I, GREG ESSENSA, CHIEF ELECTORAL OFFICER, under the authority of subsection
44(3.1) of the Election Act, R.S.O. 1990, c E.6 (as amended) and in consultation with
the returning officer for this electoral district do hereby direct that, for this by-election,
advance polls other than those located in an office established by the returning officer
will be held in this electoral district at the times and locations specified in the attached
notice which has been prepared by the returning officer for this electoral district.
