Il Laboratorio di Patologia Clinica - organizzato nelle due sedi di Esine e di Edolo del Presidio
Ospedaliero - effettua ANALISI, su sangue e altri campioni biologici, di:

Gli esami non eseguibili direttamente presso il Laboratorio di Patologia Clinica sono eseguiti in convenzione con l’AO “Spedali Civili” di Brescia; il prelievo e la spedizione dei campioni sono a carico
del Servizio.
Il Personale Medico esegue inoltre:
• PRELIEVI DI SECRETO VAGINALE ED URETRALE per infezioni sessualmente trasmesse
• PRELIEVI DI CUTE ED ANNESSI per indagini micologiche
• VISITE AMBULATORIALI di ALLERGOLOGIA e IMMUNOLOGIA CLINICA
POLITICA DEL PAZIENTE VULNERABILE E FRAGILE
Il Laboratorio di Patologia Clinica, in attuazione della politica aziendale per il paziente vulnerabile
e fragile, identifica di seguito, le categorie di pazienti fragili che accedono al Servizio:
• Minori: devono essere accompagnati dal genitore/tutore che è autorizzato ad accedere al box
prelievi ed assistere il minore durante la prestazione.
• Soggetti con disabilità fisica: devono essere accompagnati da un familiare o suo delegato e
mobilizzati attraverso mezzo idoneo (in genere carrozzina).
Per questi pazienti è previsto l’accesso preferenziale così come per altre categorie (Vedi Modalità
di Accesso - Accettazione).

ACCETTAZIONE
Ospedale di Esine
L'accettazione inizia agli sportelli del CUP (al I piano) e prevede l’accesso preferenziale per alcune
categorie:
• Cittadini disabili
• Bambini di età inferiore ai 10 anni
• Pazienti che devono eseguire curve da carico di glucosio
• Pazienti in terapia anticoagulante orale (TAO)
• Pazienti che devono solo consegnare campioni di materiale biologico (urine, feci, ecc)
• Pazienti che devono eseguire esami richiesti dalla Medicina Preventiva
Questo accesso è regolato mediante un sistema per la gestione delle “code” che si basa sul ritiro di un tagliando di colore diverso a seconda della priorità assegnata alla categoria di appartenenza, come specificato nella tabella situata in corrispondenza del distributore dedicato.
• accedere al numero di sportello indicato sul display luminoso, in corrispondenza del proprio
numero / lettera e effettuare il pagamento del ticket se dovuto
• accedere alla Sala Prelievi (Poliambulatori: terza porta a sinistra)
• consegnare al personale amministrativo la richiesta del medico curante, il foglio di prenotazione/ritiro referti con le relative etichette rilasciate dal CUP e ritirare le provette
• trattenere la copia del foglio di prenotazione/ritiro referti, indispensabile per il ritiro dei risul¬tati
(referto); nella parte bassa del foglio è indicata la data dalla quale sarà possibile il ritiro
• accomodarsi nella saletta e attendere sul display luminoso la chiamata al numero di box corrispondente al numero/lettera del proprio tagliando
• accedere al box
• uscire in corrispondenza dell'uscita segnalata.

(referto); nella parte bassa del foglio è indicata la data dalla quale sarà possibile il ritiro

il personale addetto provvede a ridurre i tempi di attesa di disabili, bambini di età inferiore ai 10
anni, utenti che devono eseguire curve da carico di glucosio, utenti che effettuano la sola consegna di materiali biologici, utenti che devono effettuare prelievi in regime di pre-ricovero ed

eventuali dipendenti di ditte previa prenotazione.
Nella giornata di sabato non si effettuano le seguenti prestazioni: esame liquido seminale, curva
da carico di glucosio.
Richieste URGENTI:
• l’urgenza deve essere indicata dal Medico sulla richiesta
• le richieste sono accettate solo durante il normale orario di accesso (vedi sopra)
• gli esami eseguibili in urgenza sono i seguenti: Emocromo, PT, aPTT, glicemia, urea, creatini¬na,
transaminasi, amilasi, colinesterasi, bilirubina, CK, LDH, elettroliti, calcio, fibrinogeno, test di gravidanza, HCG (tranne il sabato).
Per facilitare l’accesso dei cittadini, l'ASL ha attivato PUNTI PRELIEVI presso le SEDI TERRITORIALI
DI DARFO, PISOGNE E PONTE DI LEGNO.

