CARACHTERISTICS OF WINE MAKING:
1/5 ème of grapes are override, the rest is put into vats in entire bunches of grapes. The
fermentation of skins is 5 days long. Finally, the Cuvée is composed of 15% of wine aged in barrel
of 5 wines, during round about 5 months. The other 85% are aged in vats.
