Location – Camp facilities
Le terrain de hockey se situe à Yvetot, au cœur de la Normandie, à 2h de Paris, 2h1/2 de Lille.
Le Hockey Club Cauchois (Yvetot) est connu comme offrant
des installations sportives de tout premier plan en Normandie
avec son excellent terrain synthétique (semi-mouillé). Le centre
dispose d’un très beau complexe sportif avec ses 2 gymnases à
côté du terrain de hockey pour le hockey en salle, le futsal, le
badminton…
Il y a aussi la piscine à côté du terrain de hockey, la mer et la
petite base nautique de Caniel à 2 km d’Yvetot.
Hockey training takes place in Yvetot , in the heart of Normandy, 2 hours from Paris, 2.5 hours from Lille.
The Yvetot Hockey Club is recognised as having some of the
finest sporting facilities in Normandy with a superb AstroTurf pitch. The centre also houses 2 large gymnasiums where campers
play indoor hockey, football and badminton…
There is also the swimming pool close to the hockey pitch, the
water sports centre and the seaside at 20 km from Yvetot.
European Hockey Camp
Les participants à ce stage sont les joueurs de hockey du top de
demain. Des joueurs parmi les meilleurs de leur club venant des
meilleurs clubs français et aussi de plusieurs pays européens.
Un stage pour les joueurs les plus ambitieux, pour ceux dont
vacances riment avec hockey.
Un stage avec un programme hockey intensif, 4h à 5h de
hockey chaque jour, 9 séances dans la semaine.
European Hockey Camp
The participants in this camp are tomorrow’s top hockey players;
some of the best players from the top clubs in France and other
European countries.
A camp for the most ambitious players, for who holidays mean
hockey.
This camp has an intensive hockey programme, 4 to 5 hours of
hockey per day, 9 sessions during the week.
Evaluation& constitution des groupes
Assessment & training groups
Les joueurs de hockey sont évalués le lundi matin et sont répartis dans les groupes correspondant à leur âge et leur niveau.
Au programme, le matin, le travail technique (les conduites,
les propulsions, les contrôles, les gestes défensifs), le travail
semi-collectif (2/1, 1/1, …)
L’après-midi ce sont les situations de jeux, les matchs, les tournois, qui vont nous servir au travail technique du lendemain.
All hockey players will be assessed on Monday morning and
assigned to specific training groups according to their age and
skills level.
On the agenda: mornings sessions include technical skills
(dribbling, hitting, slapping, shooting etc, ball control, defence
techniques), semi-group work (2/1, 1/1, ...)
Afternoon sessions cover match situations, matches, tournaments, to prepare for the next day’s technical session.
L’encadrement
Le directeur du stage est Stéphane Drieux. Stéphane est un
ancien international et possède une grande expérience comme
entraîneur au niveau national en Elite et au niveau international
aux Pays-Bas. Il est l’entraîneur des sélections U16 de la ligue
du Nord-Pas-de-Calais
The coaching staff
The head coach for this camp is Stéphane Drieux. Stéphane is a
former hockey international and has vast experience as a coach
at national and international levels in the Netherlands. He is the
coach of the team U16 of the league of Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
WORLD LEAGUE à Anvers
WORLD LEAGUE in Antwerp
Mercredi 1er juillet, un événement exceptionnel : l’ensemble du
stage se déplacera à Anvers pour assister au ¼ de finale de la
WORLD LEAGUE. Moment exceptionnel d’autant plus que les ¼
de finales seront les matchs de qualification pour les JO de Rio.
Les équipes, les meilleures du monde, se livreront à fond vue
l’importance de l’enjeu. Nous pourrons soutenir, espérons, notre
EQUIPE DE FRANCE.
On Wednesday July 1st, a unique opportunity: all camp participants will travel to Antwerp to watch the 1/4 final matches of
WORLD LEAGUE 3. This will be a very exciting event as the ¼
finals are qualifying matches for the upcoming Olympic Games.
Some of the best teams in the world will be fighting for a place
in this prestigious event. Who know which teams we’ll be
supporting on the day?

Great Hockey-Good Times
Un entraînement de hockey de haut niveau, et aussi des
supers moments de détentes et de « fun » : le téléskinautique,
le kayak, la luge d’été au lac de Caniel, la piscine à côté du
terrain, le « disco » le vendredi…
While quality instruction is the hallmark of the European Hockey
Camp, recreation is also an important part of camp life: cable
skiing, kayak, summer sledging in water sports centre, swimming pool, disco on the last night...