Presentarsi alle Sedi muniti della richiesta del Medico per fissare l’appuntamento.
In caso di necessità, per pazienti allettati, su richiesta del Medico curante, è possibile effettuare il
prelievo a domicilio. Presentarsi presso le sedi distrettuali di Darfo, Pisogne, Breno, Cedegolo,
Edolo, con l’impegnativa del Medico, per fissare l’appuntamento.
RITIRO REFERTI
I risultati della maggior parte degli esami sono ritirabili dal giorno successivo al prelievo.
I tempi sono più lunghi per gli esami che richiedono particolari procedure.
I referti relativi a:
• esami urgenti
• esami di monitoraggio per la terapia anticoagulante orale (INR)
sono ritirabili in giornata dalle ore 16.00; il sabato dalle 14.00 alle 15.40.
Per esigenze particolari, ad esempio consegna anticipata del referto, è necessario rivolgersi al
Personale di Segreteria presente in sala prelievi che valuterà se sia possibile soddisfare la
richiesta.
ESAMI INVIATI non effettuati in loco:
Alcuni esami, perché altamente specialistici o di rara richiesta, sono inviati presso l’AO “Spedali
Civili” di Brescia; poiché questo comporta un allungamento dei tempi di consegna del referto, è
possibile comunque ritirare anticipatamente i “REFERTI PARZIALI”, come indicato sul foglio di prenotazione/ritiro rilasciato dal CUP.
ESECUZIONE DI INDAGINI SUCCESSIVE:
• Qualora per completare l’iter diagnostico si rendano necessarie ulteriori indagini, in base alle
Linee Guida Regionali il Laboratorio procederà ad effettuarle ove possibile, evitando al paziente il disagio di un ulteriore prelievo e riducendo i tempi per le conclusioni diagnostiche.
• Il caso più frequente è relativo agli ESAMI MICROBIOLOGICI COLTURALI: nel caso l’esito sia positivo, è infatti necessario procedere all’IDENTIFICAZIONE del germe ed alla eventuale valutazione
della sensibilità agli antibiotici (ANTIBIOGRAMMA).
• Il costo delle prestazioni aggiunte sarà addebitato al momento del ritiro dei referti.

NOTE per il ritiro:
• è indispensabile presentare il foglio di prenotazione/ritiro
• il ritiro deve avvenire entro 30 giorni dalla data prevista; in caso contrario il referto sarà
inviato a domicilio e sarà addebitato l’intero importo delle prestazioni
• in ottemperanza alla Legge sulla Privacy, per il ritiro del referto da parte di persona diversa dall'interessato è necessaria la delega scritta e la presentazione di idoneo documento d'identità da parte del delegato
• in ottemperanza alla Legge sulla Privacy i risultati degli esami non vengono comunicati per
via telefonica; fanno eccezione valori “critici” degli stessi per i quali è prevista la comunicazione immediata al diretto interessato da parte del Personale del Laboratorio.

INVIO dei REFERTI a domicilio
• i referti possono essere inviati a domicilio tramite raccomandata, il cui pagamento è a carico del
destinatario
• su richiesta del paziente è possibile l’invio tramite FAX.
In entrambi i casi, la richiesta deve essere fatta alla Segreteria del Laboratorio e dovrà essere compilato un modulo con i dati necessari per l’invio.
INFORMAZIONI e ISTRUZIONI per la corretta preparazione agli esami di Laboratorio
1. VERIFICARE con il Medico Curante se gli esami richiesti richiedono particolari procedure di prepaazione o di raccolta dei campioni biologici; a questo proposito fare riferimento a quanto riportato nell’”Elenco delle prestazioni di Laboratorio” pubblicato nel sito internet dell’ASL
(http://www.aslvallecamonicasebino.it, alla sezione “Per il cittadino”), dove è possibile reperire
le istruzioni dettagliate per la preparazione del paziente e la raccolta dei campioni.
2. NORME GENERALI:
• è necessario il digiuno da almeno 10 ore
• nei giorni precedenti il prelievo l’alimentazione deve essere equilibrata; in alcuni casi è neces-

