Fully destemmed, then vatted for about 15 days and aged in oak barrels
for 18 months.
TASTING
Eye: A bright, vivid and luminous scarlet.
First nose: Notes of black fruits (blackcurrants, blackberries), humus
and crystallised fruit.
In the mouth: Soft and delicate on the palate.

PERFECT WITH:
Beef bourguignon, or coq au vin.
