conférence sont de 550 USD à payer sur place lors de l'enregistrement à
Saly.

The hotel has a shuttle service to collect guests at the airport and
drive them directly to the hotel. The shuttle service operates 24
hours/24 and 7 days/7.
L’hôtel dispose d’un service de navettes pour récupérer les clients à

CREFAT mettra aussi en place des agents à l’aéroport pour accueillir les
participants. IIs seront habillés en Lacoste noir et casquette blanche avec
les logos du CREFAT et NTA, ils auront aussi en main une pancarte avec
la mention ‘’Participants de la NTA11’’.

cap with CREFAT and NTA logos on it, and will also have on hand

Conditions d’hébergement
• Les chambres comprennent le petit déjeuner, navette gratuite pour
l'aéroport et une connexion Wi-Fi
• Coût: CFA 64,600 (environ US $ 111) TTC
• Il n'y a pas de frais additionnel pour une personne supplémentaire en
chambre. Par contre le supplément pour le petit déjeuner est de 10 $ US par
personne.
• Le déjeuner et le diner (entrée + plat de résistance + dessert) sont facturés à
26$ le repas. Vous pouvez aussi choisir de déjeuner ou diner en dehors de

• Coût: CFA 70.000 (environ 120 $ US) par jour TTC
• Le paiement intégral de votre séjour à l'hôtel est nécessaire à
l'arrivée.

• Rooms include breakfast, free airport shuttle and free Wi-Fi
• Cost: CFA 64,600 (approximately US$111) inclusive of tax
• There is no room charge for an additional person. There is an
additional charge for breakfast of US$10 per person.
• Lunch and dinner (starter + main dish + dessert) are billed for $ 26 a
meal. You can also choose to have lunch or dinner outside the hotel,

A gala dinner with a show will be held Wednesday, June 22

Les inscriptions pour l’excursion se feront du lundi 21 au jeudi 23 juin à
la salle d’information de la conférence à l’hôtel Le Lamantin, Saly.
Des bus seront disponibles à partir de 8h30 au parking de l’hôtel Le
Lamantin pour le transport des participants à la réserve Bandia.

Des bus sont prévus à partir de 7h 15 dans le parking de l’hôtel Onomo
pour le transport des participants au lieu de la conférence à l’hôtel
King Fahd Palace qui se trouve à 10 minutes de voiture de l’hôtel
Onomo.
Les participants doivent quitter l’hôtel Onomo avec tous leurs bagages
à mettre dans les bus. Arrivés à l’hôtel King Fahd Palace, il est
demandé aux participants de laisser leurs bagages dans les bus pour la
journée puisque ce sont les mêmes bus qu’ils vont prendre pour aller à
Saly.
(Nous garantissons une sécurité totale de vos bagages dans les bus pour
cette journée).
A la fin de la première journée de conférence, il est demandé aux
participants qui doivent aller à Saly de se rendre à partir de 17h30
dans les bus où leurs bagages pour une départ à 18h pour l’hôtel le
Lamantin à Saly (1h 30 de route de Dakar).
Des fiches d’enregistrements à compléter pour l’hôtel le Lamantin
vous seront remises durant le trajet.
Buses are scheduled from 7:15 am at parking Onomo hotel to
transport participants to the conference venue at King Fahd
Palace Hotel which is 10 minutes’ drive from Onomo.
Participants must leave Onomo hotel with their entire luggage
to put in the buses. Arrived at the hotel King Fahd Palace, we
ask participants to leave their luggage in the bus for the day
because it is the same buses that will take them to Saly.
(We guarantee full security of your luggage in the buses during
that day).
At the end of the first day of the conference, at 5:30 pm, the
participants who have to travel to Saly should join the bus
where their luggage are for a departure at 6pm to the Lamantin
hotel, Saly (1h 30 mins drive from Dakar).
Lamantin registration sheets to complete you will be given to
the participants during the trip.

Tous les fournisseurs de services de téléphonie fixe et de téléphonie
mobile (ORANGE, EXPRESSO, TIGO) assurent une couverture totale de la
ville d’accueil. Ils fournissent aussi l’accès à l’Internet en GPRS ou 3G.
Vous avez accès à la connexion internet dans la salle où se déroulera
l’atelier. Pour être joignable, il serait préférable d’amener un téléphone
portable avec option roaming. Vous pourrez acheter à l’hôtel et même
avec les marchands ambulants des cartes SIM locales ou des cartes de
recharges de crédit.
All fixed-line and mobile phone service providers (ORANGE,
ESPRESSO, TIGO) ensure full coverage in the host city. They also
provide access to the Internet by GPRS or 3G. You have internet
access in the room where the workshop will take place. To be
reachable, it would be better to bring a mobile phone with
roaming option. You can buy local SIM cards or credit recharge
cards at the hotel and also with street vendors.

CFA et sont disponibles à tous les coins de rues, dans les boutiques

SIM chips (Orange, Tigo, Expresso) are sold at 1,000 CFA. Credit
recharge cards are sold between 1,000 and 10,000 FCFA FCFA
and are available at all street corners, in shops (Orange, Tigo,
Expresso) or sold by street vendors. The price of each recharge
card is mentioned on the recharge card.

Dakar est généralement une ville sécurisée. Toutefois, comme dans toute
grande ville, il serait prudent de ne pas s’aventurer seul tard dans la nuit
dans certains quartiers ou dans les coins isolés et peu fréquentés. Se
munir d'une pièce d’identité/UNLP en sortant.
Dakar is generally a safe city. However, as in any big city, we
recommend that you avoid going out of the hotel alone in the
evening in certain neighborhoods or in isolated and rarely visited
corners. Carry your ID card/ UNLP when going out.

CURRENCY SERVICES
La monnaie d’échange utilisée à Dakar est le Franc CFA. La plupart des
hôtels et banques ont des guichets automatiques acceptant les cartes
Visa, MasterCard. Il est recommandé de fréquenter les bureaux de
change logés au sein des établissements bancaires et financiers.
Néanmoins, un service de change sera disponible à l’arrivée.