sario seguire una dieta specifica (come specificato nel ”Elenco delle prestazioni di Laboratorio”
di cui sopra)
• è possibile bere acqua durante la notte
• non compiere sforzi fisici e non fumare nelle ore precedenti il prelievo (in particolare se si devono eseguire i seguenti esami: GOT, GPT, CPK, LDH)
• durante l’attesa è opportuno rimanere seduti e rilassati (l’ansia e lo stress possono influenzare
alcuni risultati).
N.B: Le istruzioni per la corretta preparazione del paziente e la corretta raccolta dei campioni
biologici sono disponibili, oltre che sul sito dell’ASL, anche presso i Centri Prelievi; in questa
sede si possono reperire, in orario prelievi e gratuitamente, anche i contenitori neessari per la
raccolta.
FATTORI E STANDARD DI QUALITA’
Il Laboratorio di Patologia Clinica garantisce che l’erogazione dei servizi sia improntata all’efficacia
e all’efficienza, e volta ad assicurare la soddisfazione dell’utente.
Per garantire l’affidabilità dei risultati, il Laboratorio effettua:
• CONTROLLO INTERNO di QUALITÀ: i risultati delle analisi sono ritenuti validi quando i con¬trolli
effettuati rispondono ai criteri di qualità prestabiliti.
• VERIFICA ESTERNA di QUALITÀ: il Laboratorio partecipa a programmi di controllo esterno, sia
obbligatori (gestiti da Regione Lombardia) sia volontari (gestiti da organizzazioni nazionali ed
internazionali).
Il Laboratorio di Patologia Clinica è:
• CERTIFICATO secondo le norme ISO 9001:2000 dal 28/10/2002 assicurando il rispetto dei requisiti prestabiliti mediante l’utilizzo di procedure standardizzate e il monitoraggio di tutti i fat¬tori
implicati nella produzione dei risultati (materiali, strumenti, operatori).
• Dotato di un SISTEMA INFORMATICO applicato a tutte le fasi del processo, dall’accettazione
della richiesta alla produzione del referto, garantendo l’identificazione e la tracciabilità di tutti i
campioni tramite l’utilizzo di codice a barre.
TUTELA DELLA PRIVACY
Nel rispetto della Legge sulla tutela della Privacy, tutte le informazioni riguardanti lo stato di
salute sono riservate. Relativamente a tutte le fasi del trattamento dei dati, il Laboratorio di
Patologia Clinica ha messo in atto procedure atte a garantire la massima riservatezza.

Clinical Pathology Laboratory - is located in the two Hospital Seats of Esine and Edolo - it makes
the following analysis:

Tests not directly executed by Clinical Pathology Laboratory are executed in collaboration with the
AO “Spedali Civili” of Brescia; drawing of samples and expedition are executed by our Service.
Furthermore our Doctors execute:
• DRAWING OF VAGINAL AND URETHRAL SECRETIONS for sexual infections
• DRAWING OF SKIN OR SIMILAR for mycological tests
• AMBULATORY VISITS of ALLERGOLOGY and CLINICAL IMMUNOLOGY
POLITICS OF THE VULNERABLE AND FRAGILE PATIENT
Clinical Pathology Laboratory, according to the ASL politic for the vulnerable and fragile patient,
identifies the followings categories of patients:
• Minors: they have to be accompanied by parents/tutors, authorized to follow them during the
drawing.
• Handicapped persons: they have to be accompanied by a relative or tutor, with a coach.
These patients have an easy access (See Modalities of Access - Admittance).

