announced by RAJA, for reasons beyond its control, could not be made available to the
winner(s), no financial compensation or financial equivalent of the win(s) can be claimed. The prize will
therefore have been definitively lost and not reallocated.
ARTICLE 5: PUBLICITY
The winner(s) give RAJA their express and gracious authorisation to use for advertising purposes, in any media,
in relation to any advertising or promotional campaigns linked to the Game, in its current form: their name, voice,
image, without restriction or reservation and without giving them any kind of remuneration, right or advantage,
other than the allocation of their prize for a period of 1 Year with effect from 30/06/2016
However, if a participant does not wish their name to be used, within the above-mentioned scope, they may
request to refuse this with a letter to RAJA, until 31/08/2016, with the postmark taken as proof.
The participants authorise any checks relating to their identity and their professional activity. All indications of
false, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate identity or client code result in the participation being
cancelled or the immediate return of the prize.
ARTICLE 6: LIMIT OF RESPONSABLILITES
RAJA reserves the right for any reason whatsoever, to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel this
competition without notice, without incurring any resulting liability.
RAJA reminds participants of the features and limitations of the Internet and accepts no responsibility for the
consequences of the participants connecting to this network via the following URL
http://www.rajasports2016.fr. RAJA will not be responsible for any malfunction of the internet preventing the
smooth running of the game in particular due to external malicious acts.
RAJA can also not be held liable if one or more participants are unable to connect to the game websites due to
any technical fault or any problem linked in particular to network congestion. RAJA strives to offer users
available and verified information and/or tools but cannot be held responsible for any errors (including display
errors on the games websites, the sending of false emails to participants) a lack of availability of information
and/or the presence of viruses on the website or any internet malfunction preventing the proper running of the
game; interruptions, delays in data transmissions, faults with the player's computer, telephone, modem, phone
line or with the servers, internet access providers, telephone operators, computer equipment, software; the loss
of any email and, more generally, the loss of any data, the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly,
technical failure, any damage caused to a participant's computer, any technical, hardware or software fault of any
kind, preventing or limiting the possibility to take part in the game or having damaged the player's system.
More specifically, RAJA cannot be held responsible for any damage, whether material or immaterial, caused to
participants, their computer equipment and the data stored there, and the possible consequences to their
personal, professional or commercial activity.
It is incumbent upon all participants to take all appropriate measures so as to protect their own data and/or
software stored on any hardware against any attack. The connection of any person to the website and the
participation in the game is undertaken under their own full responsibility.
RAJA may cancel or suspend all or part of the Game if it appears that a fraud has occurred in any form
whatsoever. The company reserves, in this instance, the right not to award prizes to people committing fraud
and/or to take legal action in court against the perpetrators of such fraud.
If any delays, strikes or acts disrupting the delivery of postal or electronic mail take place, as well as the loss of
such mail, RAJA will not be liable for said consequences. Any claims must be made by the recipient directly to the
companies responsible for the delivery.

RAJA is not liable for: malicious interference, destruction of information provided by participants for reasons not
attributable to RAJA, human error or that of electrical origin, disruptions that may affect the smooth running of
the Game
In all cases, if the proper administrative and/or technical running of the game is disrupted by a virus, computer
bug, unauthorised human intervention or other cause beyond RAJA's control, it reserves the right to discontinue
the Game.
ARTICLE 7: REIMBURSING PARTICIPATION EXPENSES
It is hereby observed that given the current status of service and technical offers, with certain internet service
providers offering free or packaged offers to users, and it being expressly agreed that all access to the website is
undertaken free of charge or on the basis of a package (such as, in particular, cable, ADSL or a specialist
connection) no reimbursements can take place, insofar as the subscription to the services of the internet service
provider is in this instance undertaken by the web user for their general internet use and connection by the
participant to the website to take part in the competition has not incurred any additional costs or expenses.
If any fees are specifically incurred for participation in the Game, they will be reimbursed by cheque upon a

Reimbursement requests sent by email will not be considered. Reimbursement of participation fees (for each
entry):
Reimbursement requests must be sent no more than 48 hours after the participation, with the postmark acting
as proof, and should include, when available, the required documents on the following basis:
 name, first name, postal address and email address,
 a photocopy of their identity card,
 the date and time they participated in the game(s),
 when available, a photocopy of the itemised bill from the telephone operator and/or service provider
showing the date and time of the connection by highlighting them. This photocopy will be used as a
proof of address.
The name and address of the person requesting the refund must be the same as those on the telephone operator
bill.
The amount refunded for each participation will be €0.26 corresponding to the communication costs incurred to
register for the game and take part in it (total equivalent to 6 minutes of connection at a price of 0.091 euros for
the first minute and 0.033 euros/min for any subsequent minutes - cost of a local call at peak time).
The expenses incurred (second class postage rate based on a 20 g weight) by the participant for this request will
be reimbursed on request.
Only one request for reimbursement per participant (same name and/or same address) will be taken into
account for each participation. In the case of several family names at the same address, only one reimbursement
request will be considered for all the participants.
Condition for the reimbursement of participation expenses:
In order to receive reimbursement for their participation, the participant must attach to their request, or as soon
as the relevant documents become available:
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
The players registered for the game have the right to oppose, access, correct and delete their own personal data.
This right may be exercised in writing to the organising company.
Subject to their explicit consent or, if appropriate, to there being no opposition on their part, information
collected on the participants can be used by the organising company and/or its partners to better serve them
and inform them of their new products and offers that may interest them.
ARTICLE 9: FILING OF REGULATIONS
These regulations are filed at Jean-Philippe LUCET – Yves POMAR, Officers of the Court, with their head office at
LILLE (59000), 3 – 5 Rue des Jasmins. Participants may request the full regulations of the Game by letter to the
organising company or the officer of the court. The stamp will be refunded at the second class rate in force. Only
one refund will be accepted per household (same name, same address).
These regulations are also accessible via the Game's home page on the website and can be accessed online and
printed at any time at www.rajasports2016.fr
ARTICLE 10: LAW AND DISPUTE
The act of registering for the Game implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with the provisions of
these regulations in their entirety.
The Game, the Website and the interpretation of these regulations are subject to French law.

Any dispute or claim relating to this Game shall be made in writing and sent to RAJA 's address and cannot be
taken into consideration after a period of one month from the end of the game.
Any disputes that may occur relating to the interpretation of these regulations will be expressly subject to the
sovereign judgement of the organising company, and, ultimately, the participants will be able to go before the
courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Lille.
ARTICLE 11: EXCLUSION
The organising company may cancel the participation(s) of any player who has not complied with these
regulations. This cancellation can take place at any time and without notice. The organising company also has the
right to remove any participation form with obvious errors relating to the identity of the player. This removal
can be done at any time and without notice.
ARTICLE 12: MODIFICATION OF THE REGULATIONS
In the event that any provision of these Regulations proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the
remaining provisions will not be affected. The parties will replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a
valid provision that has an equivalent effect to the original provision.
