Projet Interreg IVA IFORE

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir les partenaires français du projet INTERREG IFORE le
28 septembre 2011 à Caen pour jeter les bases de possibles échanges et coopération entre
nos deux projets. A cette réunion ont participé :
We had the great pleasure to welcome the French partners of the IFORE INTERREG project
on September, the 28th 2011 in Caen to possibly lay the foundations of further cooperation

Le projet IFORE, qui recherche des solutions à l’articulation socio-technique pour l’habitat
social à partir de modèles créés par des universitaires français et anglais, présente pour
ECO Fab un intérêt manifeste. Pour répondre aux enjeux du Grenelle de l’environnement,
IFORE doit permettre de développer une stratégie pour que le patrimoine de l’habitat social
rénové continue à jouer son rôle social. Cela passe par la mobilisation des acteurs,
notamment les équipes de proximité, et la réflexion sur la façon dont les habitants investiront
les enjeux et apprendront à utiliser les bâtiments « éco rénovés ».
Le projet ECO Fab sera présent lors du comité de pilotage d’IFORE le 3 févier 2012, et les
partenaires d’IFORE seront présents à notre comité d’orientation du 17 novembre 2011.
IFORE which strives to find solutions to the issue of the socio technical relationship for social
housing through specific University models created by French and English experts should
obviously prove of great interest for ECO Fab. To address the environmental issues in
construction, IFORE will enable the setting up of a strategy so that retrofitted social housing
heritage continues to play its social role. Therefore the commitment of stakeholders,
particularly local communities, and the reflection on how the inhabitants will become aware of
the issues and will learn how to use renovated flats, become paramount.
ECO fab representatives will attend IFORE steering committee on February, 3rd 2012 and
IFORE will reciprocate at our orientation committee on November, 17th 2011.