ADMITTANCE
Esine Hospital Seat
Admittance starts at CUP Bureau (on the First Floor), with an easy access for the following persons:
• Handicapped persons
• Children under 10 years old
• Patients who must do Glucose tests
• Patients with an anticoagulation oral therapy (TAO)
• Patients who must only deliver biologic samples (urines, faeces, etc)
• Patients who must do Tests requested by the Prevention Medicine.
Admittance is ruled by a queue managing system, based on the withdraw of a ticket coloured in

a different way, according to the priority given at each category of appurtenance, as written on the
record located near the Ticket Delivering Machine:
• Go at the Ticket-Window number written on the enlightened display, according to your number
/letter and pay ticket, if you must
• Enter the Drawings Room (Ambulatories, third door on the left)
• Deliver to the Administrative Staff the Family Doctor’s Request, the Sheet for reserve/withdraw
reports with labels delivered by the CUP, and withdraw the samples
• Please keep the copy of the Sheet for reserve/withdraw reports, necessary in order to withdraw
tests results (reports); Withdraw Date is written on the down side of the Sheet
• Sit down in the waiting room and wait the call by number showed on the enlightened display;
enter the box according to the number/letter written on your ticket
• Enter the box
• Exit the Box towards the signalized Exit.
Edolo Hospital Seat
• Admittance starts at CUP Bureau (main entrance, on the round floor)
• Take the ticket-number from the Ticket Delivering Machine
• Go at the free, when your number appears on the enlightened display
• Pay Ticket, if you must
• Drawing Room is located in the Ambulatories Area
• Deliver to the Ticket-Window of the Drawing Room the Family Doctor’s Request, the Sheet for
reserve/withdraw reports with labels delivered by the CUP, and withdraw the samples
• Please keep the copy of the Sheet for reserve/withdraw reports, necessary in order to withdraw
tests results (reports); Withdraw Date is written on the down side of the Sheet
• Sit down in the waiting room and wait the call by number showed on the enlightened display;

• Exit towards the signalized exit
• The Staff provide to reduce waiting time for handicapped persons, children under 10 years old,
patients who must do glucose tests, patients delivering only biological samples, drawings for
patients during pre-hospitalizations and workers; the last ones only by reservation.
On Saturday the following tests are not executed: sperm test, glucose test.
URGENCY:
• Urgency must be written on the Doctor’s request
• Urgency is accepted only during normal admittance hours (see above)
• Urgency Tests are the followings: Emocrome, PT, aPTT, glycemia, urea, creatinina, transaminasi,
amilasi, colinesterasi, bilirubina, CK, LDH, elettrolites, calcium, fibrinogeno, pregnancy test, HCG
(not on Saturday).
In order to favour people, the ASL has organized DRAWING ROOMS also in the TERRTITORIAL
SEATS OF DARFO, PISOGNE AND PONTE DI LEGNO.

are available the same day at 16.00p.m.; on Saturday from 14.00p.m. to 15.40p.m.

If you have particular needs, for example a soon delivering of reports, you must ask the
Administrative Staff of the Drawing Room, which value your request.
TESTS done away
Some special tests are executed at the AO “Spedali Civili” of Brescia; so reports delivering time is
longer; however it’s possible withdraw before the “PARTIAL REPORTS”, as written on the reservation/withdraw records delivered by CUP.
SPECIAL TESTS
• If are needed more diagnostic tests, according to the Regional Guidelines, Laboratory execute
it where possible, without further drawings and reducing time for diagnostic conclusions.
• Most frequent tests are MICROBIOLOGICAL CULTURE TESTS: if they are positives, it’s necessary
IDENTIFY germs and eventual valuation of antibiotics sensibility (ANTIBIOGRAMMA).
• Costs of this special tests are added at reports withdraw.

