Le Conseil a adopté l’ordre du jour.
8 février 2016
Conformément à son Règlement intérieur, le Conseil a élu
S.E. Mme Stephanie Hochstetter Skinner-Klée (Guatemala, Liste C) aux
fonctions de Président pour un mandat d'un an. Mme Angélica Jácome (Panama,
Liste C) a été élue suppléante.
Le Conseil a élu M. Vimlendra Sharan (Inde, Liste B) aux fonctions de
Vice-Président. S.E. M. Majid Dehghan-Shoar (République islamique d'Iran,
Liste B) a été élu suppléant.
Le Conseil a élu membres du Bureau pour un mandat d'un an, en
tant que représentants
des
trois
autres
listes
électorales
du
PAM: Mme Anna-Marie
Moulton
(Afrique

Sud,
Liste
A),

Palestine (2011–mi-2015) et réponse de la direction
Le Conseil a pris note du document intitulé "Rapport succinct de l’évaluation du
portefeuille d’activités dans l’État de Palestine (2011–mi-2015)"
(WFP/EB.1/2016/5) et de la réponse de la direction publiée sous la cote
WFP/EB.1/2016/5/Add.1 + Corr.1, et a invité à continuer de donner suite aux
recommandations qui y figurent, en tenant compte des questions qu’il a soulevées
lors de ses débats.

Le Conseil a approuvé le programme de pays Tadjikistan 200813 (2016–2020)
(WFP/EB.1/2016/6/3), qui requérait 64 624 tonnes de produits alimentaires
représentant un montant de 39,0 millions de dollars É.-U., pour un coût total pour
le PAM de 80,6 millions de dollars.

Le Conseil a approuvé le programme de pays Indonésie 200914 (2016–2020)
(WFP/EB.1/2016/6/2), dont le coût total pour le PAM se chiffrait à 14,8 millions
de dollars.

Augmentations budgétaires pour des activités de développement—
Le Conseil a approuvé l’augmentation budgétaire de 46,4 millions de dollars
proposée pour le programme de pays Cambodge 200202 (WFP/EB.1/2016/7),
ainsi que la prolongation de ce programme pour une durée de 30 mois allant du
1er juillet 2016 au 31 décembre 2018.

Programmes de pays—Guinée-Bissau 200846 (2016–2020)
Le Conseil a approuvé le programme de pays Guinée-Bissau 200846
(2016-2020) (WFP/EB.1/2016/6/1), lequel requérait 21 720 tonnes de produits
alimentaires représentant un montant de 23 millions de dollars et des transferts
de type monétaire pour un montant de 4,8 millions de dollars, soit un coût total
pour le PAM de 38,3 millions de dollars.
