AFFILIATION ANNUELLE
Il est convenu par les présentes, le ou avant le 31 décembre de chaque année, durant laquelle j'ai été membre du Club Kingsway, je dois
aviser le Secrétaire du Club, sous pli recommandé, de mon intention de ne pas renouveler mon statut de membre pour l'année suivante.
Dans le cas contraire, si aucun avis n'a été reçu à la date décrite, le club pourra considérer ma demande d'affiliation comme étant faite et la
cotisation annuelle pour la prochaine année sera due et payable aux conditions et termes établis. Toutefois, le Club se réserve le privilège
d'accepter ou de refuser une telle demande. J'accepte que le Club puisse en tout temps refuser ou décliner une demande d'affiliation ou
d'adhésion, et ce, sans en donner les raisons au demandeur. Advenant le cas où ma demande soit refusée, toute somme versée me sera
remboursée immédiatement, mais sans intérêts.

ANNUAL AFFILIATION
I hereby agree that prior to December 31st of each year of which I am a golf member of the Kingsway Park Golf and Country Club, I must
notify the Secretary of the club by registered mail, that I do not wish to renew my golf membership for another year. Otherwise, I shall be
deemed to have applied for a yearly membership for the coming year and to have undertaken to pay the fees/annual dues prescribed for the
year, in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. However, in such case, my application must still be approved and I
acknowledge that the club may, without providing any reason whatsoever, have the right to refuse or decline any application at any time. If
such application is refused or declined, any deposit or payment made by the applicant toward the payment of annual dues/fees will be
refunded immediately without interest.