• According to the Privacy Act tests results aren’t communicated by phone, excepting “critical”

In this two cases request must be done to the Administrative Staff of the Laboratory; you must write
a special record with your data in order to sent reports.
INFORMATION and INSTRUCTIONS in order to well prepare laboratory tests
1. VERIFY with your Doctor if tests requested demand particular preparation or special gathering
of biological samples; see the ”Laboratory tests List” on the site www.aslvallecamonicasebino.it,
section “For the Citizen”, where you found detailed instructions for patient’s preparation and
gathering of samples.
2. GENERAL RULES:
• Not eat for at least 10 hours before tests
• During the days before drawings alimentation must be well-balanced; sometimes is necessary
a specific diet (as specified on the ”Laboratory tests List” ; see above)
• You may drink water during the night
• Don’t play physical efforts or smoking during the hours before drawing (in particular for these
tests: GOT, GPT, CPK, LDH)
• Please wait sit-down and well relaxed (stress may influence tests results).
PAY ATTENTION: Instructions for correct patient’s preparation and correct gathering of biological samples are available not only on the ASL Internet Site but also at the Drawing Centres,
where you may found, during drawings time and for free, also the jars necessaries for the
gather.
QUALITY STANDARD
Clinical Pathology Laboratory guarantees efficiency and efficacy of the service, in order to satisfy
users.
For guaranteeing results, Laboratory makes:
• INTERNAL QUALITY INSPECTIONS: results are considered valid when they correspond to the established quality standard.
• EXTERNAL QUALITY INSPECTIONS: Laboratory is subjected to external inspection pro¬grams,

both compulsory (managed by Regione Lombardia) than volunteers (managed by natio¬nal
and international organizations).
Clinical Pathology Laboratory is:
• CERTIFIED according to the rules ISO 9001:2000, from 28/10/2002, by assuring respect of established standard through the utilization of standard protocols and monitoring all aspects involved in the achieving of the results (materials, instruments, operators).
• Endowed of an INFORMATIC SYSTEM applied to all process steps, from acceptance of the
request to the production of reports, guaranteeing identification and monitoring of all samples
through a code.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
According to the Privacy Law, all information about health are reserved. Clinical Pathology
Laboratory has managed protocols in order to protect Privacy during all steps of data treatment.

SERVICE DE LABORATOIRE DE PATHOLOGIE CLINIQUE
Le Laboratoire de Pathologie Clinique – organisé en deux sièges Hospitalières d’Esine et Edolo effectue des ANALYSES, du sang et d’autres échantillons biologiques, de:
• BIOCHIMIQUE CLINIQUE
• EMATOLOGIE et COAGULATION
• MICROBIOLOGIE et PARASITOLOGIE
• DIAGNOSE SÉROLOGIQUE des MALADIES INFECTIEUSES
• HORMONOLOGIE
• ALLERGOLOGIE et IMMUNOLOGIE CLINIQUE
Les examens qui ne sont pas directement exécutés par le Laboratoire de Pathologie Clinique sont
exécutés en collaboration avec l’AO “Spedali Civili” de Brescia; le prélèvement et l’expédition des
échantillons sont en charge au Service.
En plus, les Docteurs exécutent:
• PRÉLÈVEMENT DE SÉCRÉTION DU VAGIN ET URÉTRALE pour infections transmises sexuellement
• PRÉLÈVEMENTS DE PEAU ET ANNEXES pour analyses mycologiques
• VISITES D’AMBULATOIRE d’ ALLERGOLOGIE et IMMUNOLOGIE CLINIQUE.
POLITIQUE DU PATIENT VULNERABLE ET FRAGILE
Le Laboratoire de Pathologie Clinique, en réalisant la politique de l’ASL pour le patient vulnérable
et fragile, identifie les suivantes catégories de patients fragiles qui jouissent du Service:
• Mineurs: ils doivent être accompagnés du parent/tuteur autorisé à entrer dans la pièce des prélèvements pour aider le mineur pendant le prélèvement.
• Personnes handicapées: elles doivent être accompagnées d’un membre de la famille ou d’un
tuteur, et transportées sur un moyen approprié (généralement une voiture d’infirme).
Pour ces patients et d’autres catégories on prévoit un accès plus facile (Voir Modalités d’Accès Réception).

RECEPTION
Hôpital d’Esine
La Réception commence aux guichets du CUP (au 1er étage) et prévoit un accès plus facile pour
certaines catégories:
• Citoyens handicapés
• Enfants sous les 10 ans
• Patients qui doivent faire des analyses du glucose
• Patients en thérapie anti-coagulation orale (TAO)
• Patients qui doivent seulement délivrer des échantillons de substances biologiques (urines,
fèces, etc)
• Patients qui doivent faire des examens demandés par la Médicine de la Prévention.
Cet accès c’est réglé par un système de Gérance des queues, à travers le retrait d’un voucher

d’une couleur différente qui indique la catégorie de priorité d’appartenance, comme expliqué sur
la fiche à côté du distributeur des vouchers.
• Allez au nombre de guichet indiqué sur l’écran lumineux, en correspondance avec votre nombre /lettre et payez le ticket, si vous le devez faire
• Entrez la Salle Prélèvements (Ambulatoires: troisième porte à gauche)
• Délivrez au personnel administratif la demande du Médecin de Famille, la fiche de réservation/
retrait des rapports avec les étiquettes correspondantes délivrées par le CUP et enfin retirer les
éprouvettes
• Gardez la copie de la fiche de réservation/retrait des rapports, nécessaire pour retirer les résultats (rapports); au fond de la fiche on indique la date du retrait
• Prenez place dans la Salle d’Attente et attendez l’appel de l’écran lumineux au nombre de box
correspondant au nombre/lettre du vote voucher
• Entrez le box
• Sortez par la sortie signalée.
Hôpital d’Edolo
• La Réception commence aux guichets du CUP (entrée principale, au rez-de-chaussée)
• Retirez le voucher avec nombre progressif du distributeur
• Allez au guichet libre quand voyez votre nombre sur l’écran lumineux
• Payez le ticket, si vous le devez faire
• la Salle Prélèvements se trouve à l’intérieur des Ambulatoires
• Délivrez au guichet de la Salle Prélèvements la demande du Médecin de Famille, la fiche de
réservation/retrait des rapports avec les étiquettes correspondantes délivrées par le CUP et
enfin retirer les éprouvettes
• Gardez la copie de la fiche de réservation/retrait des rapports, nécessaire pour retirer les résultats (rapports); au fond de la fiche on indique la date du retrait
• Prenez place dans la Salle d’Attente et attendez l’appel de l’écran lumineux à l’intérieur de la
Salle Prélèvements
• Entrez la Salle Prélèvements
• Sortez par la sortie signalée
• Le personnel chargé s’occupe de la réduction du temps d’attente pour les personnes handicapées, enfants mineurs de dix ans, patients qui doivent faire analyses du glucose, patients qui
doivent délivrer seulement des échantillons biologiques, patients qui doivent faire des prélèvements en pré-hospitalisation et travailleurs qui ont une réservation.
Le Samedi on ne fait pas les suivantes analyses: analyse du liquide séminal, analyse du glucose.
URGENCES
• Les urgences doivent être indiquées par le médecin sur la demande
• Les demandes sont acceptées seulement pendant l’Horaire d’accès ordinaire (voir ci-dessus)
• Les analyses urgentes sont les suivantes: Emocromo, PT, aPTT, glycémie, urée, creatinina, transaminasi, amilasi, colinesterasi, bilirubina, CK, LDH, électrolytes, calcium, fibrinogeno, test de grossesse, HCG (sauf le Samedi).
Pour favoriser les citoyens, l'ASL a activé des SALLES PRÉLÈVEMENTS chez les SIÈGES DE DARFO,
PISOGNE ET PONTE DI LEGNO.

RETRAIT DES RAPPORTS
On peut retirer la plupart des résultats des analyses à partir du jour après le prélèvement.
Les temps sont plus longues pour les analyses qui demandent des procédures particulières.
On peut retirer les rapports relatifs à:
• Analyses urgentes
• Examens pour la thérapie anti-coagulation orale (INR)
le jour même à partir dès 16.00 heures; le Samedi dès 14.00 à 15.40 heures.

Pour des exigences particulières, par exemple le retrait anticipé du rapport, il faut s’adresser
au Personnel du Secrétariat de la Salle Prélèvements, qui évalue la possibilité de satisfaire
votre exigence.
ANALYSES PAS EFFECTUEES CHEZ NOUS
Certaines analyses particulières sont envoyées à l’AO “Spedali Civili” de Brescia; ça demande
une prolongation du temps de délivrance des rapports; autrement c’est possible le retrait des
“RAPPORTS PARTIALES”, comme indiqué sur la fiche de réservation/retrait délivrée par le CUP.
ANALYSES SUCCESSIVES:
• Si sont nécessaires des analyses successives, selon les Instructions Régionales le Laboratoire les
effectue où c’est possible, sans des ultérieurs prélèvements et réduisant les temps pour les
résultats des analyses.
• Pour les ANALYSES MICROBIOLOGIQUES EN CULTURE: si les résultats sont positifs, c’est nécessaire IDENTIFIER les germes et évaluer la sensibilité aux antibiotiques (ANTIBIOGRAM¬MA).
• On doit payer ces analyses au moment du retrait des rapports.

• Les rapports peuvent être envoyés à domicile par la poste; le payement est en charge du destinataire
• Si on demande c’est possible l’envoi par FAX
En ces cas on doit demander au Secrétariat du Laboratoire et on doit remplir la fiche avec les données nécessaires pour l’envoi.
INFORMATIONS et INSTRUCTIONS pour la correcte préparations aux Analyses de Laboratoire
1. VERIFIER avec votre Médecin si les analyses demandent des procédures particulières pour la
préparation et la récolte des échantillons biologiques; pour ça il faut voir la ”Liste des Prestations
de Laboratoire”, qui se trouve sur le Site Internet: http://www.aslvallecamonicasebino.it, Section
“Pour le Citoyen”), où il y a les instructions détaillées pour la préparation du patient et la récolte
des échantillons.
2. INSTRUCTIONS GENERALES:
• Il faut être à jeun avant 10 heures
• Les jours avant le prélèvement on doit s’alimenter avec équilibre; certaines fois on doit suivre
une diète particulière (voir la ”Liste des Prestations de Laboratoire” ci-dessus)
• Pendant la nuit c’est possible boire de l’eau
• Ne pas faire des efforts physiques et pas fumer pendant les heures avant le prélèvement (en
particulier pour les analyses suivantes: GOT, GPT, CPK, LDH)
• Pendant l’attente on doit rester assis et relaxés (l’anxiété et le stress peuvent influencer certains
résultats).
ATTENTION: Les instructions pour la correcte préparation du patient et la correcte récolte des
échantillons sont disponibles sur le Site Internet de l’ASL et chez les Centres Prélèvements; ici on
peut trouver, dans les horaires pour les prélèvements et gratuitement, les récipients nécessaires
pour la récolte.

Le Laboratoire de Pathologie Clinique s’assure que les services soient efficaces et efficientes, tout
en satisfaisant le patient.
Pour rejoindre ces résultats, le Laboratoire effectue:
• CONTRÔLES INTÉRIEURS DE QUALITÉ: les résultats des analyses sont considérées valides quand
les contrôles répondent aux critères de qualité établis.
• CONTRÔLES EXTÉRIEURS DE QUALITÉ: le Laboratoire participe à des programmes de contrôle
extérieurs, soit obligatoires (gérés par Regione Lombardia), soit volontaires (gérés par des organisations nationales et internationales).
Le Laboratoire de Pathologie Clinique c’est:
• CERTIFIÉ selon les règles ISO 9001:2000 dal 28/10/2002, assurant le respect des conditions établies en utilisant des procédures standard et le contrôle des facteurs impliquées pour la production des résultats (matières, instruments, opérateurs).
• Doué par un SYSTÈME INFORMATIQUE pour toutes les opérations, à partir de l’acceptation de
la demande jusqu’à la production des rapports, tout en sauvegardant l’identification et la piste
d’adresse de tous les échantillons à travers l’utilisation d’un code à barre.
TUTÈLE DE LA PRIVACY
Selon la Loi sur la Privacy, toutes les informations concernant l’état de santé sont réservées. Le
Laboratoire de Pathologie Clinique a pris toutes les procédures nécessaires afin de sauvegarder la Privacy dans toutes les phases du Traitement des données.
